Ryu: LET IT RIP!!!!

Ryu launched Dracian as the launch created a small gale of wind on its own. He faced several other random Bladers as they were all blown away from Dracian's Power. They all fell down and were amazed at how Ryu was in a different league then in the Survival Battle.

Blader: No way, this can't be the same Ryu!

Blader 2: Yeah, he's way to powerful!

Ryu: That's the result of training you lot.

Gin: You're the man Ryu!

Gin after being properly nourished had grown twice his original size.

Ryu: Thanks Gin.

Dracian: Well Ryu, you certainly have gotten accustomed to the Dark Power.

Ryu: Yeah I have. Anyway, today's the day.

Gin: Yeah! Battle Bladers! You AND your friends have trained hard for this! I can't wait to meet them in person!

Ryu: Trust me Gin, you'll love them as much as I do.

The two started walking away and Ryu called Dracian back.

Ryu: Dracian you remembered to give that power back right?

Dracian: Oh yeah, one moment.

Dracian glowed as the strength she gained from those Bladers returned to them.

Dracian: There we go. It's back where it rightfully should be.

Ryu: Good.

TIME SKIP!!

Madoka was sitting in the stands slightly worried.

Madoka: Mm... Ryu wouldn't miss this would he? Everyone else has already gotten here.

DJ: IT IS FINALLY TIME! THE TOURNAMENT THAT YOU GAVE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR! BATTLE BLADERS!! ALLOW ME TO SEPARATELY INTRODUCE SOME OF THE 16 BLADERS TO MAKE IT HERE!!

The first to walk in was Gingka.

DJ: The person with the most Bey Points ever documented in Blading History with 95000!!! GINGKA HAGANE!!!

Gingka smiled as everyone cheered. Next to walk in was Kenta.

DJ: Now the little dude that packs a real big punch!! KENTA YUMIYA!!

Kenta smiled brightly and soon enough came Benkei.

DJ: Now the big man with a bigger Spirit! B-B-B-B- BENKEI!!!

Benkei had an entirely serious look and seemed confident. Soon after Yu walked in.

DJ: Now comes the little Blading Genius!! YU!!!

Yu laughed and walked with some energy. After that, Karma came in as well.

DJ: Next up she may seem harmless but she's extra deadly! The Runner Up of the Survival Battle: KARMA!!!!

Karma seemed oddly at ease with a confident smirk. Next in was someone we matched that confidence and went even further.

DJ: Next up, he is the Wild King of the Beast!! KYOYA TETAGAMI!!

Kyoya walked in with an unsatisfied look.

Kyoya: 'Ryu better show up, or else I'll throttle him.'

Up next was someone with a more calm demeanor.

DJ: Now we've got the graceful Eagle that flies through the sky! TSUBASA!!!

Tsubasa was calm and ready. After that in walked in Hikaru.

DJ: Here she is!! HIKARU!!!

Hikaru was slightly nervous but it was balanced out by her excitement to be at Battle Bladers. Next walked in Hyoma.

DJ: Here comes the mountain man himself: HYOMA!!!

Hyoma had on a smiling poker face.

A/N: Ok I'm just gonna speed through who else got in. Orso the twins and the Ballerina were booted out to make room for the Big Three. So next is Rutaro, Mr Crab Cakes Testuya and Tobio AKA Captain Capri.

DJ: AND FINALLY! THE MAN WHO MADE THIS TOURNAMENT POSSIBLE! THE WINNER OF THE SURVIVAL BATTLE! THE ONE AND ONLY MAN: RYU KAIZEN!!!

Everyone waited to see Ryu come through about saw nothing for a good 7 seconds.

Gingka: 'Come on Ryu. You of all people can't miss-'

Gingka was snapped out of thought when they all heard a roar and looked into the sky. They were all shocked to see the Dragon Dracian up there.

Kenta: WOAH!! THAT'S SURGE DRACIAN!!

Karma: If that's Dracian there then that must mean-

DJ: OH!!! THERE HE IS!!! GIVE IT UP FOR THE MAN HIMSELF!!!!

Ryu walked in with a bag over his shoulder and his hair slightly longer than before.

Gingka: Ryu!

Madoka: YOUR FINALLY HERE!!!

Ryu: Sorry I'm late guys.

Kyoya: Better late then never I guess.

Karma: What an entrance.

Yu: I know it was totally cool!

Benkei: It looks like Ryu's been doing some hard core training Huh?

They noticed the tears on his jeans and his jacket seeing his cloak wasn't there anymore.

Hikaru: It seems like it.

From another room, Azure saw that Ryu had finally arrived.

Azure: Your finally here.

Stallion: Be careful. Something about the boy seems different from before.

Azure: I know. He's much stronger. More than he's ever been. We'll meet at the finals.

Azure grinned as his eyes glowed blue.

Azure: And there he'll be. Our final challenge.

Doji had given a mini speech before revealing the parings. At the sight of them, Ryu deadpanned.

Ryu: 'Why the heck am I not surprised.'

Everyone who wasn't a Dark Nebula member was facing a Dark Nebula member. Most notably Ryu faced Karma, Azure faced Hikaru, and Ryuga faced Tsubasa.

Ryu: Dang starting off with a bang already?

Ryu and Karma looked at each other before smiling. To some, those smiles seemed slightly terrifying.

TIME SKIP!!

Ryu: Alright, Kyoya did it, Gingka did it, now it's time for me to get in gear- Oh wait.

Ryu immediately made his way through the stands to the others.

Ryu: Hey guys!

Madoka: Ryu! Do you have any idea how much of a heart attack you gave me?!!

Kyoya: I get that punctuality may not be your strong suit but still I outta kill you for that!

Ryu: Yeah sorry about that. I would've been back yesterday but I lost track of time. Anyway, I need you to watch Gin for me.

Gingka: Gin?

Ryu pointed down to show that he was holding Gin.

Gin: Hello!

Kenta: Woah another talking dog!

Hyoma: He's like Hokuto.

Madoka: Ahhh he's so cute!!

Madoka grabbed Gin and started petting him.

Ryu: Thanks!

Ryu jumped out of the stands and walked towards the stadium.

Ryu: 'The days finally come. Not just for Battle Bladers, but for my rematch with Karma.'

Karma as well started walking to the stadium with razor shard focus.

Karma: 'Get ready Ryu. This time will be different.'

Ryu: 'Back then, I had the feeling she held back. I don't know if she thought I wasn't worth the effort, or if it was because she was saving it for another battle. One things for sure-

Ryu&Karma: 'I will win.'

They both stepped on to their sides of the stadium.

DJ: THERE THEY ARE!! We are going to reenact the Survival Battle today folks!! Ryu and Karma will face each other once again!!

Ryu: Karma, let's have a great battle. No holding back this time.

Karma: So you did know. Fine then.

Karma took out Fenrir and adjusted it in her hand. She held it up showing that there was a different look to it.

Karma: You'll be facing everything I have Ryu!!

Ryu had a grin on his face showing his excitement. He held up Dracian in response.

Ryu: Good! I'll show you the results of my own training!!

Their spirits were heated as they got into their launch positions with Ryu's being different now. His launcher was behind him vertically and he was further way from the stadium.

DJ: Woah! What kind of bizarre lunch stance is that?!

Ryu: Don't worry about that. You'll see.

All: 3!!

Ryu: 2!!

Karma: 1!!

Ryu&Karma: LET IT RIP!!!

Ryu switched the position of his his legs and turned his body and launcher launching Dracian while he did it. The result of this was Dracian spinning faster than anyone had ever seen before.

Gingka: Look at Dracian go!

Kyoya: It unbelievable! It's like a completely different Bey from before!

Gin: That's Ryu's new launch style! He started working on it since the day he battled a woman named Shadow.

Gingka: Shadow?

Gin: Yup!

Madoka: I see, by moving the launcher as the Bey is launched, an incredible amount of force can be transferred into it! And not only that, Ryu steadied his footwork to make the launch more stable!

Kenta: Ryu really did all that?

Ryu: GO DRACIAN!!

Dracian raced towards Fenrir as the Bey's clashed creating a sudden gust of wind.

DJ: WOW!! WOW!!! DRACIAN AND FENRIR CLASH, CREATING SUCH A MASSIVE BLAST!!!

Karma: Although I have to give you credit for the launch style change up, don't think this means you have any kind of advantage now!!!

Fenrir was holding its ground against Dracian surprising everyone.

Ryu: This is great! I knew you were hiding something but this is more than I expected!

Kyoya: How is Fenrir able to keep up with Dracian's new found power like that?

Madoka took out her laptop and ran through a scan of Chaos Fenrir.

Madoka: I don't know, even with the Metal Eternal Sharp performance tip, and the the Metal Track Fenrir shouldn't have the attack power to- AHHH!!

Gingka: What is it?!

Madoka: Look!

Madoka showed her laptop screen to everyone to show that Fenrir's fusion wheel was different.

Gingka: What?!

Madoka: It looks like Fenrir's fusion wheel is made up of a Metal Ring and a Metal core as well!

Hikaru: So it changed modes then?!

Madoka: Exactly. The mode we always saw before was when the frame and core where perfectly aligned, allowing for a strong defense. But now they aren't and they reveal immeasurable Attack Power!!

They Bey's clashed creating shockwaves. Both Karma and Ryu looked like they were having more fun than they did at the survival tournament.

Karma: This is great!! I can't think of a time I had this much fun battling!!

Ryu: Neither can I!! And I've been battling for a while!!!

DJ: CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!!! THESE TWO BEYS ARE GOING BLOW FOR BLOW!!! JUST HOW LONG CAN THEY GO?!!

Ryu: How about we take this to the next level?

Karma: I couldn't agree more.

The two both activated their Beast Spirit forms with their beys glowing. The clash continued with the crowd going wild.

Ryu: DRACIAN!!

Dracian switched into full attack mode gaining the upper hand on Fenrir.

DJ: There it is! Dracian's mode change!!

Dracian was hitting Fenrir with a barrage of attacks not letting up.

Karma: Nice! How about I show you one of Fenrir's tricks!! Chaos Wave!!

Fenrir turned red before shooting a red flame wave at Dracian. It was able to dodge but the spot were wave landed seem to burn.

Ryu: What the?!

Kenta: Oh no! Please don't tell me Fenrir just-

Madoka looked at Fenrir through her laptop and saw exactly what they feared.

Madoka: Fenrir just shot out fire like a bullet!

Gingka: It's the same kind of attack as Libra's Sonic Wave!

Ryu: Whew. That was too close for comfort. So another trick you had up your sleeve.

Karma: I said I wouldn't hold back and I meant it! Go Fenrir!!

Fenrir turned red again as the entire arena got hotter.

DJ: YOWZA!! KARMA AND FENRIR AND ARE FIRING IT UP!!!

Karma: Special Move: BLAZE TYPHOON!!!

Soon flames whirled around the stadium.

Karma: Try not to get burnt! Chaos Wave!!

Fenrir shot multiple waves at Dracian with her dodging every one of them.

Gingka: Amazing! She can use two Special Moves at once!

Kyoya: She is not some ordinary Blader!!

Ryu started to sweat from the heat and smirked.

Ryu: This is good! Just the challenger I need to show off a few of my new tricks.

Karma: Well show em before I knock you and Dracian away! I don't have all day!

Karma had her darker smile on her face before Ryu smirked himself.

Ryu: If you insist. DRACIAN!!!

Dracian began to circle the stadium with her and Ryu's glows turning into their darker variants.

Karma: Do it now Fenrir!!

Fenrir shot multiple fire waves at Dracian creating an explosion.

DJ: The fire blast hit Dracian!! IS IT OVER?!!!

Karma: That was a good battle Ryu, but in the end, the winner was me.

Ryu had a confident smirk on his face.

Ryu: Ha! You might wanna check again Karma!

Everyone was confused until the saw the smoke clear up. Dracian was there glowing in a black and crimson aura.

DJ: OH!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?!! DRACIAN IS STILL GOING STRONG EVEN AFTER TAKING THAT DEADLY ATTACK?!!

Karma was trying to rack her brain on how Dracian was unaffected by the blast before noticing the different glow.

Karma: Wait a minute, it's dark now... You didn't!

Ryu: So you realize it now?

Gingka: I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!

Madoka: What is it?

Kyoya: Ryu! He somehow found a way to control the Dark Power in Dracian!

Azure and Ryuga were watching this and were genuinely surprised.

Azure: That's genuine Dark Power!

Ryuga: He found a way to access and Master that power on his own?!

Ryu: HERE WE COME KARMA!! THIS IS MINE AND DRACIAN'S FULL POWER!!

Dracian spun around creating a whirlwind that blinded everyone.

Ryu: HERE'S MY NEW SPECIAL MOVE!!

Dracian flew towards Fenrir as the Wolf and Dragon Spirits collided.

Ryu: DARK SURGE JAWS!!!

Dracian crashed into Fenrir sending it upwards before going up after it with a barrage of attacks. After a massive blast, there was smoke around the area. When the smoke cleared, everyone saw that Dracian was back in the Stadium.

DJ: Huh?! D-Dracian is in the stadium, but Fenrir is nowhere to be found!!

Soon after that, Fenrir fell down in front of Karma. Everyone was shocked by this as Ryu grabbed the smoking Dracian.

DJ: ITS OVER!! THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH IS RYU!!!

The crowd went wild as Ryu sighed as went back to normal. Karma however was shocked at the result.

Karma: I... I lost?

Ryu walked over to Karma and held his hand out. She looked up to see him with a wide smile.

Ryu: Thanks Karma! That Battle was awesome!!

Karma realized the cheers around them.

Person 1: GREAT JOB YOU TWO!!

Person 2: RYU YOU ROCK!!

Person 3: KARMA THOSE MOVES WERE AWESOME!!

Karma looked back at Ryu and smiled. She grabbed his hand.

Ryu: I can't wait to battle you again!

Dracian: Neither can I. Defeating them was worth the effort.

Karma: Thanks Ryu! Win and become number one in my place alright?

Ryu: You got it!

They high five'd before going their separate ways. Ryu went inside as the others went there to greet him.

Gingka: That was amazing Ryu!!

Kenta: Congratulations on winning!

Ryu: Thanks guys.

Tsubasa: Dark Surge Jaws huh? Gotta say that move was pretty crazy.

Benkei: Yeah!! The way Dracian flung Fenrir into the air and kept going with that barrage attack was b-b-beautiful!

Madoka: Yeah! You knock your opponents Bey into the air before shooting up yourself to deliver a series of attacks! Ryu you created a move that brings out the full capability of Dracian's power!

Ryu: That was the goal.

Gin: Ryu you stumbled onto the move on instinct and you know it.

Ryu: That doesn't mean I wasn't aiming towards mastering it. Plus Gingka was exactly the same with Storm Bringer.

Kyoya: That reminds me, did you-

Ryu: Nope. Karma's power is where it belongs. With her.

Gingka had a look of relief.

Gingka: Good.

ELSEWHERE!!

Azure: Dark Surge Jaws huh? It looks like Ryu stopped being afraid. I can only wonder how he got over that crushing fear of turning out like us though.

Ryuga: Hmph. Oh well, but L-Dragon and Stallion will have snacks soon.
