Team Rage was riding in first class as Karma and Erica were completely relaxed getting back massages. A day and a half passed as they were on the plane heading to Europe.

Karma: Man, there isn't anything like first class.

Erica: Amen sister.

Azure and Ryu were watching honestly not getting it.

Ryu: Sure first class is nice and all...

Azure: But you two seem like you're enjoying this way more than us.

Erica: You're boys, you wouldn't get it.

Azure rolled his eyes at the comment.

Azure: And that means?

Karma: You guys don't know how to sit and relax anywhere out of your comfort zones.

Ryu: So my traveling around the world on foot means nothing?

Erica: Exactly. You're so use to being rough and tough that you can't just get comfortable.

Ryu: Yeah right. Azure's never even left Japan that often.

Azure: I was asleep for 4 years straight, screw off.

Dracian: She does have a point Ryu. You've traveled the world so often that you just don't feel right on a plane.

Ryu: Oh quiet you.

He ate a chocolate cherry looking out the window.

Ryu: We're here.

They landed at the port as Ryu was the first to get off.

Ryu: I'm back at the EU now.

Azure: Didn't you say you became apart the European Union before?

Ryu: Uh huh. I'm registered as a citizen here and in America too.

They started looking around as Ryu looked at a cliff. A feint memory flashed in his head as Sophie observed the ship ruins from the cliff.

Ryu: Ahhh, memories.

They started walking as they reached a beach.

Azure: Hold up, is that?

They saw Team Gan-Gan Galaxy nearby.

Ryu: GUYS!!

They all looked back seeing Team Rage.

Gingka: RYU!!

They all went towards each other smiling.

Karma: Good to see you guys!

Tsubasa: Same here.

Masamune: So how'd you guys do?! Did you get any items?

Ryu: Yup. We already got one down.

Yu: Yeah, we do too! We had to battle Team Wang Hu Zhong!

Ryu: Hey, that's the Team Mei-Mei and Chi-Yun were on. Did you guys encounter a guy named Dashan there? He uses a Bey called-

Madoka: Rock Zurafa right?

Ryu: So you DID battle him? How's he been?

Gingka: He's been great! I can't believe you made friends with such a strong Blader! He's awesome!! It took all I had to take him down but Dashan said when you were younger you took him down without any problems!

Ryu: Oh yeah, I actually did.

Madoka: Wait, there's something else Ryu-

Masamune: AHHH!! LOOK UP THERE!!!

They all looked up the cliff seeing a girl with a white hat on the edge.

Ryu: Wait a damn minute... HEY THAT'S-

Before they could even finish the Gan-Gan Galaxy team went up there pulling her away from the edge.

Ryu: Wait guys it's ok!!

They looked seeing Ryu running up the cliff as the girl was shocked seeing him.

???: Is that you Ryu?!

Ryu: HEY SOPHIE!!

She ran down and met Ryu half way.

Sophie: It really is you! I can't believe how much you've changed, I almost didn't recognize you!

Yu: You two know each other?

Ryu: That's right. Sophie was the first Blader I met in the EU. And trust me, she would've been fine.

Azure: And why's that.

The rest of Team Rage got up the cliff.

Ryu: Sophie?

Sophie: I get it.

She walked closer to the edge aiming a launcher.

Gingka: A Bey?

Sophie: LET IT RIP!!

She launched her Bey into the water with everyone yelling.

Masamune: HUH?!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!!

Gingka: WHO LAUNCHES A BEY IN THE OCEAN?!!

Ryu: Just watch.

They all saw the water swirl up as Cetus spun fast revealing the ship ruins.

Yu: Amazing!!

Karma: Woah!

Ryu: I taught her that little trick.

Sophie: Well it's not really a trick. Your Bey just has to be able to spin fast enough to swirl the water away.

Tsubasa: 'Who is she?'

Sophie: Ignoring that for now, I can't believe you really became the Number One Blader Ryu!

Ryu: Hard work won't let you down Sophie. I proved that a while ago.

Masamune got in between the two startling both Bladers.

Masamune: Ryu might be strong, but if you want the real Number One Blader then look no further than-

Ryu pushed Masamune away annoyed.

Ryu: Ever heard of personal space knucklehead?!

Azure: Plus you've never beaten either me or Ryu, so you're not even second best. Not to mention you can't even beat Gingka.

Sophie laughed hearing this.

Sophie: Well he certainly is a lively one.

Ryu: Annoying is more like it.

TIME SKIP!!

They retrieved another card from Isabella who was at the plane when they landed.

Ryu: Participate in the Festival of Warriors to get an iron shield huh?

Azure: That's a European event. I don't think the three of us can go in.

Ryu: Well one of you can come with me. This says that there can allow one Blader from the team to go in.

Erica: I call dibs.

Karma: Hey no fair!

Erica: You're the sub anyway Karma.

She gave a cheeky grin as Karma pouted. Ryu patted her on the shoulder smiling.

Ryu: Don't worry Karma, next time you can take my place.

The two walked into the colosseum being allowed in by the receptionist. As soon as they walked in they saw many Bladers. Ryu mainly noticed a teen in a blue dress shirt beside Sophie.

Ryu: Is that Wales I see?

He boy turned around seeing Ryu there.

Wales: No way, Ryu?

They walked up to each other shaking hands.

Wales: It's good to see you my friend! But who's this along with you?

Sophie: You know that only members of the European Union can participate Ryu.

Ryu: Unless it's for a World Championship item.

They were both shocked as Erica held up the pass.

Wales: Wait a minute, does that mean you're on Japan's All Star Team?!

Erica: Sure does. We're here to get the Silver Shield.

Wales: Well it looks like we get to see what the competition is like.

Ryu: So you two ARE apart of the EU team. Just know you won't be able to get too many tricks from just watching me battle. I'll make it difficult for you.

Ryu and Erica walked down with the other representatives.

Wales: The first match will be Spain vs France! Both Bladers upfront!!

Sophie: In Support for the Victory of our European Union Team: I offer this victory to the good people of France!

Spain Rep: In support of the Victory, this battle for the people of Spain!

Ryu: In support of Victory for both the European Union Team and my All Star Team: I offer this battle to the people of France!

Everyone was shocked hearing the second part.

Rep1: Bow way he's on the all star team?!

Rep 2: Hold up he does look familiar.

Rep 3: Wait a minute that's the Number One Blader Ryu Kaizen!

They both attached their Bey's to the launchers.

Ryu: LET IT, RIP!!

Ryu launched Dracian at the other Bladers Evil Bull. In almost an instant, Evil Bull fell apart. Ryu caught Dracian smirking.

Ryu: How do you like Buster Dracian?

Wales: It was so fast. I barely had time to blink!

Sophie: This is how's he's progressed. It's almost terrifying.

Erica had gone in and beaten her opponent with the same amount of ease.

???: STOP IT GINGKA! STOP PUSHING!!

There was a small crash as Ryu and Erica already knew the voices.

Ryu: Gingka, if I turn around and see you and the entire team Gan-Gan Galaxy are there, your dead!

Sure enough they were.

Sophie: What do you think your doing here?! You were warned!!

Erica: Are you guys trying to get into trouble?!! You're not even going for an item here like we are!

Everyone agreed with them as Ryu didn't even know how to put his anger into words as he just glared at them all.

Ryu: Tsubasa, your supposed to be the voice of reason on this team! Madoka, same goes for you! You three I don't even know where to start with!!! Which one of you came up with this idiotic scheme?!

Gingka: I know, but listen if this ceremony is for chosen Bladers then we should be able to participate as well!

Yu: We already defeated the Chinese and Russian Teams so we're warriors too!

Masamune: We're Number One! Number One I tell you!

Erica: Just because you- UGH!!

Rep1: Number one huh?! You've got a lot of nerve saying that around us!

Rep2: You need to be taught some respect! And I'm just the Blader to teach it to you!

Ryu: No don't pay them any-

Gingka: Perfect! That's just what we were looking for!

Just like that, the three started battling everyone who tried to battle them. This did not leave Ryu happy as the second Gingka launched again he launched Dracian to both the beys as she drove Pegasus into the Stadium wall.

Gingka: HEY!! What gives Ry-

He jumped as he saw the furious aura around Ryu. He immediately called back Pegasus profusely apologizing.

Gingka: I'M SORRY OK!! I'M SORRY!!

He looked at Yu and Masamune who started doing the same. He cooled off turning to Wales and Sophie.

Ryu: Guys I am SO sorry for this.

Wales: It wasn't your fault.

Sophie: Your not to blame.

Erica: You can choose your friends but you can't choose your family.

Azure: Ryu, what the heck's going on here?

They saw Karma and Azure walk in.

Ryu: These dumb asses snuck in and started battling.

Karma: What?!!

Karma looked at Yu ticked off.

Yu: AH!!!

Ryu: *Sigh* The Festival can't go on like this.

???: Not it can't.

They all heard another voice.

Gingka: I think that's-

It came from a teen with long blonde hair.

Gingka: Konzern.

Ryu: This is a new face.

Sophie: This is Julian Konzern Ryu. He's the Leader and most powerful member of Team Excalibur.

Julian: Sophie's told me a lot about you Ryu. That our Bey's are quite similar. You're Dracian, and my Gravity Destroyer that is.

He held up a jet black Bey confusing Ryu.

Ryu: Similar? Your Bey is clearly a defense type.

Madoka: Ryu!! He doesn't mean by their types, Gravity Destroyer can somehow rotate both ways!!

This shocked all of Team Rage.

Ryu: Both ways you say?

Erica: There's another Bey like that?!

Julian: You want to see?

He attached Destroyer before launching it into a Stadium as it rotated Right.

Ryu: 'Right Rotation obviously.'

Dracian: Could it really have my function though?

He caught it before changing something on his launcher which caught Ryu's eyes.

Ryu: Huh?

Julian: LET IT RIP!!

He launched Destroyer again but this time it indeed went Counter Clockwise.

Karma: NO WAY!!

Azure: Another Bey that rotates counter clockwise?!

Julian grabbed Destroyer smug.

Julian: Team Excalibur has also come here for our second item! I think it's time we have our battle!

Ryu grinned looking up with glowing eyes.

Ryu: There are a few things that I just can't deal with in the world. Someone with the same type of Bey is never one I thought I'd have to worry about. Destroyer may be dual rotating, but there ain't a chance in hell it can match Dracian! Let's do this!

They both attached their beys to their launchers and Sophie and Wales stood beside Julian and Azure and Karma stood beside Ryu.

Julian: I guess this will be a team battle then?

Ryu: Yup. You two better not get in the way. This one is between me and Julian.

Azure: Fine.

Karma: As long as I can battle you can have your fun.

All: 3!! 2!! 1!! LET IT RIP!!

They launched their Bey's. Dracian flew past both Cetus Beys towards Destroyer. Julian had chosen left Rotation while Ryu had gone right.

Julian: Go now Destroyer!!

Ryu: Take him down Dracian!!

The Bey's clashed creating a shockwave from the intensity.

Gingka: WOAH!!

Wales: His launch is incredible!

Azure: Focus on your battle here!

Karma and Azure hit their Beys bringing their attention to them.

Karma: You don't need to worry about Ryu! Fenrir!!

Fenrir seemed to be in attack mode as it seemed to be pushing back the defense type White Cetus.

Sophie: Impressive, but that won't defeat White Cetus and I!!

She pushed back with their defense holding up. Meanwhile Azure and Wales went at it.

Wales: I'm pretty lucky to be facing the Second Best Blader!! Go Blue Cetus!!

It tried pushing back but it was deflected away.

Azure: Watch the second best crap! I've beaten Ryu just as many times as he has me! GO STALLION!!!

Stallion hit Cetus with a barrage of attacks. Ryu and Julian were going at each other looking at the others. Ryu smirked looking at Julian.

Ryu: You ok with battling in a different space?

Julian: I thought you'd never ask. DESTROYER!!

Destroyer slammed into Dracian knocking it into the air. Soon it launched out of the Stadium to the other one on their right. Dracian spun faster before going to the Stadium with Destroyer as the two moved with their Bey's.

Madoka: WHAT?!!

Gingka: THEY DID THAT ON PURPOSE?!

Ryu: NOW DRACIAN!!

It dashed over to Destroyer hitting it with a barrage of attacks.

Julian: GRAVITY DESTROYER: COUTER MODE!!!

The Energy Ring on Destroyer turned revealing red eyes on the fusion wheel.

Julian: Open Eyes of Medusa!!

The image of a woman with Snakes of hair appeared as her eyes glowed red and Dracian stopped going.

Gingka: There it is!!

Ryu: The heck?!

Dracian: Ryu, somethings stopped me.

Julian: These are the eyes of Medusa! None have ever left it's grasp!

Ryu looked closer as Dracian confused.

Ryu: Wait, I know what this is!

Masamune: You do?!

Yu: What is it Ryu?!

Ryu: You had me scared there Julian. I almost actually thought it was a curse. Destroyer's somehow exuding a force field to crush Dracian under Gravity!

Julian's eyes widened.

Julian: You could tell that?!!

Tsubasa: Something like that is possible?!!

Ryu: I could slowly see Dracian sinking instead of just freezing down. What a crazy Bey.

Wales: He figured out The Eyes of Medusa in seconds!

Azure: Ha! If you think it just takes Gravity to do Ryu in your dead wrong! Show them what I mean!!

Ryu: Well you showed one of your tricks, I'll show you one of mine. NOW DRACIAN!! BUSTER SPIN!!

Dracian seemed to glow red as it started to move. Soon enough Dracian started to spin around the Stadium at high speeds.

Julian: WHAT?!!

Sophie: Dracian can move under that gravity?!! And at that kind of speed?!!

Madoka: I see!! When the rubber of Dracian's performance tip hits the stadium it can result in an amazing burst of speed!! It uses the same principle as Masamune's technique, but instead of just slowing down he actually speeds up!!

Ryu: ALRIGHT LET'S GO!! SPECIAL MOVE!!!

Dracian's heads glowed as it headed to Destroyer.

Julian: ALRIGHT! DESTROYER: SPECIAL MOVE!!!

Gravity Destroyer glowed in a purple aura as it dashed to Dracian. Before they collided they swerved at the last second. Both Julian and Ryu caught their Bey's in the hands. The other battle stopped as they looked in confusion.

Gingka: What?

Sophie: Julian?

Erica: Ryu, what was that for?

Julian: It'd be a waste to go all out against each other with no one seeing it.

Ryu: He's right. Let's save it for a more official battle.

They looked to each other and shook hands.

Julian: I guess your team can have the item.

Ryu: Thanks, but the next time just know that it won't be so easy.

Julian: Likewise.

They broke apart as Ryu grabbed the chalice.

Ryu: You remember that Buster Dracian is the only Supreme Dual Rotation Bey. Destroyer will be toast.

Gingka: Man, Ryu and Konzern.

Masamune: Yeah.

Tsubasa: The two of them are truly extraordinary Bladers.

They looked at each other with their aura's flaring.
