Reporter 4: A rival? And who would that be?

Fumiya: They're name's Demi and Dante Koryu.

Victories: (Gasps)

Reporter 4: Demi and Dante Koryu? I've never heard of them.

Fumiya: They're on the Victories roster and is are very skilled bladers.

Dante: Ahh! He thinks we're a skilled bladers?!

Reporter: The Victories? You mean that run-down club?

Fumiya: Yes, I know its a ragtag bunch of losers, but Demi and Dante are the real deal. Their strength is no surprise considered they're a formal BC Sol members.

Reporter: The BC Sol?

Fumiya: They're one of the best bladers around. If there's anyone in the world that can defeat me, they'll be the one to do it. I know, I just had the idea of a lifetime!

Fumiya: Listen up, Dante and Demi Koryu. I'm challenging you two, so are you two brave enough to accept?

Amy, Arman, and Ichika: (Gasps)

Fumiya: No other blader is suited to be my practice partner, and I'm sure everyone will love to watch. You'll accept my little challenge won't you?

Reporter: Fumiya Kindo has just thrown down the gauntlet! This battle turning out to be a dream match! What kind of bladers are those Dante and Demi Koryu? And, for that matter, are they really the best around?

Ichika: (Growling)

Dante: Okay, then!

Dante: He says that we're the only ones who can face him!

Ichika: Wait just a second. You actually took him seriously?

Dante: Taka, go tell Fumiya to name the place and time, and we'll be there!

Taka: But wait. It's obvious you'll be walking into a trap.

Dante: I'm getting super duper psyched!!! Hey, Arman, let's get some practice in!

Taka: I'm telling you, it's not what you think! Fumiya's actually trying to-

Amy: He's not gonna change his mind.

Dante and Arman: 3, 2, 1, Let it Rip!!!

Ichika: I'll be back soon. I'm going to tell my big brother to stop all of this.

Demi: Wait, Fumiya is your brother?

Tango: Now, now, don't you worry.

Ichika: But my brother Fumiya is set on destroying the Victories. He wants to humiliate you and Dante in front of everyone.

Tango: Regardless of his plans, we'll cross that bridge when we get there.

Ichika: But, Pops! (Sighs)

Demi: (Put her hand on Ichika's shoulder) Don't worry, Ichika. I know exactly what your brother is planning, but we won't let him get away with this. We'll figure this to defeat him.

Amy: I hope so.

Dante: All right! Go, Dragon!

(Later tonight)

Dante: Wizard Fafnir is a Stamina type with a counterclockwise spin,

Dante: so do I go with Ace Dragon or Glyph Dragon? Hmm... I know! I'll go with Ace Dragon for a strong attack! But stamina isn't too bad, either.

Dante: But maybe attack is better. No stamina. Attack. Stamina. You know, maybe I could just go with both! That'll totally work! (Moans) I don't know what to do!

Demi: Dante!! Go to sleep!!!

(With Demi)

Demi: Fafnir is a counterclockwise stamina type, so Dragoness and Fafnir spin in the same direction, so he can't steal my spin. Maybe I should go with Gleam. Or Flare. I should figure it out tomorrow.

(The next day)

Dante: We're gonna win today!

Demi: (I hope this plan work.)

Koryus: Hello, everyone!!! Hey, Fumiya!

Fumiya: So you've finally arrived.

Dante: Yeah, of course! I saw your video yesterday, you know. So come on! Let's get this thing started! (Hold his hand out)

Fumiya: Hmph. Poor little Dante. It seems you misunderstand.

Fumiya: For today's event, you're nothing more than a clown for my amusement.

Dante: Eh?

That means your pathetic defeat will be broadcast around the whole country, and the high hopes everyone's built up for you will plummet once your true colors are revealed! You'll bring the name of the Victories down along with you, your sister,

Koryus: (Gasps)

Ichika: (Shudders)

Arman: (Gasps) Dante.

Amy: Whoa, Demi.

Koryus: We're gonna win. We won't stand by and won't let you destroy our club!

Hanami: Welcome back, boys and girls! Today we've got an electrifying battle with the winner of the previous Beyblade Carnival, Fumiya Kindo!

Hanami: And here to give you the play-by-play, it's Hanami!

Daiki: Fumiya, show these wannabes the power of the Spark Wings!

Hanami: Now for the challengers. It's the new stars of the Victories who cut Fumiya's eye, Demi and Dante Koryu!

Demi: Good to be here, all of you bladers!

Dante: (Growls)

Crowds: (Gasping)

Boy 1: What's with his face!?

Boy 2: It gives me the creeps!

Demi: 💧 Not again.

Dante: I got this. I'm gonna rise.

Fumiya: Is he always like this?

Demi: Yeah. He does this stuff like this when he's nervous.

Arman: Ah, man. Looks like he's nervous again.

Taka: Dante! Try relaxing your face!

Amy: Chill out, dude! you're way too tense!

Hanami: Now let's get this battle started! Fumiya Kindo's bey is Wizard Fafnir!

Crowd: (Cheering)

Hanami: Opposing 'em is Demi Koryu's bey. Gleam Dragoness! And her brother Dante Koryu's bey.

Dante: Ace Dragon's the name!

Everyone went in silence and look all deadpan at Dante. Even his friends.

Demi: Dante, you're not suppose to say your Bey's name. Only Mr. Hanami can say it.

Referee: The winner of this battle will the first blader to 2 points! All right, first battle!

Dante: Wizard Fafnir is a bey that can steal away the full force of its opponent's spin. I'm gonna have to end things before Ace Dragon's attacks increase its spin too much.

Fumiya: Huh?

Referee and Hanami: (Gasps)

Demi: You idiot!!!

Hanami: No way! Can you believe it?! He just said his strategy out loud! Is the newcomer trying to trick his opponent?!

Taka: Ahh! Now he's done it!

Amy: Are you kidding me!?

Ichika: We should probably handle that.

Fumiya: (What a simpleton. All right, then. I'll play along with that plan of yours.)

Referee: Ready, and Set!

3, 2, 1, Let it Rip!!!

Hanami: Wizard Fafnir starts things off by taking center stage!

Dante: Dragon, let's go!

Hanami: Ace Dragon going for the attack, just like Dante said it would, so it wasn't a ploy to deceive his opponent!

Demi: My turn! Dragoness Launch!

Hanami: Gleam Dragoness' landing an endless barrage of attacks, but Wizard Fafnir is not absorbing them all! Fafnir's spinning faster, but Gleam Dragoness' putting it in the corner!

Demi: Yeah! Here we go!

Hanami: Is this the end?

Fumiya: Too easy. Hmph.

Fumiya: WIZARD BLOW!!!

Fafnir ring out both Dragon and Dragoness.

Koryus: (Gasps)

Referee: Wizard Fafnir with a ring out finish! Fumiya Kindo receives one point!

Crowd: (Cheering)

Dante: There's no way. We had him cornered.

Demi: But, how did he...

Fumiya: Hmph.
