Ryu Karma Azure and Gin were walking through the streets back to the B-Pit.

Karma: Seriously though, that Special Move of yours was awesome Azure!

Azure: Thanks, took a while to get that down.

Ryu: The PC Frame makes it easy for you.

Azure&Stallion: Fair enough.

Karma: Also, the gimmick for Dracian is WAY more different than I thought.

Ryu: Yeah it kinda made for a really strong attack. But I still haven't revealed mine and Dracian's full power.

Gin: Really?

Karma: Your bluffing.

Ryu: Am I? Am I really?

The walked back into the B-Pit seeing Benkei there getting confused from Gingka and Masamune doing ridiculous challenges.

Ryu: Hey, Benkei!

He turned around seeing Ryu there.

Benkei: Ryu! You and Azure are really back!!

Azure: Long time no seem big guy.

They turned to see the two jump roping, bubble wrap popping, doing Algebra-

Ryu: What the hell?

Kenta: Don't ask.

That's when they heard a gong. They turned to see a girl with teal hair wearing pink. She kept ringing the gong with Ryu instantly recognizing her.

???: Greetings, and a very good morning to everyone here. Is Master Ryu here?

Ryu: No way, Mei-Mei?!

He looked up seeing Ryu.

Mei-Mei: Hey, you wouldn't happen to be-

Ryu: Ah man it's been forever! How's Dashan and Chi-Yun doing?

Mei-Mei: Is that really you?!

Gingka: Uh, Ryu? You know her?

Ryu: Oh right I never told you guys. Mei-Mei is a Blader I became friends with in China.

Karma: A Blader from another country?

Masamune: Man that's awesome!

Mei-Mei: Great now that I found you, I'm also looking for a Blader named Azure. Is that you?

She pointed at Gingka raising his hands up.

Mei-Mei: You?

She pointed at Masamune getting a similar result.

Azure: That'd be me.

She handed him a piece of paper.

Mei-Mei: Ryu, you and him come to this location at noon alright?

Ryu: Uh, sure.

Mei-Mei: Gotta get going, great seeing you again!

She ran of waving.

Ryu: Same here!

Azure: Umm, a weird one huh?

Ryu: Yeah, that Mei-Mei.

Azure noticed the paper in his hand was gone. They turned back and saw that Madoka had it.

Madoka: Ryu and Azure, be at the Grand Restaurant Plaza wait. Chi-Yun Li of Wang Hu Zhong.

Ryu: Chi-Yun!

Gin: You mentioned that name before right? Who is he?

Ryu: Oh yeah! Chi-Yun is a really powerful Blader! He's pretty small but is definitely one of the best I've met! He gave me a good run for my money a few years back!

Azure: He was that good?

Ryu: Man I can't wait till noon!! Sorry guys, LET'S GO AZURE!!

He grabbed Azure by the arm running.

Azure: HEY WHAT THE HELL MAN?!!

Gingka: UGHHH, thery're still not open...

They were at the Grand Restaurant Plaza but found it was closed.

Azure: They said at noon, you shouldn't have come if you couldn't wait.

Masamune: I'm hungry...

Gin: You guys have been complaining for 3 HOURS.

Benkei: Can't hold on much longer...

Soon the doors opened with Gingka Masamune and Benkei getting their second winds. They got up and started running in. That's when Ryu saw there was no food.

Ryu: Yup, that's about right.

Gingka: THERE'S NOTHING HERE!!

Benkei: WHERE'S ALL THE FOOD?!!

???: I've been waiting for you two!!

The large gong rang as he saw a small boy standing under it.

Ryu: It's been a while Chi-Yun.

Chi-Yun: It is good to see you once again Ryu.

Azure: So you weren't kidding.

Gingka: Food!

Masamune: Where's the food?

Chi-Yun: Huh?

Benkei: You heard em! THE FOOD!!

Chi-Yun: Yo Mei-Mei!

She walked up beside him.

Mei-Mei: Yes?

Karma: She delivered the message, they just followed for food.

Chi-Yun: I see.

Ryu: Trust me, just give them what's here, it'll save a lot of hassle.

Chi-Yun snapped his fingers as people came in with a variety of Chinese Dishes. The three were more than happy with this as they started grabbing some right away.

Karma: Eh, might as well. Come on Gin.

She went to the pork buns as Gin followed her.

Chi-Yun: I saw Battle Bladers! I came all the way here to battle you and Surge Dracian, but I was also interested in that Venom Stallion! A Steel Wall? We'll just have to see! Come face me and my Thermal Lacerta!

He showed Ryu Lacerta as it brought back found memories.

Dracian: Ah, good times.

Ryu: Hm, fine then. But there's one difference. Surge Dracian won't be the Bey to defeat you. No, your opponent will be Buster Dracian and Erase Stallion!

He revealed Dracian surprising both Mei-Mei and Chi-Yun.

Mei-Mei: That's Dracian?!

Chi-Yun: They must have evolved!

Azure: Let's make it a double battle. The two of us vs the two of you.

Mei-Mei: That sounds great!

Chi-Yun: We accept!

The gong fell as they were going to use it as a Stadium.

Ryu&Azure: 3!!

Chi-Yun&Mei-Mei: 2!!

All: 1!! LET IT RIP!!!

They all launched with Ryu having a slight smirk. This time for some reason, Ryu put Dracian in Reverse Rotation.

Chi-Yun: Reverse rotation?!

Benkei: WHAAAT?!!!

Gingka and Masamune damn near choked on their food.

Gingka: Did your brain go on vacation?!!

Masamune: What's the matter with you?!! This is a team battle!!

Ryu: I know that.

Karma: What could he be thinking?

Azure: So that's the plan huh? Good thing too.

Mei-Mei: I don't know what your thinking, but better knees for us!

Azure: Knees?

Ryu: She doesn't speak a lot, she means news.

Azure looked at Mei-Mei's Bey seeing it was an Aquario.

Azure: Alright then. Ryu, I'll take down Mei-Mei, Chi-Yun is yours.

Ryu: Right. DRACIAN!!

Chi-Yun: Mei-Mei!

Mei-Mei: Ready!!

Both Lacerta and Aquario moved side by side.

Chi-Yun: HEAVEN AND EARTH FORMATION!

The Bey's went to the Center with Lacerta staying still while Aquario circled around it.

Ryu: A formation Huh? You two are still pretty predictable.

Kenta: Madoka, is Lacerta a defense type Bey, what do you think?

Karma: *Chomp* It's a Balance Type actually. The Wing Attack spin track allows for extreme attack power.

Azure: Go, Stallion!!

Stallion rushed in to attack.

Chi-Yun: GREAT MOUNTAIN FORMATION!!

Lacerta pushed Aquario to Stallion stopping the attack.

Azure: Ha! Bad move buddy!

Ryu: DRACIAN!!

Dracian rushed to Lacerta ready to attack.

Gin: So that's why! He knew Stallion would attack from another direction so he used another direction!

Chi-Yun: Crafty, but the attack power on Lacerta's Wing Attack Spin Track more than makes up for it!

Ryu: I told you this was BUSTER Dracian! GO NOW!!

Both Spirits came out with Dracian bitting down on Lacerta sending the Bey flying.

Chi-Yun: NO WAY!!!

Ryu: Lacerta may have a Wing Attack Spin Track, but my Dracian has a METAL Wing Attack!

They saw Dracian's spin track seeing that it was true.

Kenta: AH!!

Madoka: As if Dracian need any more attack power, that spin track takes it to the next level!

Chi-Yun: Ah, I can't believe I thought you wouldn't have improved to so much in the few years that I had seen you battle!

Ryu: Don't get down, no one can predict growth like ours.

Mei-Mei: I knew you had become stronger, but this is ridiculous!

Chi-Yun: It is obvious you two will be able to participate in the World Championships and go far.

Ryu was slightly confused hearing this.

Ryu: World Championship?

Chi-Yun: You mean you don't know?

Azure: Yeah, gonna need a rundown of this.

Mei-Mei: It's kinda weird that you didn't know. It's going to be the next Battle Bladers, but on a OVAL SCALE!

Ryu: Global you mean?

Chi-Yun: Yes! It will be a team competition! The winners will be the Number One Bladers in the World!!

Ryu: WHAT?!!!

Karma: No way!!

Masamune: A world competition?!

Gingka: Man count me in!!

Ryu: YOU MEAN PEOPLE ALL AROUND THE WORLD WILL BATTLE?!

Chi-Yun: That is correct!

Ryu seemed to have stars in his eyes with tears threatening to spill from them.

Ryu: *Sniff* I haven't been so happy since the survival battle.

Dracian: Breathe in Ryu.

Azure: Now that's my kinda tournament!! Ryu, let's pull something outta the old bag of tricks!

Ryu: Right! DRACIAN!!

He glowed in a crimson and gold Aura with Dracian.

Azure: STALLION!!

Azure started to glow in a dark and light blue aura along with Stallion!

Chi-Yun: Brace yourself Mei-Mei!

Mei-Mei: R-Right!!

Both Dracian and Stallion rushed to each other.

Stallion: I can't remember the last time we teamed up this way.

Dracian: I can say it's been a fair few Centuries.

They clashed and instead of knocking each other away, they spiraled around each other gaining power with sparks flying.

Gingka: How are they doing that?!

Madoka: With Dracian's reverse rotation, it and Stallion can gain power off each other by clashing like that! And with Stallion's PC frame their creating an amazing amount of force!

Ryu&Azure: LET'S GO, JOINT SPECIAL MOVE!!! CALAMITY DRAGON PLASMA STORM!!

A powerful lightning vortex happened around the Bey's as they rushed towards Lacerta and Aquario.

Chi-Yun: Oh no!!

They were caught in the storm with an explosion happening. Both Lacerta and Aquario were knocked out of the Stadium as the gong split apart. Everyone was shocked as Gin was behind Karma.

Gin: That was just...

Karma: Intense...

Benkei: So that's Buster Dracian and Erase Stallion huh?

They caught their smoking Bey's with Dracian damn near lighting on fire in Ryu's hand as it took Stallion a few seconds to stop completely in Azure's hand.

Ryu: Thanks for the battle, but it looks like you weren't ready for the best Bladers in the world.

Kenta: Their teamwork was amazing.

Masamune: It's like they did that thousands of times.

Gingka: Ryu and Azure have been friends since they were little. Even after the gap between them I didn't think they'd have much trouble, but an overwhelming victory like THIS?

???: As to be expected from the top two Bladers in the country.

They all heard a voice and turned to see Erica there.

Gingka: Erica...

Azure: So your her huh?

Ryu: Erica Zenith.

Erica: Yup. The way Japan is going to choose their representatives is through a competition.

Gingka: A competition?

Erica: Let's just say it's gonna be an all out brawl. You have earn points by battling, the one's who earn the most points earn a spot in battles to determine the representatives.

Ryu: Sounds like my kinda battle!

Erica: Ryu, Azure, you won't be able to compete-

Ryu&Azure: YOU WHAT MATE?!!!

Masamune: HA!!! Don't worry, I'll send you postcards of all the different places I-

Erica: Because you two will be placed on an All Star Team.

Chi-Yun: An All Star Team?

Karma: Wait, you mean there's going to be another team for Japan?

Masamune: THOSE TWO GET TO COMPETE WITHOUT EVEN GOING THROUGH THE SAME STUFF?!!!

Azure: We'll send you a postcard.

Azure had a trollish grin on his face.

Ryu: Heh, it's hard to believe. The world hm?
