PROM

Chad

Chad is the point guard on the basketball team at Simon Gratz, Chad started out by being the perfect gentlemen around L and Angel.

He even opened Layla's door whenever she had to get in or out of the car, or enter or exit a door. He pulled out her chair when ever they were going to sit down. He held her hand to help her up or down the stairs, he constantly told her how beautiful she looked, and how honored he was to be going to prom with her.

Layla

As they entered the hall where the prom was being held Chad and Layla was greeted by several members from the basketball team, their classmates and a bunch of Layla and L's friends. Nyra Poole, Layla's best friend hugged her and gave her an elegant Paris air kiss.

Nyra

"Girl you are looking fierce tonight sis..... You just keep slaying them as usual."

Nyra said as she laughed then looked Chad up and down and said,

"Why didn't you tell me you was coming to the prom with the point guard of the basketball team ...... Damn girl, he is F I N E..."
said Nyra,  "I could just eat him up." Nyra said lustfully. " Sike naw.... te he he .... I'm only playing sis." Nyra laughed & said as she stole another glance at Chad. Then she turned swiftly to check L out and said,

Lance (L)

"L looks nice too Sis . . . I bet you picked out his entire attire." Replied Nyra. "No . . . He did that all by himself, I only helped with the colors and Alley's dress." said Layla.

Alley

"He is lucky he got a talented sister like you with so much style. I must admit, Victoria must really have some secrets, because Alley actually looks nice tonight. . . Compared to her normal, Slutty attire. You worked your magic girl." Laughed Nyra while snapping her fingers

Nyra's outward appearance would make anyone who looked at her seem to think she had it all together and was the happiest girl in the world, just by the way she acted and looked on the outside, but she was really content with herself and in deep thought.

Lance & Alley

( Damn . . . Lance look's so good tonight. Alley slutty ass better be on her A game, because I might just take her fucking man tonight. Hell . . . she don't know what to do with his fine ass anyway. . . . . What can he possibly see in her.) She wondered quietly.

Layla looked at Nyra sideways then laughed while shaking her head and said,

"Girl, You are too much."
"What?..... ya boy Chad does clean up nicely. You did a damn good job sis, real talk." Said Nyra with a smile. Layla looked over at Chad who was still jaw jacking and laughing with his team mates.

"Its not that serious Na'na, he is just my date, nothing more nothing less. Hell I wasn't even thinking about coming to prom, but my silly ass brother L told me he promised Chad I'd come with him. And me being the good sister that I am, I just had to come. So my jack ass of a twin could be true to his word." She said while rolling her eye's. " The things we do for family." Layla said with a pained look.

"Damn girl, is the date really that bad?" asked Nyra with a concerned look.  "Because you can always pull the minstrel card and fake like you got a bad case of cramps. . . ." Said Nyra hunched over while holding her stomach pretending to be in pain. " You know, just pretend like its that time of the month and your friend is here to visit you down in your secret garden, and she'll be here for a couple days ..... maybe even a week. Hell that almost always work for me. Specially if i don't feel like giving up no bubble gum...." They both burst out laughing hysterically,

" . . . . . Ah ha ha ha . . . . . he he he . . . ."   "Damn thats a good one Na-na . . . . ha ha ha ha he he he he . . . ." Laughed Layla,  "I just may use that one, 1 day." Laughed Layla.

"And how are you going to use it Layla? You know you still got your V card sis." Nyra said joking. Layla just rolled her eyes and tried to ignore Nyra's last comment but couldn't and replied with a touch of irritation in her voice,  "Damn Na that was a low blow."

Nyra wrapped her arm around Layla's shoulder's and laughed then said, " I was only playing Layla, You know I was just joking sis. I was trying to take your mind off of this bad date you said you were on, that's all."

"To be totally honest. The date is actually not that bad. Chad has been a complete gentlemen tonight. It's going better than I expected it to be, but the night is still young and its anybody guess how this night could end." said Layla.

Their fellow classmates & Chad teammates/ friends gawked at them and was impressed with Chad. He got the most popular girl in school to be his prom date just like he said he would. "Well damn.. ... .. I see you did what you said you would... I still cant believe it. " Chuckled Frank while shaking his head and dabbing up Chad.

"My nigga... .. ... My nigga." said Earl while dabbing up Chad.  "Well damn..... Look's like we gotta pay up. " Replied Eddie.  "Yeah niggas I told y'all I would, that's what y'all get for doubting a nigga... Now pay up.... Ha ha haaaah." Laughed Chad.

Frank, Earl, Eddie just sighed and shook their heads as they each passed Chad the money.

" Well it was nice doing business with you gentle-men and I'll see you tomorrow for the rest" Chuckled Chad as he rubbed his face acting as if he was checking himself out in a mirror.

Once he agreed with what he saw he smiled & did a slight head nod to his boys then walked away Confidently.

Now time for part two, thought Chad while rubbing his hands together and walking back to the table with Layla, L, Nyra and Alley,
