"I hate flying!! Humans should just stick to the ground!" Jein yells, holding tight onto the seat. This is worse than before. The feeling is unbearable.
Justin does his best to avoid debris from the destroyed ships and quint jet. He needs to fly low sometimes, causing faint-hearted yelps for help.
He manages to fly across the beach area, but the debris still haunts them. And the worst is yet to come. One of the engines gets hit and...
"This quint jet is going to crash! Hold tight, guys!"
"I don't want to die in a crash!" Cygnus screams in fear. Sun looks around.
"We need to jump out of this ship!" he says.
"What? Are you crazy?!"
"We can still survive. Look!" He stands up and shows them a life jacket and parachutes in the rack above their heads. He hands them out one by one.
"Wear it and let's jump. Pilots too... no exceptions."
"Wait, let me fly lower so the impact won't be as bad." Justin flies the quint jet lower. They are now in the middle of the sea. The controller is making noise, and the engine light keeps blinking, indicating engine failure.
"Let's go!"
Everyone stands ready in front of the quint jet's door. Sun makes some gestures towards the pilot.
"Move... move... move!" Sun screams as one by one they drop down from the quint jet.
"Pilots! Hurry!" They quickly make their way to the exit door. Justin grabs both Sun and Joon's hands.
"Let's jump!" he screams at the top of his lungs before making a huge leap, escaping from the almost destroyed quint jet.
"I hate flying!!!" they hear Jein scream from their position. Slowly, they gather themselves with the rest of the group. Joon grabs Jein's hand to keep him calm. Sun takes hold of Cygnus' hand, and the boy grabs Yoon, who is floating nearby. One by one, they hold onto each other, forming a circle and continue floating in the air.
When they reach a certain altitude, those who have parachutes pull the trigger, and their parachutes open. Those without parachutes cling for dear life to those who have them.
"We're heading into the water!" Sun yells. Twix is hanging onto him tightly. He closes his eyes tightly.
"Twix, control your wolf. I can't bring a wolf right now!"
"He's scared too! He's never flown or gone into the sea before!"
And with that scream, they all plunge into the ocean like a bunch of bottles.

"Yoon..." he looks around, searching for the source of the voice. He knows he heard it, but there's no one in sight.
"Yoon..." he turns back, surrounded by darkness.
"Hey..." he turns his head again. A figure stands before him, dressed in all white with long, flowing hair.
"Byul!" he tightly embraces the woman, crying in her arms.
"But... how? Am I dead?" they separate for a moment. She gently wipes away his tears and then shakes her head.
"Not yet. You still have a long way to go, my love."
"I'm sorry I couldn't save you! I wish I could have worked harder to protect you, but I failed!" he looks down, fidgeting with his fingers.
"Don't blame yourself, Yoon. I have known all along that this is my destiny. I am the only one who can put an end to this. So I did what I needed to do. Stop blaming yourself! I hate seeing you like this, you know?" Byul says. She takes hold of his wrist and places his hand on her chest.
"Yoon, I love you so much!"
"I love you too! Please don't leave!"
"I need to, for now. Thank you for the love you gave me. Those beautiful memories will remain in my heart forever," she says, placing their hand on his chest this time.
"Promise me you will live, no matter what."
"I promise..." Yoon can't help but cry out loud. Byul releases his hand and cups his face. She leans in and gives him a deep kiss. They kiss passionately for a moment before parting ways. This time, it's a final farewell.
"Until we meet again, my beloved Guardian," she says, slowly stepping backward and fading into the darkness, leaving Yoon sobbing alone.
"Goodbye, Byul..."

"Yoon... Yoon!" he opens his eyes and groans. The smacks on his face leave a stinging sensation. He sees Joon, Jein, Twix, Justin, Sun, and Cygnus circled around him, wearing worried expressions. He slowly regains his senses.
"Thank God you're alive!" Joon hugs him tightly. Yoon is still a bit dazed, but he's fine now.
"Damn, those smacks hurt! Who did that?" he asks. Joon and Jein look at each other and then point at each other, both glaring.
"He did it!" they both say simultaneously. They continue to argue, accusing each other.
"I sense betrayal, Joon!"
"You were the one who suggested it, Jein!"
"I just told you to pat him, gently!"
"But you said it was too soft!"
"So you blame me for that?!" Jein looks at Joon wide-eyed. They continue their bickering as they walk away, leaving the rest of the group laughing.
"They're such a cute couple!" Cygnus remarks. Sun takes hold of Yoon's hand and helps him stand up. They gaze up at the sky. It's beautiful and peaceful at last.
"We won," Yoon says. They all nod in agreement.
"Finally!" Sun exclaims, stretching his back and letting out a yelp of relief. He's glad it's all over.
"Such a beautiful day to surf," Justin points behind them, noticing some abandoned surfboards left on the beach. It seems that people had been enjoying the beach earlier.
"Justin?!" Yoon asks. He feels tired, his old body unable to handle the exhaustion from their journeys and battles.
"Oh, come on, Yoon! It'll be fun!"
"Oh, now you call me Yoon?" Yoon glares at Justin. The boy responds with an innocent smile, then runs towards the pile of surfboards and takes one.
"Can I try too? I've never surfed before!" Twix asks, following Justin eagerly.
"Sure! Let's do a crash course," Justin replies. Twix giggles, and Justin begins giving him instructions. Soon, Cygnus and Sun join them. Yoon remains standing there, taking in the beauty of the beach scenery.
After some time, the four men are ready for action. Carrying their surfboards, they dash towards the ocean, ready to surf.
Yoon continues to watch them, cherishing this precious moment. He glances to his side, where the Joon-Jein couple is still bickering incessantly. Finally, Joon stops their argument by planting a deep kiss on Jein's lips, momentarily silencing him.
Yoon chuckles softly, his heart filled with warmth. He gazes up at the sky, grateful for the incredible gift of love he has received. Surrounded by these people who have become his family, he feels a sense of belonging. His throat tightens a bit as he remembers that Byul is no longer physically with him. However, he holds onto the promise he made to her.
"I will live this life for you so you can see the future of Cosmos City. You will always be in my heart, Byul!"
Suddenly, a sparkle catches his eye from beneath the sand. He looks down and squats to get a closer look. There it is again—a shimmering object. Yoon begins to dig into the sand and discovers a dog tag. He picks it up, turning it over in his palm.
As he examines the carving on the dog tag, he sees that it reads "LOVE." A bittersweet smile forms on his face. It's Byul's dog tag. Yoon clasps it tightly in his hand, placing it alongside his own Black Knight dog tag.
"Thank you, my love..." he whispers, holding onto the dog tags as precious mementos.
