When last we left off, the Survival Battle Came to a climactic finish.

Now I'll give you all a minute to guess who gets the wish. No cheating, I will know.

If you chose Yu, it could have happened, but no. Ya get half a browny.

If you chose Karma, you where THIS close to guessing right. You get a full brownie.

If you chose Ryu...

Let's take a look at the results.

The smoke cleared up to reveal that Libra and Pegasus both had stopped spinning.

Gingka: Pegasus and Libra both stopped!

Yu: WHAT?!! What about Fenrir and Dracian?!!

The rest of the smoke cleared to reveal that both Bey's were still spinning slowly.

Kenta: They're still going!!

DJ: UNBELIEVABLE!! EVEN AFTER SUCH A MASSIVE EXPLOSION THESE TWO TITANS OF BEYS ARE STILL GOING!!

Ryu: But who's gonna win?

Karma: It all comes to Stamina.

As the two Bey's began to slow down it was apparent that the winner would be announced soon.

Kenta: 'Come on Dracian!!'

Benkei: 'Bu-Bu-Bull!!! You can do this you two!!!!'

The Bey's began to stop spinning, and just when Ryu thought Dracian was about to loose, a thought popped into his head.

Ryu: 'Wait... It might be risky, but I need to at least say I pulled every stop in this battle. Dracian-

Dracian: I here your thoughts Ryu. Go for it, but carefully.

Ryu closed his eyes and began to concentrate hard. The Gold in his aura began to be replaced by black as Dracian glowed in the same color as well.

Karma: Wait a minute that's-!

Gingka: Is Ryu using Dracian's Dark Power?!

Dracian gained a minimal boost in spin speed, but it was just enough to keep going until Fenrir finally stopped. Ryu dropped to a single knee panting as his aura vanished.

DJ: WE HAVE A WINNER!! BY WHAT COULD ONLY BE A MIRACLE, DRACIAN OUTLASTED FENRIR!!! THE CHAMPION OF THE SURVIVAL BATTLE IS NONE OTHER THAN THE DRAGON MASTER: RYU!!!!

If you chose Ryu, then you have REAL faith. Two brownies for you.

Everyone began cheering as Ryu got up and jumped into the air.

Ryu: ALRIGHT!!!!

Karma looked in disbelief seeing that Fenrir was out spun. She then smiled.

Karma: He really did it.

Gingka: Way to go Ryu!!

Benkei: THAT'S HOW IT'S DONE!!!

Kenta: RYU WON THE BATTLE!!

Kyoya: Next time you won't get off so easy.

Gingka held his hand out to Ryu and he grabbed it.

Gingka: Your crazy Ryu. Actually using the Dark Power for one last burst off spin to grab the victory.

Ryu: Wasn't easy man I'll say that. Willing it out was a first for me.

Dracian: We did it though.

He walked into the Stadium and picked up Dracian.

Ryu: Yeah we did.

Dracian sparkled as Ryu let out a sigh of relief. Karma walked up to him in the Stadium with a big smile.

Karma: That was a great battle Ryu! This was the first time in a while I've actually lost too someone!

Ryu: Yeah. I was barely able to pull of a win at the end.

They shook hands as Ryu had a thought in his head.

Ryu: 'It's weird though. It looked like Fenrir had something more too it. Did she hold back?'

Dracian: Well if she did, we'll beat her when she uses everything next time.

Ryu: 'Your right.

TIME SKIP!!

DJ: After a long and arduous battle, Ryu is the Survival Battle Champion!! Now, what kind of wish would you like? Anything you want the WBBA will grant!!

Ryu after hearing those words realized something.

He actually didn't know what to wish for.

Ryu: 'Huh, dang. I didn't even think that.'

Dracian: Just blurt out the first thing that comes to mind.

Ryu thought about what he wanted with everyone waiting. Something came from the back of his head making him smile.

Ryu: Well, I only have the one wish.

Everyone looked close to hear what he'd say.

Ryu: I want a tournament where the Strongest Bladers in the Country can battle it out to see who's REALLY on top!

Everyone was shocked to hear what he said. All accept the gang.

Gingka: Alright! Ryu rules!

Madoka: A wide scale Tournament?

Benkei: Bu-Bull! That's our Ryu alright! Always looking to battle strong Bladers!

Kyoya: This sounds like it'll be worth it.

Fang: That catch is, only one on one battles go. That'll be the only way to prove the strength of that Blader. No outside interference, so it's fair game.

Hyoma: That's actually pretty smart. You'll have to count on your own strength, and the strength of your Bey.

Ryu: Whoever makes it to the top will win it all and be the Number 1 Blader, no questions asked. That's the only wish I ask for!

Everyone started cheering.

DJ: Now Ryu, what will be the name of this tournament?!

Ryu: Hm. That's a good question. Well, considering she nearly won. HEY KARMA!

Karma picked her head from out of the crowd.

Ryu: Come on up! I'll let you decide on that name!

Karma: Epic!

She jumped onto the stage to get everyone's attention.

Karma: The name of this Tournament is gonna be Battle Bladers!!

DJ: Then it's decided! The WBBA will now-

???: You are about to approve Battle Bladers?

A wind came as a helicopter landed onto the ground.

Gingka: The Dark Nebula Organization!

Kyoya: Is that Doji?!

Dracian: Ryu-

Ryu: I feel it too.

Doji came out of the side holding a glass of orange juice.

Doji: Well well well my friends! I'm so happy to see that you're all here everyone!

Ryu: Why are you here Doji?!

Doji: Why you ask? Because the beginning of Battle Bladers has been announced of course.

Ryu: How the heck would you know that's what it would be called?

Doji: It would be wrong for the sponsor not to introduce himself wouldn't it?

Ryu: Sponsor?! Like hell you are! I was the winner, why would I ever let the Dark Nebula-

Ryu stopped dead in his tracks remembering what Azure said the day they battled once again.

Ryu's Azure: It's times we moved in for the preparations of Battle Bladers.

Ryu: Oh my God- So you were planning on a tournament this entire time?

Doji: That's right! Very sharp my dear Ryu!

Ryu: Ok but Karma you knew the name, how did you know the name?

Karma: Sorry Ryu, but Yu and I are members of the Dark Nebula.

Yu: That's right.

Ryu: 'You know for some reason I had a feeling something was up, but for the love of me I couldn't figure it out.' Ok but still, how could YOU be the sponsor? I won, not them. No Dark Nebula Blader won this.

Doji: Oh on the contrary my boy, a Dark Nebula member DID win.

Doji finished his orange juice and held a pad and screen showing the he had Ryu enlisted in the Dark Nebula members.

Ryu: What?!

???: That's right bud.

From the helicopter came out another person. This time it was Azure who had a smirk.

Ryu: Azure!!

Azure: Yo. I had Doji enlist you as a member just for this occasion. We went over to the WBBA personally for this. Signed a contract and everything.

Kenta: That's scummy!

Gingka: Ryu will never be a member! Not on your life!!

Karma: Sorry, but that's how it was.

Ryu: Tch, hate to admit it but that was actually smart. Fine I'll play by your rules. The Dark Nebula can be the sponsor. But I know what your game is, and I won't let either Azure or Ryuga win this tournament!

Doji: You won't be able to stop it I'm afraid.

Azure: You wanna stop us huh? Well I didn't sit around these 3 months, I'm gonna beat you for real this time Ryu!

Yu: I wanted to win the old fashion way, but Doji and Azure said it would be the smartest thing. The thing I'm really looking for is seeing the awesome Ryuga crushing everyone!

At the mention of his name, lightning struck as Ryu stood on top of a Cliff. The 3 Dragons of L-Drago came down and spun around everyone.

Gingka: Ryuga!!

Ryuga: Long time no see boys! I'm surprised you're both still using your Beys!

Ryu: Sticks and stones ya freakin blowhard.

Gingka attached Pegasus to his launcher and aimed at Ryuga.

Gingka: Let's do this now!

Azure: Don't be so hasty.

Azure let out Stallion as the Dark Steed stomped on the ground.

Yu: Woah! So cool!

Azure: I know we've got some grudges, but we will all settle this when the time comes.

Yu: And once everyone admits they'll loose to Ryuga and Azure they'll be free to join.

Ryu: Oh really?! Well I don't feel like waiting that long to find out!

Ryu attached Dracian to its launcher and aimed at Azure.

Azure: You asked for it!

Azure attached Stallion to his launcher as well.

Ryu&Azure: LET IT RIP!!!!!

They launched their Bey's as Dracian and Stallion clashed sending shockwaves through the air. This knocked everyone away. Conveniently Yu and Doji were knocked into the helicopter in air. Karma followed by jumping in from the ground as Ryuga jumped from the cliff.

Ryuga: Come on Azure, you two can finish you little match at Battle Bladers! Then it'll be an even more great battle!!

Azure shrugged and looked at Ryu.

Azure: Sorry Ryu, but Ryuga has a point. We can finish this another time, but let me show you the result of MY training!

Azure's eyes emitted blue flames as Ryu's eyes widened.

Ryu: Azure too?!!

Azure: How do you like my Beast Spirit Form?

Stallion glowed as another explosion ensued. Ryu was blinded and Dracian was sent back to him. Azure jumped into the helicopter himself and grabbed Stallion with him.

Karma: OH, AND NOT JUST ANYONE CAN ENTER BATTLE BLADERS! YOU'LL HAVE TO GAIN A TOTAL OF FIFTY THOUSAND POINTS!

Yu: LA LA LA LA LA, IT'S DECIDED!!

Everyone was shocked the here the declaration made by the siblings.

Ryuga: 3 MONTHS IS ALL YOU WEAKLINGS GET! AHAHAHAHAAHA!!!

Azure: SEE YOU UNTIL THEN, RYU!!!

Ryu: FINE THEN!! I'LL BEAT YOU AT BATTLE BLADERS!!

The helicopter flew off leaving everyone there. Ryu looked at Dracian who was still spinning and called her back.

Dracian: Ryu-

Ryu: Yeah, we have a lot of training to do.

Gingka: 50,000 Points huh?

Benkei: I know, I still need another 30,000.

Kenta: I need another 40,000.

Madoka: What about you Gingka?

Gingka: I still only have 40,000.

Kenta: Gingka too? What about you Ryu?

Kyoya: Well we don't need to worry about Ryu, that's for sure.

Ryu held up his pointer revealing that he had 60,000.

Gingka: WOAH!!!

Kenta: 60,000?!!!

Benkei: BU-BU-BULL THAT'S A LOT!!

Ryu: I've had over 50,000 for a while now. You guys are the only ones that are behind.

Madoka: So what do you plan to do for the 3 months?

Ryu: I'm gonna train non stop till the tournament!

Hikaru: 3 Months of training?

Kyoya: I expected nothing less from a Blading monster like you.

Hyoma: If you train hard enough, it could give you the edge you need.

Ryu: Yeah.

Madoka: Ryu, you better not forget to take breaks AGAIN!

Ryu slightly jumped.

Ryu: OK OK M, I learned my lesson from the last time.

Madoka let out a sigh of relief and smiled.

Madoka: Good!

ELSEWHERE!!

Azure Karma Yu Ryuga and Doji were sitting in the helicopter.

Azure: He was able to keep up with me with this time. It seems he has trained himself since we battled.

Stallion: He and Dracian will be opponents worthy of defeating, and devouring.

Azure turned to Karma with a questioning look.

Azure: Tell me Karma, did you use your full strength against Ryu?

Karma: Nope, I'm planning to showcase that at Battle Bladers, not any sooner.

Azure: Hmm, you said the same thing to me before I beat you.

Karma sheepishly stuck her tongue out.

Karma: He did manage to beat me, but only because he squeezed out the Dark Power as a last minute boost.

Yu: But if either of us used all of our Bey's skills then he would've lost for sure.

Ryuga: Don't sell Ryu short. All though I hate to admit it, he's a match for L-Drago and I when he uses the Dark Power.

Yu: What?! Now way!

Doji: It's true, he managed to tie with Azure after he reawakened to master Stallions power.

Karma: He's really that powerful using the Dark Power?

Doji: Yes. Although he can't control the rage that builds in him when he uses it, Ryu's natural instinct is enough to keep him in the Battle.

Azure: But instinct isn't gonna cut it next time. If he loses control again, I WILL destroy him.

Karma: Actually if you don't mind me asking, what's your relationship with Ryu?

Azure went silent as he though of his past.
