Team Rage was on a plane headed to America.

Ryu was cleaning Dracian's parts looking down focused.

Ryu: Don't say that like he could actually beat me.

Ryu said this in a nonchalant way putting Dracian back together before putting her up.

Ryu: I'll lose to Masamune before I lose to someone who's Bey has the same function as me.

Azure: Damn.

Ryu: I'm not trying to sound overconfident, but think about it. I only don't know his special move. He hasn't even seen Dracian's Reverse Rotation.

Karma: Oh right.

Erica: Well reverse rotation isn't the only thing is it?

Ryu smirked putting a finger up.

Ryu: I'll never tell.

Azure: I will-

Ryu: Zip it Azure.

He shrugged before leaning back. After a few more hours they arrived in America.

Ryu: Looks like I'm back in America too.

They got off the plane as he looked around recognizing the area smiling.

Ryu: Holy Crap! We landed HERE?!

Azure: Wait you know this specific place?

They walked down seeing Isabella again with Ryu jumping.

Ryu: Isabella?

Isabella: Hello again.

Ryu: 'Seriously why do I want to keep kids away from her?'

Isabella: Team Rage will have to arrive at Dungeon Gym to get the a platinum metal. It's location is-

Ryu: Don't worry, I already know.

She was surprised before smiling.

Isabella: Very well.

The rest of team Rage looked at him confused.

Ryu: Come on guys, the place is right around the corner!

He started running as they all followed him. After a little bit they all arrived at what seemed to be a Beyblade Gym. Ryu seemed to have a bright smile on his face.

Ryu: Dungeon Gym, man this place brings back good memories!

Karma: Ryu what exactly do you know about this place?

Ryu: Ah right! This is the place I met Masamune and where I trained for a little!

Erica: Really?

He walked forward opening the gym doors. Right then they saw people training as they looked back.

Ryu: Long time no see Dungeon Gym!

Blader 1: HEY IT'S RYU!!

B2: TEAM RAGE!!

They all crowded them as Ryu had a big smile.

Ryu: It'a great to see you guys again!

???: What's all this hoopla about?

They looked back to see a muscular black man.

???: Ehhh, we'll rub my shiny head! Ryu Kaizen!

Ryu: HAHA!! Hey Coach Steel!!

Steel: It's been a while kid! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw ya become Japans best!

Dungeon Gym Blader: Yeah I was totally awesome!!

DGB2: You and Dracian rule!!

Dracian: Ohhh there all sweet.

Ryu: Thanks guys! It's really good to see you all again.

Steel: Well Ryu just be ready. I heard that the people coming for this Item are a pretty tough bunch.

He held up a gold sword making Azure raise an eyebrow.

Azure: Wait what the heck?

Steel: I know.

Karma: How does that correlate in any way to America?

Erica: It really doesn't.

???: But we're still gonna win it either way.

They all turned seeing 3 people. One was a girl with pink and brown hair with similar colored eyes, another was a girl with pitch black hair, and finally a boy with hair as white as snow.

Ryu: So, these the guys Coach?

Steel: Yup. This is Team Shadow Strike.

???2: Team Rage Huh?

The one with the black hair smirked.

???3: Looks like some competition finally showed up. The names May.

Dracian: Ryu.

Ryu: 'I know, these guys aren't anything to sneeze at.'

Steel: Well the stadium is outside. I'd offer to have you battle in here but I've witnessed firsthand on how Destructive a Special Move can be.

He looked down at Ryu who nervously laughed.

Karma: Ryu, what did you do?

Ryu: Ok this was a few years ago.

Steel: This knucklehead blasted Masamune's Striker through the wall of the gym!

Ryu: I said sorry!!

???: Huh, well it's better safe then sorry anyway.

They all walked out and soon arrived at the Stadium with Coach Steel seeming to videotape it.

???: I'll be the first up. I'm Neo Politan, my with is Wicked Reaper.

Ryu's and Erica's eyes widened at that name.

Ryu: Wicked Reaper?

Neo: Who's up?

Karma: Alright, I guess I'll-

Erica: No Karma.

Karma looked at Erica.

Erica: I know you really want to battle right now, but her Bey has the same Fusion Wheel as Kasumi's.

Karma: Her?

Erica: I'll be your opponent!

May: Actually, let's make this interesting.

They looked to May who seemed to be walking beside Neo.

May: Since you want to battle too, how about we make this a double battle?

She held up her Bey.

May: You have the guts to face me and Wicked Drakon?

Karma: Another?

Ryu: Azure-

Azure: Yeah I know, another of my dads Fusion Wheels. He's the only person to be able to think of a Fusion Wheel so unique.

Karma: Alright then, I'll accept!

Erica: Fine by me. Let's go!

They all attached their Bey's to their launchers.

???: Let's see how this plays out.

All: 3!! 2!! 1!! LET IT RIP!!

They launched their Bey's with Fenrir and Lucifer circling outside while Drakon and Reaper went around on the inside.

Erica: Karma, you take Neo, May's mine.

Karma: Got it. Go now!!

Fenrir seemed to be in attack mode as it dashed down to Reaper.

Neo: Reaper.

Ryu: Make sure to watch out Karma! The Wicked Fusion Wheel has high attack power!

Reaper dashed up to Fenrir clashing with him and sending the Bey up into the air.

Karma: FENRIR!!

Fenrir: What in the-?!!

Azure: Did I see that right?!

???: Not all Wicked Bey's are at the same level.

Neo: My Reaper will blow back any Bey that tries to attack!

Azure: I've seen that kind of attack before! It's like how Venom Stallion was! Reaper must have the Wide Defense Spin track!

May: My turn! Go Drakon!!

The Dragon Bey seemed to gain a burst of speed as it rushed towards Lucifer.

Erica: So fast! Lucifer!!

Lucifer went speeding in and clashed with Drakon.

Karma: Fenrir: Chaos Wave!!

Fenrir came down shooting out fire waves.

May: Please!! Dark Gale!!

Black Winds spiraled around Drakon as it snuffed out the flames while blowing back Lucifer.

Karma: Did that just happen?!

Azure: Wind?

He looked closer seeing what was going on.

Azure: A Tornado 125 Spin Track! That helped gather a wind to stop the fire!

Erica: Alright Karma, if you're gonna pull out those black flames of yours, bows the time!

Karma looked at the Bey's and seemed reluctant.

Erica: Well?

Karma: I-I'm sorry, I just can't do that Erica!

May: What a bore. Neo, I think I'll end it off.

Neo: Alright.

May: Special Move.

He eyes glowed purple as a Giant Dragon spirit came from Drakon.

Erica: OH NO!!

May: BLACK VORTEX!!!

A storm came from Drakon as Fenrir and Lucifer were sucked into the air as they crashed into each other. Both Bey's rocketed down to the ground causing the area's to cave slightly.

Azure: What?

Ryu: That move reminds me of the Lion Gale Force Wall, just on freakin steroids.

???: Alright, that's one for us.

They looked at the boy with white hair as he held up his Bey. When he did it seemed to glow in a white and black aura.

???: The name is Keith. Who's feeling brave enough to face Darkness Cykran.

Behind him an Armored Dragon Spirit appeared as Ryu's eyes went slitted.

Ryu: Alright, this ones mine guys.

Dracian: Cykran hm?

The two bladers stepped onto the Stadium attaching their Bey's to their launchers.

Ryu: 'Right rotation should be enough.'

Ryu&Keith: 3! 2! 1! LET IT RIP!!!

They launched their Bey's into the Stadium with Cykran actually being greater in speed.

Ryu: Woah!!

Steel: That's one fast Bey!

Azure: That's crazy!

Keith: Go now!!

Cykran slammed into Dracian as the two Bey's collided seeming to be even.

Ryu: You have greater speed I'll give you that, but Dracian's Attack Power is unreachable!!

Keith: That's what you think.

They kept clashing with shocks going out.

Keith: I'll admit, I didn't think you'd be this powerful, but there's no way you'll defeat me at a level like that!

The fusion wheel for Cykran seemed to turn not going unnoticed by Ryu.

Ryu: A mode change?!

Keith: Let's see how you handle attack mode!!

Cykran started to overpower Dracian shocking everyone.

Karma: I don't believe it!!

Erica: A Bey is overwhelming Dracian in Attack Power?!

Azure clenched his fist annoyed seeing this.

Stallion: With all the trouble I've had ever trying to overpower the new her this random comes out of nowhere and-

Azure: Alright Ryu stop with the games!

Ryu: I know that genius! Buster Spin!!

The rubber on Dracian's performance tip hit the ground as it finally started to out speed Cykran.

Ryu: No games here!! Attack Dracian!!

She knocked Cykran away and started to attack in a familiar pattern.

Karma: That's the same rapid attack pattern he used against Azure and Stallion a year ago!!

Neo: He must not want to lose this one.

May: He's pulling out all the stops. Impressive, but in the end useless.

Keith: That really is a powerful attack loop, but that's not enough!!

Cykran seemed to stop in the center of the stadium.

Erica: What now?!

When Dracian went in to attack it seemed as if it was completely parried.

Ryu: Huh?! Do it again Dracian!!

Dracian started going in the flower pattern again but the attacks couldn't seem to get a good connection.

Ryu: No way! Don't tell me that's-

Keith: Cykran's Metal Eternal Defense Spin Track.

Ryu: Man, and I thought Rock Aries was bad!

Keith: Now let's end this.

A black and white aura exploded around him.

Keith: I'll show you the massive difference between the two of us!

Cykran spun around before jumping into the air.

Ryu: Like hell! Dracian!!

Ryu's aura burst forth as Dracian glowed as well.

Ryu: Special Move!! BUSTER COUNTER!!!

Keith: Special Move!! Cykran: SHADOW STREAM!!!

A black aura surrounded the Bey as it rushed down to Dracian with an explosion happening when they clashed.

Steel: Woah!!

Steel nearly dropped the camera he recorded with as everyone was blown back. When the smoke cleared it was revealed Dracian was in a crack in the stadium as it seemed to spin for a few more moments before stopping while Cykran was wobbly but spinning.

Keith: I told you I'd show you the difference. Though this isn't exactly the way I wanted to beat you. If it was a stronger Stadium than it wouldn't have broken so easily and Dracian could have kept spinning.

He caught his Bey smirking.

Ryu: I lost?

Ryu walked into the remains of the stadium grabbing Dracian from the cracks it was in.

Karma: No way...

He red and black haired teen looked up into the air and started smiling.

Neo: Is that a smile?

After they saw the smile Ryu even started laughing.

Ryu: The stadium is part of a Bey Battle. Though not a necessary one still a part. I lost fair and square! HAHA!

Dracian: Huh. That's what it's like huh?

Keith: I get finding a powerful opponent is great, but your a little too happy about this.

Ryu: Oh r-right, I probably should explain!!

Azure: ... The first time...

They all looked at Azure confused.

Karma: First time?

Azure: I think this is the first time I've ever seen Ryu lose to someone other than me.

Erica: HUH?!!!

Karma: So this technically makes it his first real loss?!

Ryu: I almost forgot how it felt to lose after battling with that guy so much! Sure I'm angry, but that means I have something more to strive for!

May: That was really his first loss? And he's happy?

Keith had a slight smile on his face.

Keith: You are one weird dude Ryu.

Steel: Well, the item is yours kids.

He handed the blade to Keith.

Keith: Thanks.

Ryu: But also, I have a question, who made your Bey's?

Keith was about to walk away but he stopped.

Keith: Well, you should know this name pretty well. Dr Kira Kaizen.

Ryu: WHAT?!

Erica: Uhhhh, Ryu? Who's that?

Ryu: My sister!

Karma: YOU HAVE A SISTER?!!

Azure: Wait a sec I think I met her once when we were a lot younger.

Keith: See you around Team Rage.

Ryu: 'Shadow Strike is the real deal.'
