A week had passed, the words of Valkyrie remained fresh within the No.1 blader's mind. He was walking to his old school, Beigoma Academy, as that was where his bey told him to go for the journey to begin. Carrying a large camping bag on his back, Valt tried to recall and process how his day started over and over in his head like a looped recording.

That morning

Valt had woken up and was getting ready for breakfast. Ever since his meeting with Valkyrie a few nights ago, he hadn't told anyone about it. Not his mom, not his younger siblings, not even his closest beyblading companions like Rantaro and Shu. He thought that if he did tell them about his encounter, they'd just brush it off as just being a dream. However, he didn't want upset his partner, so the bluenette decided he would just tell them the truth when the promised day comes.

When he was coming down the stairs with his bey in hand, he heard his mother greet him. It was the very thing that began turning the gears in Valt's brain.

"Oh, you're awake, Valt! Hurry up and eat. You don't wanna keep Valkyrie waiting, do you?" she said as she set a plate of beybread on the table.

The spiky-haired boy could not believe what he just heard.

"W-Wait, h-how did you-"

"Let's just say, Valkyrie informed me last night. I even got everything you need for the trip ready." she said while smiling innocently.

At this, Valt glanced at his beyblade suspiciously. Valkyrie seemed to twinkle mischievously and the bluenette swore that he heard giggling from her.

End flashback

It was a very bizarre morning for him. How his bey managed to make contact with his mother, he'll never know. A few minutes later, he reached the school and went straight to the back of the main building. Valt was expecting that there was no one in that area.

But boy, was he wrong.

There, he saw Aiga, Drum and the Asahi brothers all with camping bags on their backs ready to go... somewhere.

Drum was the first one to notice Valt's presence. "Hey, look! Valt's here!"

Then Aiga. "Oh, hey there, Valt!"

Then Hikaru and Hyuga. "YAY! VALT'S HERE!"

"H-Hey guys."he greeted. "What're you guys doing here with all that stuff you're carrying?"

"Well, I need to ask you something first." stated Aiga while pointing at the bluenette.

"What is it?"

"Valkyrie sent you here, didn't she?"

Valt's eyes widen. "Wait, this can't be real. How-"

"We're all here because of our beys. Achilles talked to me in a dream a few nights ago and invited me to some place of his." Aiga said as he reached for his pocket and showed his beyblade, Infinite Achilles.

"I had a similar dream with Dragon!" Drum entered the conversation and showed Tempest Dragon.

"Us too!" Hikaru and Hyuga exclaimed as they each displayed their own beys, Helios Volcano and Hyperion Burn.

Valt was dumbfounded like someone had thrown a cake into his face. "How is this even possible?" he asked in pure confusion.

"Well, we discussed this before you came here...and we discovered that our beys said that we're all stressed." Hikaru answered.

Then Aiga spoke, "I mean...their probably telling the truth. Being the world champion is a bit exhausting, ya know?"

"Aiga's got a point. Being a legend sucks sometimes! It's stressful!" Hyuga whined.

"I 100% seriously agree!" Drum stated.

Valt had his own words to say, but suddenly he saw something glowing behind Aiga who was leaning against a wall.

"Aiga, behind you!"

Hearing this, the maroon-haired blader immediately moved himself from the wall, revealing a glowing dot. The five boys watched as lines of gold began to twist and turn from the dot like tree branches. Within a few seconds, the lines spread across the wall, forming the outline of a gate.

(Something like this but gold)

The gate then opened, a bright light shining through. The five bladers blocked their eyes with their arms. When the light faded, they lowered their arms only to see a red-haired woman clad in blue armor. Out of all of them, Valt was the only one who recognized her.

"Valkyrie!" he exclaimed.

"Ah, it looks like you're all here! Valkyrie at your service!" she smiled and winked, putting up a 'peace' sign.

While Valt watched her with stars in his eyes, the other four jaw-dropped. They did not expect the seemingly serious bey spirit to act like this. They later snapped out of it.

"W-Wait, that's Valkyrie?!" Aiga said in disbelief.

"Yup! Exactly how I saw her in my dream." Valt responded.

"I never expected her to be pretty." Drum said.

Everyone including Valkyrie stared at the blonde boy awkwardly.

"What? I was just being honest." he said innocently.

Then Valkyrie laughed. "It's okay. I've heard many spirits call me pretty before, but I usually ignore them. Enough of that though, are you guys ready?"

"YES WE ARE!!" the five boys cheered.

The warrior spirit smiled. "Alright. Follow me!" she gestured as she entered the gate, followed by the Asahi brothers, Drum, Aiga and Valt. When all of them entered, the gate closed and disappeared.

"Welcome to Aether!" Valkyrie announced as the five boys successfully entered the mystical world.

The boys' eyes widen in awe at the magnificent sight before them. They were standing on a hill that overlooked a wide forest surrounded by tall mountains.

"Th-This is... beautiful." said Valt, almost speechless. The same could be said for the other four.

"Hey, Valkyrie. What's that over there?" Hikaru suddenly asked, pointing at something in the distance.

The spirit and the other boys glanced to the same direction. There they saw the blurry silhouette of a tower.

"That's Suria Castle, where our king lives." Valkyrie answered proudly.

"YOU GUYS HAVE A KING??!!" the five bladers shouted in unison, startling the warrior.

"Correct! He's the one who maintains this land."

"So are we gonna go there?" asked Drum.

"Yep, but it's gonna take us about two days to reach there by foot."

"But you have a horse, right? Can't we just use that?" said Hyuga.

"No, my horse can't carry too many people."

"Oh."

"Anyway, let's start our journey, shall we?"

"Wait! Can I ask something before we go?" Aiga demanded.

"What is it, Aiga?"

"Why are you the only one here? Where's Achilles and the others?"

"Well...they said they wanted your encounter with them to be a 'surprise'." the spirit stated while doing air quotes.

"Either that or their just lazy." she continued. The bladers just sweat-dropped.

"Enough chit chat. Let's get this trip started!" Valt exclaimed.

"LET'S GO!" the other boys cheered. Valkyrie smiled softly at their demeanor.

The group of six descended from the hill, a long and wild journey awaited beyond.
