(29) ANSWER TO ASSEMBLY

What we lose once in life can't get back that as same like before. It gets change to be better than before or distorted than before, may it be any emotion or person. The same scenario signifying these words appeared in patal lok. The person by whom Subhadra was stunned was none other than Arjun.

Now it had to be clarified how much he changed for Subhadra due to the interference of situations.

"How did you reach here?" Ignoring everyone Subhadra questioned.

"In the same way you reached," Arjun replied in short.

"Why are you here?" She shot another question.

"I have answered the king about this. Now it's your turn to answer," His words confused her for a while.

"Princess Subhadra, I came to know that you are trying to get my subjects under your influence. What's your explanation about this?" Before Subhadra could think ahead Vinashak cleared the reason of her summoning.

"It's not true. I haven't attempted anything like this. It's the curiosity of your subjects about aryan culture which has resulted into this," Subhadra stated the fact.

"It means it's theirs fault!" Vinashak exclaimed in an alerting pace of voice.

"No, curiosity is a obvious tendency," She corrected him calmly.

"Here everything is under my control," Vinashak wasn't ready to accept anything over his authority.

"Are you sure?" Subhadra's question provoked Vinashak's anger.

"You are trying to offend me in my own assembly, princess!" Vinashak growled in anger.

"I was just confirming the truth of your words. If everything here is under your control then why your anger raised over my question? You would have controlled your anger, but reacted in a obvious way," Subhadra flashed a victorious glare leaving Vinashak speechless.

"You may leave for now," Vinashak chose to close the scenario without creating any scene against him.

"Before that I want to say something. Winning in war doesn't limited to only gain of wealth, fame. Some feelings worth than wealth and fame have to be handled by the victorious side, and that's the culture of other side. Clans may get perished but not their good culture," Everyone was listening Subhadra attentively. Their surprised stares was highlighting the affect of her words over them.

"If you are willing to spread your culture then you have to respect all the cultures out of your community or else your culture can't be universal. It will be remain underestimated always," Completing her statements Subhadra joined her hands, and left from there.

Arjun's arrival raised many questions in Subhadra's mind which were roaming and getting collided with each other in her mind. To get her answers Subhadra went to meet Arjun.

"What's your motive here?" Entering into his chamber she marched towards him.

"My motive is slim, smart and fair coloured," Eying at her he replied in a playful tone.

"Don't joke, Arjun!" She interrupted the flow of playfulness which could have proceed further if the situation was normal.

"I am not joking. Your presence at this place made me present here. I am here for you of course," His words surprised her, but it couldn't occur in the way it should be. The surprise which could be a pleasant one came out just as surprise, mere surprise.

"Did you tell the same reason to your family before coming here?" She asked focusing her wide eyes at him.

"No, I proposed to initiate a peaceful negotiation with demons on behalf of Aryavrat. My family along with the kings gathered in assembly of Indraprastha agreed with me, and as a result I am here," He explained the flashback before his arrival.

"But you told you are here for me. Whom did you lie, to me or to them?" She glanced at him with doubtful eyes, but playfulness was hidden in those eyes.

"I didn't lie to anyone. I made a reason to come here, because I couldn't let you be here alone," He replied making an intense eye contact with her.

"Means your reason is fake!" She exclaimed, and this time her playfulness was a bit evident.

"No, I would do what I told. I am not here to be with you but to stand with you. Count me into your mission," He smiled, but couldn't get the same from her.

"You cleared your motive to king Vinashak, and he allowed you to be here!" This question left unanswered which was the reason she couldn't reciprocate his smile.

"No, I told him that I wished to explore his culture so that I could convince kings of Aryavrat about the goodness of his culture, and a peaceful way to his dream of spreading his culture would come out," He shared part in which she was absent.

"You told kings of Aryavrat that you would convince Vinashak, and you told Vinashak that you would convince the kings of Aryavrat! You are so cunning," She giggled heartily after uttering how he tricked both the sides.

"I wish it would be caring instead of cunning," He whispered to himself while admiring her.

He chose to stare at the pleasant sight in front of him, and to let her laugh her out instead of dragging their meeting towards any awkward discussion.
