I sat on top of the Hokage's heads, looking out over the village. A cool breeze blew which lifted my fringe off of my face. I breathed in and smiled to myself. I was waiting for a sign from Kakashi Sensei for me to meet him at the training grounds. I'd been up here for a couple hours, just keeping myself to myself and I've still had nothing. I sat down and took out some lunch I'd made earlier. Just some cold ramen. I began eating it, trying to soothe my rumbling stomach. I watched a flock of birds flying just below me, when suddenly, a raven caught my eye. In it's mouth there was a tattered leaf. I watched it, as it flew alone, proud and careless, before coming into land just behind me on a tree behind the huge stone heads.

'Sasuke,' I mumbled, my heart aching. I watched the raven, trying to put together all the pieces in my mind about why Sasuke left. It didn't make any sense to me, and it didn't help that I wasn't able to do anything to prevent him from leaving, since I had been taken down during battle back then. But when I'd found that letter, Sasuke had mentioned that he'd come back for me, if I stayed put in the Leaf, and not do anything stupid or reckless. I missed him, and it pained me to think about him leaving. But I had a feeling that I was always somewhere in his thoughts. It was just this feeling, a warm and fuzzy one, like the time we first met or the time we had our first kiss.

I carried on eating until there was no more cold ramen and my hunger had been satisfied. I put everything away and lay back, closing my eyes and hoping for a little snooze. Suddenly, I heard a snap and my eyes opened, my ears were telling me that it had come from the training grounds, which were just outside the village. I jumped up and within about a second, I was at the training grounds.

In front of me stood two people I had so longed to see, two people that I had missed so much, two people that in all my three years of training with Kakashi Sensei, I had longed to see.

'Naruto, Sakura,' I grinned. 'You guys have really changed!'

'K-Kasumi,' Naruto choked, a smile creeping back onto his face and tears threatening to spill from his eyes. 'I missed you little Sister,'

'Kasumi,' Sakura breathed. I grinned and threw myself at them, engulfing them in a huge bear hug. It didn't take long for them to hug me back. I laughed and pulled away grinning.

'Now that's a reunion,' I laughed. Naruto grinned and Sakura laughed.

'Don't mean to interrupt but, where did you come from this time, Kasumi?' Sensei asked. I smirked and stood up straighter.

'From the Hokage heads!' I told him. He looked impressed. Naruto and Sakura's jaws dropped.

'Wait, you mean you heard Kakashi Sensei snap his fingers here, all the way up on the Hokage heads?!' Sakura stammered. I looked at her.

'Yep,' I nodded, putting my hands behind my back.

'But how?' she exclaimed.

'Well, my hearing senses are sharper since I am kinda blind,' I laughed, rocking backwards and forwards on my heels.

'Of course, right, I forgot about that,' Sakura remembered.

'But that still doesn't explain how you got here so fast,' Naruto pouted, narrowing his eyes at me in a confused way.

'Inherrited skills, apparently,' I shrugged. I noticed Kakashi nodding from the corner of my eye. I wasn't allowed to mention the Yellow Flash, the Forth Hokage, my father to Naruto, he still didn't know the full story, and to be honest I wasn't that familiar with how my parents died either. I guess that was a story for another day.

'Alright, let's get down to buisness,' Kakashi started. We huddled in and waited for our instructions for what our first task as Team 7 Reborn, would be.....
