You quickly grabbed your bag and headphones and headed out the door. "I'll be back for dinner!" you called. You put on your headphones and began playing The Devil Within. 

I'll keep quiet
You won't even know I'm here

"Don't be late!" your sister replied.

You grabbed your bike and got in before heading to the park to meet your friends.

You won't suspect a thing
You won't see me in the mirror

"Y/n, you made it!"

You grinned. "Of course I did, Valt! Don't be silly! Hey Rantaro, Kuza."

But I crept into your heart
You can't make me disappear
Till I make you

The blond waved.

"Hey, N/n! Been a while, huh?"

"Yeah. I have something to show you guys," you said. "But I need a larger space than this path."

I made myself at home
In the cobwebs and the lies

Eventually you found a long path. "Okay, check this out."  You started biking.

I'm learning all your tricks
I can hurt you from inside

You'll never know what hit you

You had a firm grip on the handlebars as you put your feet on the seat. You kicked off, doing a handstand on the handles.

"Be careful!" Kuza called out.

You grinned. "Don't worry, I'll be fine! I got something else!" You bent your arms before pulling the bike up and flipping it over your head, landing again and sitting down properly.

"Dude, That was amazing!" Rantaro exclaimed, running up to you with the others. "How'd you even do that?!"

"I've been practicing for a while. It takes time." You groaned. "My sister would literally kill me if she caught me doing that."

"Well, she didn't!"

"Y/n, be careful!"

You smiled at Kuza. "Don't worry! The most I can get are a few scrapes! Probably."

"Just-"

You cut him off as you jumped up on the bike, putting the stunt pegs on the rail. You slid down the rail before jumping off on the bottom. You didn't account for some trash at the bottom, however, and fell off your bike. You held your leg in pain.

"Y/n!" Kuza ran over to you, worried.

You took your hand away from your leg to see a scrape on the side. You also had a few scrapes on your hand. "Ah... shit."

"I told you to be careful." Kuza helped you up.

"I just didn't expect that. I would've been fine otherwise." You grinned. "It's nothing! You haven't seen my worse injuries." You looked around. "Hey, where's my bag?"

Kuza handed it to you. "Here."

"Thanks." You grabbed a few gauzes to clean up the blood. After that, you got clean gauze and medical tape to cover the injury. Once you were done, you stood up. "See? It's not that bad, Kuza." You put everything back in your bag before grabbing your bike.

"Maybe it's better if you just walk for now."

"Fine."

As the two of you were walking, you talked about what other tricks you could do.

"Hey, check this out," you said, leaning your bike on a wall. You ran towards a wall with bars set up all around it.

"Nice! But can you do this?" Kuza grabbed onto a bar and swung himself around it a few times before jumping off. He planted his feet on the wall and kicked off, jumping between the bars and finishing with a round-off. (I think that's what it's called. That cartwheel but you push off and land on two feet)

You smiled. "Bike stunts are more my thing. You going to the fireworks show tonight?"

"Yeah. You?"

"Of course I am! Fireworks are great!"

"I told you to be careful!" your sister exclaimed, cleaning to wounds. "Don't be so stupid next time."

"I just didn't account for other things. It would have worked," you mumbled.

"Alright, who is it?"

"What?" You looked at Loren.

"Who are you trying to impress?"

"What?! I'm not trying to impress anyone!" you answered.

"Is it that acrobat kid?"

"Loren!"

She smirked. "Knew it."

"Shut up, Loren..."

The two of you left for the fireworks.

"N/n!" You saw Kuza waving at you.

"Heya, Kuza!"

Loren nudged you.

"No, stop it." You walked over to Kuza. "You excited?"

"You bet I am!" He grinned.

You held in a laugh. "Honestly, you're too adorable sometimes." Wait what-

"Wait, what?" Kuza echoed your thoughts.

"Nothing, it's nothing."

"If you say so..."

"Well, the fireworks are starting soon, let's go!" You dragged him to get a good spot to watch.

Once you sat down, Kuza smiled. "You really have a talent like no other."

"Oh yeah? And what's that?"

Kuza kissed your cheek. "You can make me fall for you."

You stared at him in shock as the fireworks went of. "What? Really?"

"I like you, Y/n."

You hugged him. "I like you, too."

"I knew it!"

"LOREN I SWEAR TO GOD."
