Gingka: He's gonna pay for what he did to Hyoma!

Kenta: I don't get why anyone could enjoy tormenting their opponent like that in a battle!!

Benkei: We've got to get the Dark Nebula back for- huh?

Ryu was in a quiet fury from seeing how the Blader known as Reji tormented Hyoma for a time that must've felt like hours before finishing him off, AND since Azure defeated Hikaru and sent her to the hospital. He was so furious that everyone else could feel the anger even with his silence.

Ryu: I am going to beat him so fast that his head spins.

Dracian: Hello? Ryu?

Gin: Uh oh.

Kenta: When's the last time Ryu was this angry?

Gingka: It's like when he battled Azure, but different.

Madoka: Yeah, it's like he's angrier but way more quiet.

Kyoya: What's more worrying is that he doesn't seem to hear us right now too.

Ryu was broken out of his trance by Gin siting on his leg.

Gin: Hey Ryu, you there?!

Ryu: Huh? Oh my bad just plotting what ways I'm gonna beat Reji if I go up against him.

Gingka: Plotting? Did the Dark Power do something to you or did you just genuinely start pre planning a way to beat someone?

Ryu: Oh come on I wing a few things and suddenly I'm a different dude when I plan something ahead of time.

Kyoya: A few?

Ryu: Ok you got me there.

They all laughed but it was cut short when Azure came in the room.

Kyoya: Azure!

Ryu looked up at Azure with a serious expression.

Gingka: What are you doing here?!

Azure: I came here to say something to the kid.

He pointed to Kenta who slightly jumped from it.

Kenta: Wh-What do you want?!

Kenta tried his hardest to act tough but found it hard since Azure was about as icy of a person as they got.

Azure: You know I'm going to be your opponent, right?

Kenta: Y-Yeah! And I'm going to beat you and get revenge for Hikaru!

Azure looked at Kenta not even finding his comment comical.

Azure: Look kid, save yourself the trouble and drop out from the battle.

They were all shocked hearing Azure say that.

Azure: Your friends lucky I held back. Ryuga wouldn't have been as merciful as I am. Give up or the same thing will happen to you.

Azure turned around and began walking away.

Azure: Don't try and be some avenger, it'll earn you a world of pain.

He closed the door behind him leaving everyone there. Surprisingly Ryu was calm through the entire conversation.

Gingka: Hey Ryu, are you sure you're ok?

Ryu: Yeah, it's just I shouldn't waste my energy on lashing out. I have to focus. Just another 2 matches until I can go to the finals.

Gingka: Yeah! That goes for all of us!

Kyoya: Don't act like you've already won Ryu! My Leon and I will crush you and Dracian, along with your Pegasus Gingka!

Ryu: Keep on dreaming Kyoya.

Benkei: Hey don't count us out either you three!

Kenta: That's right! We're aiming to win too!

Ryu: Speaking of that, where's Tsubasa at? It's his turn to Battle next.

Madoka: He's preparing for his next match. And I can't say I blame him.

Ryu: Uh huh. Oh all the Bladers to get paired with in the first round, it was Ryuga he had to face.

???: G-Guys...

Everyone turned to where they heard the voice and saw Karma and Yu. They both looked like they had seen better days as they were covered in bruises.

Gingka: Yu! Karma!!

Ryu: We gotta help them!

Ryu Gingka and Kyoya were the first ones to run over and pick them up. They made their way into a room with places for the siblings to lie down.

Gingka: What happened to you two?!

Karma: Doji has no use for anyone in the Dark Nebula who loses a battle in Battle Bladers.

Yu: He forced us to battle Reji and Ryuga. We both got away, but like this. And our Bey's are doing even worse.

They barely managed to get out their own Bey's revealing that they were severely damaged. Ryu seeing this finally got angry.

Ryu: That guys the worse of the worse!!!

Gingka: Ryuga, and Reji too!!

Kyoya: Even I draw the line at destroying someone's Bey! That's not right!

Yu: They way they battle, it isn't like the Beyblade you guys taught us about. Reji just seeks to torment his opponent and Ryuga just see's them as food for him and L-Drago.

Karma: It isn't right at all.

Ryu slightly calmed down hearing this.

Ryu: At least you know that.

Gin: As long as you realize that Beyblade is supposed to be fun then you're A OK in my book!

Gin wagged his tail as Yu's eyes slightly sparkled.

Yu: Ahhhh cool! It's a little puppy-wuppy!!

Gin: Hi there.

Karma: If there was any solace in today, it's that I can say I've seen a talking dog.

Madoka: True, not everyone can say that they have.

TIME SKIP!!

The eight Bladers who had advanced to the quarter finals: Ryu, Gingka, Azure, Ryuga, Kyoya, Kenta, Benkei and Reji where standing on the stage. Tsubasa had faced Ryuga and lost badly getting out into a coma. Finally the pairings were revealed shocking nearly everyone. All accept Ryu who just deadpanned.

Ryu: Ok the first one wasn't even funny, this is just ridiculous.

Kenta vs Azure!
Ryu vs Benkei!
Gingka vs Reji!
Kyoya vs Ryuga!

Kenta slightly jumped seeing that he would go up against Azure but steeled his nerves.

Kenta: 'I won't back down!'

Benkei: I have to battle Ryu?!

Ryu looked at Benkei.

Ryu: Sorry Benkei, but I'm not gonna take it easy on you.

Kyoya: I'm with Ryuga.

Ryuga just had his confident grin.

Doji: Now without further ado let's begin the first match!

Everyone walked to the stands but before that Ryu knelt down to Kenta.

Ryu: Be careful Kenta. When Azure uses his Dark Move do your best to avoid it.

Kenta: Right!

He smiled before going into the stands with the others.

Dracian: Ok Ryu be real, how much trouble is Kenta in.

Ryu: Too much for me to not be sweating about.

Ryu had his eyes glued onto the stadium. Azure looked at Kenta before attaching Stallion to his launcher.

Azure: Can't say I didn't warn you kid.

Kenta attached Sagittario to his launcher with Ryu immediately noticing a difference in the performance tip.

Ryu: Well this is a new one.

DJ: NOW EVERYBODY GET READY!!

Azure: 3!!

Kenta: 2!!

Azure&Kenta: 1!! LET IT RIP!!!

They both launched their Bey's into the Stadium. Stallion quickly made it's way to the center. Azure just stood with his arms crossed.

Kenta: Sagittario!

It moved in with greater speed than usual with Azure picking up on this.

Azure: 'That's way faster than his Bey's normal speed. But no matter.' Stallion.

Stallion's metal wheel and core shifted to reveal it's extra set of wings.

Madoka: So soon?!

Sagittario collided into Stallion and was immediately blown back.

Kenta: Sagittario!

The dust cleared to reveal it was still spinning fine.

Gingka: Woah!

Kyoya: Sagittario just survived a head on collision with Stallion!

Benkei: Bu-Bull that's great news!!

Madoka: I don't get it. With Stallion entering that mode change the parry from it's four wings should have reduced it's spin way more.

Ryu: That's the case usually.

Gin: Usually?

Ryu: You've just gotta keep watching a see for yourself.

Kenta: Not yet!! Sagittario!!!

Sagittario spun around ready for an attack.

Azure: The same things gonna happen kid. Why even bother trying.

Kenta: Special Move: Sagittario Flame Claw!!!!

The three claws on Sagittario's spin track extended out but unlike how Sagittario usually get's covered in flames, a whole storm of flames burst in the stadium shocking even Azure.

Azure: The hell?!

Kenta: Go now!!

The storm dispersed as a flaming Sagittario dived down to Stallion. They clashed with Stallion seemingly pushed back an inch.

DJ: CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?!! SAGITTARIO IS ACTUALLY PUSHING THE IRON WALL KNOWN AS STALLION!!

Gingka: Oh yeah!! Way to go Kenta!!

Benkei: That's the way buddy!!!

Azure: Tch! Don't get so cocky kid!!

Stallion glowed in a dark blue aura as Sagittario was sent flying into the air.

Kenta: SAGITTARIO!!

It came down hitting the Stadium wobbling slightly.

Ryu: Darn, I at least thought his Special Move could've done more!

Azure: Alright, you're already waiting to be buried.

Stallion finally moved from the center and slammed into Sagittario making it skid to the edge of the Stadium.

Kenta: Hold you're ground Sagittario!!

Miraculously Sagittario swerved away from the edge and right back inside.

Azure: That movement. Now I get it, you haven't been using your normal Sharp Performance Tip have you?

Madoka opened her laptop and saw that Azure was right.

Madoka: He's right! Kenta is using Libra's Eternal Sharp Performance Tip!

Ryu: Took you long enough to realize.

Kyoya: You knew?

Ryu: My eyes are sharp. I can see more details than most.

Azure: So you think just because you're fighting with Yu means you even have a prayer against me?

Kenta: That's right! I'm not fighting alone! I'm fighting with Yu and Libra!

Yu came out from an entrance.

Yu: That's right Kenchi!

Kenta: I'm not going to give up for the both of us!! One more time!! Sagittario Flame Claw!!!

Sagittario burned as it attacked Stallion once again.

Azure: The same things gonna happen.

Stallion pushed back Sagittario once again.

Azure: You'll run out of Stamina eventually. Stallion's spin has barely decreased at all.

Madoka: He's right! Stallion has maintained nearly the exact same spinning power since it was launched!

Gingka: Are you kidding?!

Kyoya: So even those massive Flame Claws barely did anything to it?!

Ryu tapped his foot on the ground nervously.

Ryu: 'I'm only asking that nothing happens here. The most I can hope is that Sagittario runs out of stamina.'

Kenta: I'll keep trying again and again!! I have to!!

Sagittario began attacking Stallion over and over to no avail.

Azure: It's useless!

Stallion let out a shockwave that pushed both Sagittario and Kenta back.

Yu: Kenchi!!

Karma watched on screen horrified.

Karma: Oh no Kenta!

Ryu: KENTA!!

Kenta got back up slowly.

Kenta: Gh... I'm not gonna quit...

Azure: I don't understand how a shrimp like you is so resilient.

Kenta: You would never understand! I put my entire spirit into battling! Someone in the Dark Nebula just doesn't know what it means! I won't give up as long as Sagittario continues to spin!

Those words hit Azure hard as he looked back to the battles he used to have with Ryu.

Azure: 'Th-This kid reminds me so much of...'

Kid Azure: I won't quit now Ryu!!

Azure: 'Myself...'

Azure gained a serious look before his aura flared up.

Azure: Alright, you have a bit of my respect.

Kenta: Huh?

Ryu: Crap!

Azure: I haven't seen anyone attack Stallion so much and still be spinning. But this doesn't mean you can win, not by a long shot. Let's end this.

Lightning surrounded his hand.

Kenta: Yes! NOW SAGITTARIO!!

Sagittario began to spin and get engulfed in flames.

Yu: Kenchi!!

Ryu: Kenta!!!

Benkei: Kenta buddy!!!

Kenta: Special Move: Sagittario Inferno Claw!!!

Sagittario burned even brighter with the flames going white.

Ryu: A new Special Move?!

A trail of flames was behind Sagittario as it went to Stallion.

Azure: Dark Move!!

He shot the lightning to Stallion as it spun around.

Azure: Calamity King: RAGING STRIKE!!!

It gained speed as it raced towards Sagittario.

Kenta: GOOOOO SAGITTARIO!! HIT HIM EVERYTHING WE HAVE!!!!

The Bey's closed in on each other with Sagittario and Stallion's Spirits closing in as well. When the Bey's clashed a massive explosion ensued.

Yu: AHHHHH!!!

Yu was pushed against the wall from being to close. There was a massive cloud of debris from said explosion. When the dust cleared up, it was revealed that the stadium was destroyed.

DJ: OH MY GOODNESS!! THE STADIUM HAS BEEN DEMOLISHED!! WHAT, WAS THE BATTLES RESULT?!!

In the remains of the Stadium, dust swirled away revealing that Stallion was still spinning. Sagittario however was not and Kenta was on the floor unconscious while Azure stood with a cut on his cheek.

Azure: ...

DJ: IT'S BEEN DECIDED!! AZURE IS THE VICTOR!

Gingka: KENTA!!!

Everyone ran down to him concerned. Azure still stood there looking at his body. Ryu's rage had returned with a vengeance as he looked at Azure.

Ryu: Azure!!!!

He held out his hand and retrieved Stallion.

Madoka: I hope you're happy! Look at Kenta! What do you have to say for yourself now huh?!!

Azure looked at them all with a stern expression before turning and walking away. Karma looked at the screen absolutely heartbroken fighting back the  tears in her eyes.

Karma: No... Kenta...

Azure walked back inside with his fist clenched my

Azure: 'The kid made me get a little serious but... I thought I held back enough not to hurt him...'
