FAMILY MEETING

Everyone arrived at Lance, Layla and Treecie's home, after coming from the mall. Treecie rode with Layla in the front passenger seat while Nyra rode with L in the back seat. Treecie friends went separate ways because of Momma Meyer's number 1 rule:

No Company is allowed at the house, except for Nyra because she passed all the background checks that no one knows about. Everyone grabbed there new merchandise that they picked up from the Mall and headed into the house. When they entered the house everyone was surprised to see a bunch of people inside, some faces they recognized as family, and a few other faces that none of them even knew about.

Angela was in a heavy conversation with their uncle Amir when she looked up and saw Lance. She walked over to them and replied

"Welcome home my babies, did you find everything you need for graduation?"

"Yes Ma'am we sure did." said Layla as she kissed her mom on the cheek and hugged her, then went around the room with Treecie as they greeted the rest of her family. L dropped his things on the floor beside the vestiveiw door, then went to kiss Nyra on her forehead then whispered in her ear,

"Babe can you do me a favor and chill wit my sister's for a bit, while I talk to to Ma real quick?"
"Sure thing babe, take your time." Smiled Nyra as she rubbed the left side of his face, then kissed his right cheek then went over to the other side of the room with Layla and Treecie, who seemed to be having a conversation with their Aunt Kaniyah.

KANIYAH

Lance walked over to his mom; hugged, and kissed her upon her cheek then asked her,
"Ma... What's er'body doing here... did somebody die??"
"What the hell makes u think someone died." asked Angela
"Because it looks like the whole family is here, and I know we not finna have a family reunion, so im thinking somebody gotta be dead." replied L.

"No baby." Laughed Angela." Nobody died and we not having a family reunion. But we are having a family meeting over dinner tonight. There is something important that I must talk to you and your sisters about, so y'all go ahead on and head upstairs and get cleaned up, then come down so we can get this family meeting started." Angela said as Amir walked over.
"Yes Ma'am." said L as he was about to turn and walk away, but was greeted by his uncle Amir as he dapped up L and gave him a hug and said,

"What's good Neph. I hear you been doing big things on the court?"

( A/N NEPH IS SHORT FOR NEPHEW)

"Yeah, you heard right UNK. I be dominating them niggas on the court." laughed L as he pretended he was doing a cross over, then spun around his uncle, then made a 3 point shot in the air as his mom smacked L upside the head then said,

(A/N UNK IS SHORT FOR UNCLE)

"How many times I gotta tell you to watch your fother mucking language in my damn house."
"Ouch!!!!" shouted L as he tried to duck her hit and failed miserably.
"Boy you know you not to big for me to knock you on your arse." said Angela.

"Come on Ang L was only tryna show me his moves, and niggas is not a bad word, depending on the way you use it." Replied Amir

"I hear you Mir but as long as I got breath in my body, and a beat in my heart My kids will not say that degrading arse word in my damn house. If some one got a problem with it, well then they can go suck on a tough damn titty. Because you will respect me in my damn house." Replied Angel.

Amir raised his hands in surrender and replied,
"Well ok then." as he began to walk away backwards, while the entire room laughed at what just transpired.

"L I know Nyra is your lady, but she has to go during this family meeting son."
"Yes Ma'am." replied L he knew it had to be serious if Nyra couldn't be present at the family meeting. She was basically family so L was thinking either someone is dying, or something is about to be revealed that will change the course of their lives. Little did he know he was so correct on the second part.

L grabbed his belongings from off the floor in front of the vestiveiw door, and grabbed Nyra hand and told his sister's to get cleaned up for the family meeting that will begin once we are settled in as they all went upstairs.

LATRICE A.K.A. TREECIE
ROOM

Once L and Nyra entered his room L said,

ROOM

"Babe we having a family meeting, and you know how my moms get..."

"Its ok L, trust I do understand. Just call me if you need me babe." Nyra began to turn around and walk away, but L grabbed her and kissed her so passionately, as there tongues intertwined as if they were playing tag with their tongues, which took there breath away, and made them both come up for air.

"I'll call you as soon as this family meeting is over."

" Ok." smiled Nyra as he escorted her out the room and down the hall. She ducked her head in Layla's room and said,

LAYLONIE A.K.A.
LAYLA ROOM

"Check you later sis, Im finna bounce for a bit call me later girl."
"Ok ... Later Bih" yelled Layla from her closet.

LAYLA CLOSET

As L walked Nyra downstairs, she said bye to everyone, then kissed L on his check then walked out the door.

Treecie and Layla finally came down and went into to the kitchen to help Angela and aunty Kaniyah bring some of the food out, and place them on the dinning table in the dinning room.

Then they all mingled and caught up. The Uncles who are the oldest and head of the family, and it's business's smoked in the back yard

as the women of the family cooked.

Their was having a heated conversation, but it was quiet as kept, and to a minimum, so the kids didn't hear what they were speaking about, which was gonna be talked about during dinner that will take place shortly.

All heads turned when uncle
Khalil shouted,

"Aye yo!!! !! Can this family meeting get started... Y'all know I'm a busy man, I got places to be, things to handle and bitches to do..." Laughed Khalil who has no chill.

SMACK!!!!!!

"Ouch!!!! What the fuck you hit me for Angel!!!!" shouted Khalil as he mean mugged her.
"Watch your damn mouth Lil." shouted Angela.
"Ang you betta go head with that Bull Shhh...." Khalil caught his self as he saw Angela ball up her fist and raised it up to get ready to punch him then said "B.S."

"That's what I thought." said Angela as she dropped her hand and unballed her fist as everyone laughed at there antics.

"I'm grown, and you ain't my damn mother." Said Khalil.
"Yeah you may be grown, and no I'm not your mother, but I am your big sister, and you are in my damn house, so you most definitely gonna respect my rules, plus you around all these kids talking reckless; like that ain't cool at all... Its best you act right before you get smacked right baby bro....  Don't make me tear dat arse up..." Said Angela as she mean mugged Khalil back.

"Ard... Ard... Calm down everyone, and lets have a seat at the table so we can get this meeting started. Before Ang throw them blows." laughed Kaniyah

As they sit down to eat

Everyone is in their own thought's . Amir is trying to figure out how to start the conversation; to let the twins in on what's really been going on, as Angela is in her own head  fearing of the twins reactions when they find out the news that will change the course of their lives.

Angela is knocked out of her thoughts when Brian asks  her,
"Why you snapping so hard today?"
She's normally not so violent.

"I'm okay..." Replies Angela  as she becomes teary eyed and says,

"Excuse me." As she pushes back her chair, then jumps up and runs out of the dinning room, & up the stairs to her room.

When her husband goes to stand up to check on her Brian says to him,

"I got her b-law." And proceeds to follow the route Angela took. Once he reaches her room

ANGELA & HER HUSBAND ROOM

he opens the door to see her standing in the mirror with tears streaming down her face and her wig off her head then ask,

"Sis what's really wrong?"
"They are going to hate me." she states while breaking down and falling to the floor being caught by her big brother.

"Sis, they won't hate you. Yes they'll be mad at first, and that's understandable, but that doesn't change who you are to them and the fact they love you. We all did this to protect them."

She continues to sob in his arms as he holds her tight encouraging her and letting her know it will be ok...

Angela finna whoop everybody arse lol thats so not like her, she nervous as all hell..... Yes she has a husband lol he been MIA in the beginning because he always working...
