Team Rage were back in their private jet celebrating.

Ryu: Here's to making it to the final tournament guys!

They raised their glasses smiling.

All: Cheers!!

Ryu: You really pulled through at the end Erica! Way to go!

Erica: Haha, thanks Ryu, but it was nothing!

Ryu: Come on, why do you think I made that battle go until one side was completely out?

Erica: So we could all battle?

Ryu: Nope. I realized I was still recovering from that major battle before, and that if I went up against Julian I may have actually lost.

Karma: Wait wait wait, so you let us all battle because-

Azure: If he couldn't beat Julian injured, one of us could come in and finish the job next battle.

Erica: But what if we lost?!!

Ryu: Nah, wouldn't have happened. I'll admit Azure having to stop scared me a little, but I knew either you or Karma would be able to finish the job.

Erica: ...

Azure: Yeah I know, I spent a solid 5 minutes just looking into the mirror after figuring it out.

Karma: Who are you and what have you done with my boyfriend?!

Ryu: Oh I plan out one thing ahead and I'm suddenly a different person!!

Dracian: That's because of how out of character it is for you.

Ryu: I'm not good only because of my strength you know!

Erica: We all know that, but... You just never think ahead that far!

Azure: Yeah, it doesn't suit you.

Ryu: -_-

TIME SKIP!!

The plane of Team RAGE landed in America, as once they landed, they were met by none other than their usual woman in a maids outfit, Isabella. However they did enter a limousine to arrive in a nearby city.

Ryu: 'I literally cannot explain the sense of unease when I'm near her!'

Azure: Well, Dungeon Gym is a pretty long drive from this city by my guess. Where should we head to?

Ryu: No idea from here. I guess we just explore. Girls, you two coming?

Karma: Nah, we've gotta check in at the hotel.

Erica: You two go on ahead.

Ryu: Right. Well I guess it's just us Azure.

Azure: Let's move then.

The two walked away from the limo. Now that they were in America, Azure had a thought reappear in his mind.

Azure: Ryu, before that Keith guy mentioned something. About your sister.

Ryu: He did. You guys only met the second time we came over to where you and your dad lived at the time.

Azure: Yeah, I was wondering why that was.

Ryu: Well, you know a lot of my smarts are inside the Bey stadium, but my Kira's were more on the outside of things. Just at the age of 16, she was offered a position at HD Academy.

Azure: Where's that?

Ryu looked up at a building.

Ryu: Right here in Hades City.

Azure seemed genuinely shocked at this.

Azure: Wait a second, you're telling me that she's in this city?!

Ryu: Maybe. HD Academy usually scouts weak Bladers, and while they're there, they somehow increase to strengths so great that you'd think they were prodigies.

Azure: Then, do you think that Team Shadow Strike-

Ryu: To be honest, no. Their powers seemed way different than the few times I've seen Bladers from that Academy.

Azure: In what way?

Ryu: If you saw it, you would know too. Team Shadow Strike were likely incredibly talented from the start, and they were pushed to heights that let's them rival us by HD Academy.

???: You hit the nail on the head there luv.

They both looked to the side, seeing none other than Neo standing there.

Ryu: It's you!

Neo: Been quite a while. Ryu, Azure. How are Japan's strongest Bladers doing?

Ryu: Fine I guess, but what are you doing here?

Neo: You said it yourself, HD Academy is in this city. I was just taking a stroll, and I found you two here.

Azure: I don't but that for a second.

Neo: Well, mostly. But, a certain someone would like to see you as well.

Ryu: That is?

Neo: Dr: Ziggurat.

Ryu recognized the name, confused.

Ryu: What does the owner of HD Academy want with us?

Neo: Well, a Blader who nearly had a draw with our own number one Blader is something the Dr was looking intrigued by. And learning that he's also the brother of one of our head scientist simply pushed him over the edge.

Ryu: ... Fine then.

Neo: Good! Now just try to keep up.

Neo leapt up, going up the walls of the alley.

Azure: Great, a ninja.

Dracian: Looks like someone smells a challenge.

Ryu: YOU'RE NOT BEATING ME AT MY OWN GAME!!!

Ryu bounced up the walls as well going after her.

Stallion: It's easy to forget Ryu can do these things.

Azure: -_-

Azure simply leaped into the air following.

TIME SKIP!!

The three had played a slight game of cat and mouse, arriving at the Academy after a few minutes.

Neo: Here we are!

They walked inside, seeing the lounge.

Neo: We try to be as hospitable here, so nothing but the best for our visitors.

They got onto an elevator, going to one of the higher floors. Once they got out, Ryu and Azure looked at the gym areas, and then battling areas, all which were being utilized at the moment.

Neo: As you can see, in order to improve Bladers, thus Academy makes sure to provide the best facilities for training.

Azure: We can see that.

They heard an explosion from another room.

Ryu: The hell?!

Neo: Oh for Pete's sake. Don't worry, this is actually pretty normal around here.

They walked to another room, seeing many Bladers, and beys being scattered across the room. However a single Blader and Bey still stood, both being familiar to Ryu and Azure.

???: Hmph, chumps.

Azure: That's Darkness Cykran.

Ryu: Keith?!

The Blader looked back revealing that it was indeed Keith.

Keith: So you two are finally here huh?

A Bey went towards Cykran, however once it connected, it was immediately repelled away.

Keith: Might as well give you a show.

Keith turned back to the battle smirking. Immediately Cykran disappeared, before reappearing behind a group of beys.

Keith: Black Fang.

Cykran glowed in a dark aura, before crash into the Beys, sending the rest of them out. Keith grabbed the Bey, turning around to face them.

Keith: Welcome to HD Academy. Part of me thought you all weren't gonna show, but the two best are fine.

Ryu: So, you did want the entire team here.

Neo: Oh forget about that. Come now, we shouldn't keep them waiting.

Keith: Yeah, you have business on the higher floors.

He dried his face with a towel, jumping down from the stadium.

Ryu: 'Was it me, or was Cykran faster than before?'

Dracian: 'Looks like Team Rage weren't the only one's training.'

Ryu Azure and Neo went into the elevator once again, ascending to the top floor.

Neo: Here is where we're being waited for, and where the magic happens.

They saw scientist working on computers, while in the screen, parts were being designed for a Bey.

Ryu: A performance tip? I've never seen that model?

Neo: Oh don't mind that, they trying to figure out how to work the kinks on that one.

Azure: Kinks?

???: Well, they're trying to make it so there's actually someone who could use a performance tip like that.

They both heard a familiar voice, looking back. As they did, the saw a girl with long black hair, and red eyes similar to Ryu's. At this, he smiled.

Ryu: Kira!

The two walked to each other hugging.

Kira: Ryu's it's so great to see you again! Wow, you're a giant now!

Ryu: You look well yourself!

Kira: Azure, always a pleasure.

The two hugged as well.

Azure: Nice seeing you again Kira.

???: It's nice to see you accepted the invitation.

The looked seeing a middle aged man with a goatee wearing a suit and glasses.

Ryu: Dr. Ziggurat I presume.

Ziggurat: Yes, pleasure to make your acquaintances.

Azure: So, why exactly did you want to meet us?

Ziggurat: Come now, I'm sure Neo has already told you. The most powerful Blader in Japan, who was able to hold his own again Keith without even utilizing his full power.

Ryu: Then I'll guess you want a demonstration.

Ziggurat: If you would be so kind.

Ryu: Straight to the point. Fine.

Kira: Ryu, there is one thing before we start that.

She held out a performance tip which Ryu recognized.

Ryu: It's that performance tip.

Kira: This is the LRC Performance Tip. Left Rubber Coated.

Ryu: This reminds me of both Galaxy Pegasus', along with Ray Striker's and Dracian's performance tips.

Ziggurat: It's one of a kind. However, we have yet to find a Blader in HD Academy who can use it. Darkness Cykran is already perfect, and any other Bey that's used it couldn't control the raw power.

Ryu: I see.

Ryu took the performance tip from Kira, switching it with Dracian's.

Dracian: 'Well they didn't lie about the power.'

Ryu: So, who do you want me to battle with it?

Ziggurat: You'll see.

Ryu went to an elevator, with Kira joining him.

Ryu: Pretty obvious to see why no one could fully control it. Hell it can't even be at max power without a left spinning Bey.

Kira: That's mostly why I made it that way.

Ryu was confused looking at Kira.

Kira: Ryu, I know this may sound strange, but please don't use Reverse Rotation in this battle.

Ryu: Well, sure, but why?

Kira: I can't explain here.

The doors opened, with Ryu stepping out, going to the stadium. Ryu looked up at higher level, seeing a male with wild reddish hair and a mask covering half of his face watching.

???: Ahhhh, Ryu Kaizen!! It's a pleasure to meet someone in the conversation of being the most powerful Blader in the World!!

Ryu: Who are you, and are you gonna be my opponent?

???: Oh no no no! You see my friend, my Bey is not yet complete! My name is Jack, and maybe another day we may be able to battle, and create my greatest masterpiece!!

Ryu: -_- Creeps me the heck out.

Jack: And as for your opponent, I believe he will be a familiar face to you!! One of the Elite Bladers of HD Academy, and a member of Team Star Breaker!!

The doors opened, as Ryu saw a boy who was all too familiar. Soon enough he smirked.

Ryu: No way. Zeo Abyss?!

Zeo: Been a while, Ryu.

Ryu: I thought you were missing from Dungeon Gym when I first went there! You and Toby that is! But how did you manage to sneak your way onto the American team?

Zeo: A lot has changed over these years! I've trained here to become stronger than even you!

Ryu: Bold ass statement. Let's see if you can back it up.

Ryu attached Dracian to his launcher, as Zeo attached a Bey to his. Ryu and Azure noticed that the Spin Track was impossibly tall.

Ryu: 'How will this Bey battle?'

Ryu&Zeo: 3!! 2!! 1!! LET IT RIP!!!

They both launched their Bey's with Ryu having out Dracian into normal rotation.

Zeo: GO HARD, FLAME BYXIS!!!

The tall Bey and Dracian collided, with Byxis being sent back.

Ryu: Yup, a Stamina type Bey.

Dracian raced after Byxis, with speeds greater than she ever started with.

Ryu: Nice speed.

Ziggurat: Hmmm, it seems he chose not to use reverse rotation. However the Dracian's excellent performance with the new tip is also valuable data.

Dracian smashed into Byxis, as there was hardly any damage done at all from connecting with the spin track.

Ryu: So, your Bey is as simple as it looks.

Zeo: Simple huh?

Ryu: Let's see how this goes.

Dracian broke apart from Byxis, going down the stadium. Once she did, she started to climb back up at speeds greater than she descended, smashing into Byxis hard.

Zeo: Crazy!!

Neo: The fact that he's utilizing the Performance Tip even better than I or May could is amazing. It's like it was meant to be used by Dracian.

Zeo: You caught me off guard I'll admit, but it won't happen again!!

Byxis went to the center of the stadium, at it's face bolt seemed to appear over it.

Ryu: Centrifugal Force looks like it's playing a roll here. Let me guess, Byxis can influence an opponents movement to deflect attacks right?

Zeo: Just knowing it doesn't mean you'll be able to stop it right away!

Ryu: *Sigh* Zeo, I admit you're better than before.

Ryu started to glow in a red and golden aura.

Ryu: But if you think this is enough to beat me, you've got another thing coming.

Zeo was shocked by this, as Dracian began to glow in the same aura.

Ryu: Let me educate you on something, or at least my opinion. Out of all the Bey's, Stamina Types are the easiest to use.

Zeo: What was that?

Ryu: You just lie wait and dodge around attacks. Defense types need to be durable and be able to counter attack, and Balance Types combine all three, and are simple all rounders, and Attack Types are the most difficult to control due to their speed and great power.

Dracian began to circle around the stadium, as sparks started to fly behind her.

Ryu: BUSTER SPIN!!!!

Kira: It's started.

In another room, scientist were monitoring the Battle, as Dracian filled the stadium with an unknown power.

Ziggurat: Now this is special. It's possible Ryu's actually found a way to tap into 100% of his Bey's power. No, somehow he's doing more.

Zeo: WHAT'S THAT?!!

Ryu: JUST TRY TO CONTROL DRACIAN WHEN SHE'S LIKE THIS!!!

Dracian's dragon form was visible I side the stadium, as she swiped down, sending Byxis flying.

Zeo: I won't let you defeat me!! BYXIS!!!

Ryu: I don't know what you went through to get this strong, but I can guarantee you that if it's been limited to inside these walls, it can never compare to what I have!!

Dracian became fully red. Right after, Zeo and Byxis began to glow.

Zeo: YOU WOULD NEVER UNDERSTAND!!! WITNESS BYXIS' TRUE AND TOTAL FEARSOMENESS!!!!

The Bey began to saw side to side, increasing in spin strength.

Zeo: SPECIAL MOVE!!!

Byxis continued to spin, before slipping.

Zeo: What's that?!

Azure: And that is.

Neo: Checkmate.

Ryu: BUSTER THUNDER!!!!

Dracian dashed towards Byxis, with the clash sounding as if thunder truly hit the stadium. Byxis was went flying, and embedded into the ground beside Zeo.

Zeo: Byxis!!

Ryu grabbed Dracian, looking down at the tip.

Ryu: How'd the new part feel Dracian?

Dracian: It was great, almost like it was always there.

He smiled putting the Bey away.

Ryu: I did enjoy this battle Zeo, and it does impress me that you were able to become this strong.

He pointed at the Blader.

Ryu: But you are nowhere near my level yet. Never overestimate yourself, or it leads to a loss.

Ryu turned around walking away.

Ryu: I know that well.

Ryu got into the elevator, going back to the previous floor.

Ziggurat: That was quite a splendid battle Ryu.

Ryu: Yeah, well I'm gonna guess you got the data you wanted.

Ziggurat: It was sufficient.

Ryu: Right. Anyway Kira, before we leave, can Azure and I talk to you sometime soon?

Kira: I'll see what I can do. Doctor?

Ziggurat: Well the process of the Beys should be coming along well. I suppose you could have a day off.

Kira: Well then, the caffe sound good to you?

Ryu: Yup.

Azure: Thanks for having us.

The two left, as once they got out, both of their Beys spoke.

Stallion: That's a relief.

Dracian: Being unable to freely talk can be annoying.

Ryu: Sorry guys, but it was definitely for the best. Kira told me to not use Reverse Rotation.

Azure: Seriously?

Ryu: I've got a feeling Kira found something at HD Academy, and we're gonna find out what.
