Ryu: Mom, you actually had me and Azure automatically be put in the All Star Team?!!

Ryu and Azure were in the WBBA headquarters with the others standing in front of Kasumi Dr Kaito Ryo and Hikaru.

Ryo: I though you wouldn't mind competing since you two had the Top Spots in Battle Bladers.

Azure: Spots should be earned not given.

Kasumi: I told you this would happen Ryo.

Simon: Sorry boys, but it's already been settled that the first two spots will be yours.

Karma: So how will the teams be decided?

Ryo: Since Gingka was awarded third place he is going to be on the normal team as well-

Gingka: ME TOO?!! FATHER WHY?!!!

Erica: *Sigh* You lot are unbelievable. I don't think I'll ever meet anyone who'll be upset about already making the team.

Ryu: It's a cheap way to get in and everyone knows it!!

TIME SKIP!!

Ryu Gingka Azure looked down at the battles going down with practically being like torture.

Gingka: AAAAAH!!!

Azure: Man that looks so fun!

Masamune: LET RIP!!

Masamune was scoring point after point.

Dracian: While they're all being tortured let me explain. The amount of points you get determines if you get to compete for a spot in the Championships. The top three that score the most point automatically get the chance to compete on the All Star Team, and the three under them get the chance to be part of the regular team.

Stallion: And for the first team, someone's going to be left out to be a sub.

Ryu: DAMN IT I WANT TO BATTLE SO BADLY!!

Kasumi: 'What gave my brother the bright idea?'

Ryu looked closer down onto the Stadium and remembered a question he had in his mind.

Ryu: *Sigh* Mom, when exactly did Erica appear?

Kasumi: When you ask?

Gingka: Yeah, it's just hard to believe such an amazing Blader appeared out of nowhere.

Simon: Well she didn't exactly appear out of nowhere.

Azure: She didn't?

Kasumi: No, I'm actually the one who trained her.

Ryu: You did?!

ELSEWHERE!!

Erica: Lucifer!

He crashed into Bey's at once getting a stadium out for all of them.

Erica: Ok, that's 240 Bladers down. Who's next?!

BACK TO THE WBBA!!

Gingka: You actually trained her Aunt Kasumi?

Kasumi: In the events that Ryu and Gingka couldn't defeat Azure and Ryuga, I had to find some alternative. That's when I stumbled upon her. She was already a strong Blader, she probably was as strong as Gingka was when you and Ryu had first met.

Gingka: She was that strong?!

Kasumi: More than that, she loved Beyblade more than anything else. When I explained to very thing to her she jumped at the chance to help.

Simon: She was a bit rough around the edges at first as well, but she opened up eventually. Almost half a month before Battle Bladers began she was more than ready.

Ryo: Yes, both Kasumi and I realized that she could quite possibly match and keep up with the forbidden Bey's.

Simon: And that's when I realized she also needed a partner. Then came along Doom Lucifer. It was made from a particular fragment of a star.

Azure: Which one?

Simon: You should know it very well my boy. After all it was the one YOUR Partner was from.

Gingka: Ah- The Star Fragment that Dracian and Stallion came from!

Kasumi: Correct. Although we had to use the light side just in case the Dark Power overwhelmed her.

Stallion: That's why her Bey felt similar.

Azure: She was trained to beat me huh? I think I smell a challenge.

Hikaru: Don't take her lightly Azure. She's strong.

Gingka: She must be. Tsubasa and Yu aren't easy opponents to be alone, but she beat them together.

Azure: That's exactly what would make it fun.

DJ: STOP! TIME IS UP!!

Ryu: Alright, let's see the Bladers who made the top 6.

DJ started naming off the people who DIDN'T get in and unfortunately, Kenta was still part of them who was just shy 12 points behind Yu.

Gingka: Oh man.

Ryu: That's gotta sting the old pride a bit.

Azure: It just means he has to try harder next time. As bad as I make it sound.

Kasumi: Yes, but if he didn't keep on battling Masamune, things could have gone a bit differently.

Ryu: Maybe...

DJ: No mode the best 6! In 6th Place: We have Yu with 310 Points!

Blader: Woah no way!

Blader 2: 310 Points?!

Blader 3: Just how many people did he battle?!

Yu: HUH?!! I CAN'T BE IN THE ALL STAR TEAM?!

Masamune: HAHA!! SUCKS TO BE YOU YU!! I'll let you know what it's like to be on the All Star Team!!

DJ: In 5th Place: Masamune with 350 Points!!

Masamune: WHAT?!! No way, I'm not in first place?

Azure: PFFFT!!!

Both Ryu and Gingka started laughing hard while Azure tried to hold back his laughter.

Ryu: NICE JOB JACKASS!!!

Simon: Those who wish to be great should at least aspire for humbleness first.

Gingka: Looks like Masamune and Yu are in the same boat as me.

Ryu: Yeah.

DJ: In 4th place with 380 Points: TSUBASA!!!

Azure: So Gingka Masamune Tsubasa and Yu huh?

Ryu: Quite the team Eh? But I'm pretty sure we know the ones with us.

Gingka: At least one of them.

DJ: Now a tie for second place, with 500 Bey Points Each-

Tsubasa: 5?!! DID HE SAY 500 BEY POINTS?!!

Yu: YOU'RE KIDDING ME!!

Masamune: FOR REAL?!!

DJ: KYOYA AND KARMA!!!

In another Stadium Kyoya and Karma seemed to be in a face off with Leon and Fenrir spinning.

Kyoya: Tch, we shouldn't have been battling each other.

Karma: *Sigh* Yeah. Now we're just tied. And I have a good feeling I know who's in first place.

DJ: FINALLY in 1st Place: WITH A GRAND TOTAL OF 600 BEY POINTS!!

Masamune: 600?!!!

Yu: I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!!

DJ: IT'S ERICA!!!

I'm another Stadium Doom Lucifer was spinning as about 300 Bladers laid down defeated.

Erica: That was a pretty good warmup.

Gingka: She defeated 300 Bladers ALL with Stadium outs?!!

Azure: Um, Ryu, wasn't the most you beat only 250?

Ryu: ...Shut up.

TIME SKIP!!

Ryu: LET IT RIP!!

Ryu launched Dracian spinning her around catching her.

Karma: You realize you won't even be battling right?

Ryu: I know! That's why I'm trying to blow off that access energy! RIP!!

He launched again but this time another Bey was launched knocking into Dracian. They both instantly recognized the Bey as Rock Leon and looked to see Kyoya there.

Ryu: Kyoya...

Kyoya: Looks like you haven't changed in the last year.

Ryu: Same to you.

Kyoya: Though I can't say the same about your Bey.

Ryu: Yeah.

Soon Dracian pushed Leon back to Kyoya as they both caught their Bey's.

Ryu: Remember the name well. Surge Dracian has become Buster Dracian. Do you still think you can keep up.

Kyoya: Keep up? I'll blow you out of the water!

Ryu: That's what I like to here.

Karma: Uhhh, hello? You guys are gonna be on the same team.

Ryu: Did you really think Kyoya would team up with me Karma?

Karma: Why wouldn't he?

Kyoya: I want to BEAT the best, not team up with them. And a World Championship? THAT'S the kind of Stage it has to be. I just wanted to show my strength.

Ryu: In the tournament then?

Kyoya: Count on it.

They walked forward to each other and fist bumped. That's when Kyoya walked away.

Karma: I don't know what I expected.

Ryu: The World hm? That's the way I wanted to be on the top. Not just the country, but the whole world.

TIME SKIP!!

DJ: Alright everybody!! Since Kyoya has for some reason refused to join the All Star Team, we now have to decide who will be the sub member!

This time Ryu Azure and Gingka where in the crowd with the others.

Ryu: Either way, we'll have some amazing teammates.

Azure: Yeah. My question is who's stronger.

Masamune: Well think about it, Erica scored 600 Bey Points, and Karma only scored 500. The time I battled her she was able to easily read Striker's movements and keep up. So Erica's gotta be the stronger Blader.

Yu: No way! Karma is the stronger Blader by a country mile!

Masamune: Stop being biased cause it's your sister!

Yu: I'm not just picking favorites!

Ryu: He's actually right. I've battled with Karma so I know for sure.

He looked back to the few times he had battled the girl.

Ryu: Karma's got a killer instinct almost as sharp as mine, and I've been in the wild for a while. She fights with a blazing spirit and clear mind. So between the two based off what I've seen-

Everyone turned and saw Chi-Yun and Mei-Mei in the seats behind them.

Gingka: Chi-Yun?

Ryu: I was wondering when you two would say something.

Madoka: You knew they were there?!

Azure: You didn't?

Kenta: I've never met anyone as perceptive as you guys.

Mei-Mei: I think Chi-Yun is right though.

Ryu: Yeah, if you can't figure out which Blader is stronger first, than find out as you watch them battle.

Karma looked at Erica with a serious gaze.

Karma: 'At Battle Bladers I was completely useless. Ryu ended up beating me in the first round and my run ended there. And even after that I couldn't hold my ground against Ryuga and nearly lost you Fenrir.'

Fenrir: This time WILL be different Karma.

Karma: I'll be the winner here Erica.

Erica had a confident expression on her face.

Erica: We'll have to see about that. We never did battle that day.

Karma: Let's fix that now.

They both attached their Bey's to their launchers ready to go. Gin looked at the battle with his ears down.

Ryu: What's wrong buddy?

Gin: I just have a bad feeling about this.

Ryu payed close attention keeping the words Gin said in mind.

DJ: EVERYBODY READY?!

Karma: 3!!

Erica: 2!!

Karma&Erica: 1!! LET IT RIP!!!

They launched their Bey's with Fenrir and Lucifer rushing at each other.

Azure: Karma's improved since Battle Bladers.

DJ: WOULD YOU LOOK AT THAT!! BOTH BEY'S ARE SPINNING AROUND THAT STADIUM AT IMMENSE SPEEDS!!

Karma: Go now Fenrir!!

It rushed in for an attack.

Erica: Meet it head on, Lucifer!!

Lucifer headed straight towards Fenrir as the Bey's clashed with shockwaves going around.

Gingka: WOAH!

Mei-Mei: Intense!

Ryu and Azure were both surprised seeing this.

Azure: It's like our battle a year ago.

Ryu: No, it's even more intense.

Chi-Yun looked closer and noticed Fenrir.

Chi-Yun: Wait, that's the mode she decided on?

The Bey's broke apart as Lucifer went around the Stadium and Fenrir went to the middle of the Stadium.

Madoka: She went for defense mode.

Masamune: Defense mode? You mean it can switch?

Ryu: Chaos Fenrir isn't actually a Stamina Type, it's a Balance Type. Fenrir is capable of switching from attack to defense by moving the metal frame to the bottom.

Erica: So your aiming for a drawn out battle huh? Not a bad strategy.

Karma: I know I can't overpower Lucifer with raw power, so this was the best option. It'll eventually run out of Stamina, so you better hope your attacks can do something.

Erica: Alright then I can play that game. Go Lucifer!

Lucifer went in attacking Fenrir ferociously.

Chi-Yun: I see, Lucifer has a 6 bladed Fusion Wheel that allows for a barrage attack.

Mei-Mei: Not only that, she has a Rubber Semi Flat performance tip that grips the Stadium for relentless attacks.

Madoka: Amazing.

Ryu: But there's something else I just can't figure out.

Erica: You can't keep this up.

Karma: That's what you think! Chaos Shield!!

Fenrir lit on fire with the flames sending Lucifer back.

Masamune: Chaos Shield?

Azure: That's a new one.

Kenta: It's that move again.

Azure: You've seen this before?

Ryu: I think it's like Stallion's Venom Wall.

Madoka: It is actually.

Mei-Mei: Time by using the metal parts to gather heat from the friction, it's able to create flames and protect itself.

Karma had her hands out as she was cloaked in a flaming red aura.

Karma: It may be in the early stages but this shield is more than enough.

Erica: Ok then let's test it's limits.

Lucifer went in attacking again and again but Fenrir didn't budge.

Ryu: 'What's she up to?'

Karma: IT'S USELESS!

It pushed back Lucifer into the Stadium wall.

DJ: Incredible!! Fenrir keeps pushing back Doom Lucifer! Will this strategy seal the deal?!

Erica: I'll admit this would give anyone else trouble, but Lucifer and I are only getting started!!

Lucifer pulled away before the Fusion Wheel shifted and there where 9 Blades on the Wheel.

Azure: No way!!

Erica: Let's see how you handle Lucifer's Barrage Attack!!

Gingka: A barrage attack?!

Lucifer went in towards Fenrir attacking but instead of going on one place it attacked all around.

Ryu: It was a mode change! That's the feature I saw before!

Madoka: Lucifer has a 9 Blader Barrage attack now! That coupled with the Rubber Semi Flat Performance Tip's relentless attacks-

Erica: GO NOW!!

Fenrir was hit up into the air shocking everyone. That's when they saw a man with 12 Bat Wings throwing the Wolf Spirit Fenrir into the air.

Karma: FENRIR!!

It landed on the ground as Lucifer started to attack it nonstop.

DJ: Look at that!! Lucifer is going at Fenrir like there's no tomorrow!

Chi-Yun: It's over.

Ryu: Yeah.

Kenta: Huh?

Ryu: No matter how hard I try I can't see Karma winning. Erica and Doom Lucifer... They really might have been able to beat me back then.

Karma: 'Not again... I'm gonna loose again?'

Karma's eyes widened a bit as she begin to hear her heartbeat.

Karma: 'I've worked too hard to just to become someone's sub. I guess I'll have to try it now!'

Lucifer spun around the Stadium gaining momentum as it swung down directly to Fenrir.

Erica: This will finish it!!

Karma: Don't count me out yet!!!

Black flames exploded in the Stadium as they came from Fenrir.

Ryu: WHAT THE?!!

Fenrir dashed to Lucifer clashing with the Bey with a large explosion happening.

DJ: WHAT IS HAPPENING?! SUDDENLY FENRIR HAS GOTTEN A SECOND WIND!!

Karma: I WON'T LOSE HERE!!!

Fenrir hit Lucifer with a devastating barrage of attacks.

Azure: What?

Masamune: Crazy!

Madoka: What's going on?! This is nothing like the normal flames Fenrir let's out!

She looked at her laptop amazed.

Madoka: It's more than triple the heat!

Erica: Interesting! Now your putting up a fight!

Lucifer began to push back against the attacks. It progressively got hotter as it even reached to where they were.

Ryu: Uhhh, I think you were right Gin.

Yu: Th-This just... This isn't like sis at all...

Gin: She's never been that aggressive even inside a battle.

Madoka: THIS IS BAD!! If Fenrir keeps burning any hotter than both Bey's are going to be ruined!!

Erica overheard that before gaining a serious look.

Erica: Ok, I've had my fun, it's time to end this.

She glowed in a black and yellow aura as her eyes glinted yellow.

Erica: SPECIAL MOVE!!

Lucifer pushed Fenrir back before spinning around the stadium. Soon enough it rose into the air with wind blowing as it did.

Karma: NOW FENRIR!!

Fenrir began to burn brighter until Karma noticed something.

Ryu: WOAH!

Ryu picked Gin up getting him away from the flames. That's when her look softened as the flames died down.

Erica: RAGING STORM CRASH!!!

Lucifer came back down with what seemed like a tornado boosting behind it. It crashed into Fenrir with a gust of wind blowing everyone black. When everything dialed down it was revealed Fenrir had stopped.

DJ: I-IT'S DONE!! FENRIR HAS STOPPED AND-

Lucifer was still spinning but a little wobbly.

DJ: DOOM LUCIFER IS STILL GOING!! THE WINNER OF THIS BATTLE IS ERICA!!!

Everyone cheered as Erica grabbed her Bey and walked to Karma.

Erica: Ok I won't lie, you gave me a scare. Let's do this again alright? But just for fun.

Karma looked up and saw Erica had a genuine smile. Seeing that she couldn't help but smile herself and shake her hand.

Karma: Yeah.

Gingka: That got intense.

Gin: Yeah. That was nuts.

Masamune: I didn't know Karma was that powerful.

Ryu: Same here man.

Dracian: Looks like she's still got some amazing strength inside her.
