Just a little ChanLix filler

The next few hours were like Hell. Felix refused to even let Chan around the children and because Felix wasn't even talking to him, other people were talking for him. It was both annoying and upsetting and Chan didn't know how much longer he could take of this.

Chan leaned his back against the wall, gripping his hair and growling in annoyance.

"Being angry isn't helping your case" Felix was suddenly beside him, leaning against the wall on his side.

"I thought you weren't talking to me" Chan scoffed.

"To be completely honest, that was a bit childish of me to do" Felix sighed, "but at least I can admit my faults, something you rarely do unless it's got something to do with me. So, I suggest you apologize for the way you've been acting towards Hyunjin"

"Lix, just listen for a sec-" "I don't want to hear any of your fucking excuses Bang Chan" Felix pushed himself off the wall, stepping in front of Chan, "and don't call me Lix, I'm still pissed off at you"

"Felix, I'm worried, okay? Really worried, because none of us, not even Hyunjin himself, knows what he's capable of nor if he has control over whatever powers he has!" Chan exclaimed, "it's putting us all in danger, can't you see that!?"

"No, it's not, because if you had been fucking listening earlier, Jooheon explained something to us. His powers are dormant within him. He had to unlock them before he can use them" Felix explained.

Now that shut Chan up.

"So, now that you know this new information, you can go and fucking apologise" Felix spat, going to walk away but Chan had grabbed him by the hips, turned him around and slammed him against the wall.

"What the fuck Chan?" Felix winced, "that hurt you dummy"

Chan was silent as he leaned his forehead against Felix's shoulder, a heavy sigh escaping him.

"I'm sorry for being such an idiot over these past few days, I just...can't help but worry over you and the kids" Chan then nuzzled his face into Felix's neck, the younger hands coming up to run through Chan's hair.

"You'd think I'd be the overprotective one when it came to the kids but you...you're a whole other level Channie" Felix giggled, "you should come with a sign that says overprotective father"

Chan chuckled softly, and after that the two fell into a comfortable silence, reveling in each others presence. Moments like this were precious, because they didn't know what bad things could be lurking around the corner...

I tried okay? I just...I didn't even want to write today, I have no motivation, I feel like my feelings are ignored and invalid by the people around me right now and depression has become my closest fuckin friend.
