Chapter 24

Chad opens his eyes to pitch black darkness, with one hell of a hangover. He remembers nothing about how he got here, but before his mind can ask anymore questions; bright lights come on revealing a steel room.....

Layla and L are at home with Nyra getting ready to go hang out with the rest of their graduating class one last time at D&B.

Layla is wearing a pink off the shoulder crop top with the word 'DOPE' on it, black distress rip jeans, and jewel encrusted Micheal Phillips sandals. Nyra is wearing a red halter top with a strap around her neck, a white mini skirt, and jewel encrusted Micheal Kor's sandals.

L is wearing a red polo top with the black horse, white joggers, and red and white Jordan 12's.

As he walks out his room he see's Nyra; his dick instantly jumps; he then proceeds to slip into the bathroom as she passes by. Nyra is unaware of her surroundings as she goes pass the bathroom, L swiftly snatches her up, and pulls her into the bathroom, then locks the door, as he begins to attack her neck, while gripping her ass.

A soft moan escapes her lips, while he proceeds to lift her skirt up, as he hears his momma scream for the twins, and Nyra, while he presses himself against her, he quietly has a mini a temper tantrum, as he answers his momma back,

"Yes ma'am, here we come." Then turns back to Nyra and say, "We'll finish this later, along with you explaining about that scar on your face." as he turns around unlocking the door, then exits the bathroom leaving her hot, bothered, & shocked. She honestly thought she hid what happened at home with her father, but evidently she didn't hide it well enough.

As everyone finally comes downstairs and enters the living room to see what momma Ang wanted.

"You guys look amazing." Momma Ang smiled and says.

"Thanks momma." Everyone says in unison.

"Have you guys seen Latrice?" Asked momma Ang.

"No, we haven't seen her since the graduation." Layla replied.

"Maybe she with Tima, and Bryce." Replied L.

"Maybe you're right. Have fun you guys and stay safe." Says momma Ang as she goes into the kitchen while everyone heads for the cars.

"I can't wait to hit the streets in my pretty red baby." shouted Layla as she ran over to her brand spanking new car.

Meanwhile Treecie is in deep thought on the swing while dragging her feet in the sand in the park, as two dark shadowy figures appear on the ground as she looks up......

Shadow, Ghost, Savage, and Crush all stand in the office looking at the panic look on Chad's face. Their thoughts are cut short by Alley crying. Ghost takes off running before shadow can even think to process what's going on.

Ghost has come to see Alley as a sister and when she's hurt, it truly affects him. They all reach the living room at the same time, Shadow pushes Ghost to the side, as he sits next to her on the couch and she continues to sob. He looks up to Ghost as they mentally have a conversation, and then Ghost turns around to seemingly have the same mental conversation with Savage, and Crush, and then the three of them exit the home as they head to the trap, while Shadow consoles Alley.

"Baby, you gone stress you and my baby out. Then I'ma have to punish your ass." He says with a smirk as his mind is no longer in a brutal state, but a freaky one at the moment.

His smirk falls when she doesn't reply, so he lifts her up so she is now  straddling his lap, as he begins to attack her neck as she begins to moan.

"See, that's what I like to hear. What he said is not true. He's a fuck boy and your a diamond in the rough. One of the most precious because only the most precious diamonds can handle the pressure and come out looking as flawless as you." he says while kissing and sucking on her neck in between words.

Alley never replied verbally, as her body and pregnancy hormones took over, which made her begin to grind into him, making his already hard member stand more at attention.

Ghost was so heated that he couldn't function. He left Savage and Crush at the trap to release their anger as he went to search for what calms him most, lately.

A smile creeps across his face as he pulls into the hospital parking lot and cuts the engine off. He looks towards the entrance and smiles before he get out and lock his door. As he approached the sliding double doors leading to the elevators, he slightly remembers the whole ordeal with Alley and his heart races a bit then begins to calm again.

"That was close." he mumbles to himself.

He got on the elevator and pressed 5 for the maternity floor. As he stepped off he didn't see the one person he wanted to. His heart instantly was saddened but his face showed no emotion. He still proceeds to the desk.

"Hello, is nurse Ebony here today?" He asked and became annoyed when the nurses eyes went from helpful to lust. He can't stand hoes.

"Ummmm, well Mr. Sexy, she got off about ten minutes ago, but I can help you with what ever you may need." the nurse replied licking her dry matte covered lips.

"Bitch you can get some carmax and give me her number or something." he was passed pissed that she was flirting with him when he Tryna find his woman.

"Sorry, sir I'm not allowed to give you hers but I'll give you mine, so that when you are ready to release your tension, my lips will be ready and waiting." she said trying to be sexy but failed epically.

"So I can get rug burn from them dry ass lips? Naw I'm good thirsty hoe, I'm out." he said not giving the conversation another bit of energy, as he turned and ran down the steps, then headed to his car in the parking lot.

Once he approached his car, he hit the steering wheel out of frustration. Because it seems she has been dodging him since he saw her. She's so beautiful. He sees in her what he sees in Alley, and that makes him want to love, and heal her more.

Let's not get it twisted. Just because he and his bro are bosses; doesn't mean they be on some bullshit as other guys.

He pulls out of the parking lot finally, as Ebony comes out of the shadows on the side of the building heading to her car. She ducked out to the side when she saw him pull in. So she waited until he left before she heads to her car and zooms home.

Ebony arrives home and enters her home, un-arming then re-setting her alarm, as she kicks her shoes off. She heads to the kitchen and pops her food in the microwave, then heads to her bathroom to fill the tube with water as hot as she can stand it. Then turns on her tub warmers as she strips out of her clothes, and puts on a robe, then heads back downstairs into the kitchen. She removes her food from the microwave; then grabs a fork out of the drawer, and begins to eat her shrimp and chicken Alfredo, with broccoli and cheese on the side.

She stands up to get her a glass of wine, then returns to her seat at the table, and continues to eat.

Once done, she heads back to her room after putting her dishes away, and refilling her glass of wine. She then sits at her vanity and takes off her makeup, which isn't much because she doesnt really need it.

As warm steamy tears fall from her eyes every night, for the past couple of weeks, she pulls off her wig; looking at the few strands of hair that are still holding on to her scalp from her alopecia.

'He can never love me, not the real me anyway.' Ebony thinks to herself

She has been hurt before, and since then she dodges every man that comes her way. But it's something about Ghost that makes her want to at least try to love again, and give in to him. But she knows that will never be. How can a sexy ass Greek God like himself, ever love a woman like me with flaws and all.

She finally reached the bathroom, and drops her robe stepping into the warm water, and emerge body in the warm water as it soothes her aches and pains of the day, while sipping her wine.

Lance, Layla, and Nyra arrive at Dave and Busters, where they pay for unlimited bands, and they sit down to eat as the night of celebration begins.
