Hanami: It's Rashad vs Bel, the showdown to determine the next top Blader, and the Dark Prince has taken the first point! Looks like that same strength of Belfyre's that took down Lui on Ogre Island has showed up again today!

Valt: The Dark Prince found his stride. I'm impressed. He's finally mastered his Bey.

Wakiya: That makes things real interesting. And you know Rashad'll kick it up a notch after Bel took a point from him.

Ranzo: Let's wrap it up, amigo. Just one more point!

Hanna: I think Bel might actually win this one!

Bashara: (Belfyre's power is gonna be a massive obstacle to overcome.)

(Flashback)

Bashara: Rashad, with its perfect gear equipped, Belfyre doesn't have any weaknesses to exploit, but I still think there's a way for you to win this match.

Rashad: Hmm.

Rashad: You think I should avoid direct contact, conserve stamina, and then just go for broke with a big hit right at the end. So am I right? That's the gist of your plan?

Bashara: (Gasps) Well, yeah.

Rashad: I don't run.

Bashara: But you--

Rashad: I've got my own way of doing things when I battle.

(End of flashback)

Bashara: (It's the 2nd battle. How are you gonna fight for a win this time?)

Bel: (Cackles) Next up, I'm going to finish this match with a clean burst! Bask in the glory of the Dark Prince's power!

Rashad: The Dark Prince...

Rashad: (You're selfish, arrogant. You lack any sort of courtesy. You don't have any princely qualities at all.) (Grunts)

He looks at Valt.

Valt: (Gasps) Rashad.

Rashad: (Chuckles) (I think I finally understand what Valt has been feeling.) Battling against you is an indescribable rush!

Bel: (Scoffs) Acting brave won't seav you from Belfyre. Soon, I'll make you flee in fear!

Rashad: (Chuckles) I just gave you a compliment.

Rashad: You're the whole should be afraid!

Ilya: (Gasps) What's that about?

Bia: I sense something is off about Rashad.

Machine: 2nd battle!

Hanami: Ooh! Things are tenser than ever down in the stadium! The question on everybody's mind is, "Will this be the round that decides it all?"

Machine: Ready. Set!

3, 2, 1, Let it Rip!!!

Hanami: Both Beys hit the ground running after some tremendously powerful launches!

Rashad: Now send it flying!

Bel: Your time is up!

The S-Gear starts to glow.

Rashad: (Gasps)

Hanami: Sparks are flying as these Beys clash center stage! The two Beys are really going at it now, and neither is backing down! Oh! Belfyre's being shoved back! Rashad Goodman's launch power was just too strong for it to hold on to!

Bel: (Grumbles)

Valt: Impressive! Nice launch!

Wakiya: But can he push Belfyre out?

Bashara: A counterattack? And with such power.

Hanami: Whoa, is this the end for the Dark Prince?! Belfyre teetered for a moment!

Bel: (Gasps)

Bella: Come on, Bel, fight back!

Rashad: Now!

Valtryek activated its Shot Driver as it leaps high in the air.

Hanami: Valtryek has taken flight!

Bel: (Scoffs) In your dreams!

Belfyre used the L-Gear to knock Valtryek out of the way.

Bel: Hmph. Is that all you've got? That puny attack didn't faze me at all!

Rashad: You're wrong. You have no idea what's coming.

Hanami: Belfyre's picking up speed, and... what's this?! Valtryek's right on Belfyre's tail!

Ryuka: How'd he get behind him so quick?!

Haruki: Quick, Belfyre! Shake it off!

Bashara: All right! Now's your chance to nail it!

Bel: (inhales) Lose 'em, Belfyre!

Belfyre used the V-Gear to accelerate itself faster.

Hanami: Whoa! With a sudden burst of speed, Belfyre is dashing further away!

(Heart pounds)

Hanami: They're just like two comets crashing down to Earth!

Bel: (Chuckles) Begone!

(Heart pounds)

Now it uses the F-Gear and hits the wall as Belfyre launches itself.

Bel: You're witnessing the power of the greatest Bey ever!

Rashad: Wrong! They'll never be a Bey greater than Valtryek!

Bia: (Gasps) Rashad.

Rashad: (echoing) Take this! ULTRA SALVAGE WHIP!!!

Bel: And now the curtain falls! DESTRUCTION WRECKER!!!

Belfyre pushes Valtryek back with all its might.

A sudden red light was shining on the stadium.

As Belfyre bursts, the impact wind is blowing.

All: (Yells)

Bashara: (Gasps)

Bel: (Gasps)

Bella: (Gasps)

Bia: (Gasps)

Rashad: (Laughs)

Rashad: I've defeated the Dark Prince!

Bashara: He did it! Rashad!

Ilya: (Chuckles) The High Prince.

Machine: Salvage Valtryek with a burst finish! With the score of 2-1, Rashad Goodman is the winner!

Hanami: I can't believe my eyes! Can it really be true? With a massive final blow, Valtryek has shattered Belfyre!

Bel went down on his knees and all fours. He couldn't believe his Bey was completely destroyed.

Valt: Rashad.

Wakiya: He annihilated Belfyre without hesitation.

Haruki: (Sighs)

Hanna: No way.

Ranzo: That's rough, amigo.

Ryuka: Bel...

Bashara: (Sighs)

Bel picked up his Bey's pieces.

Rashad: Once again, I'm the winner!

Bel: (Grumbles and Gasps)

Rashad: And now, Dark Prince... you flee!

Bella: RASHAD!!! (Screams)

The Dark Princess was about to run to him but Ryuka and Bia held her back.

Ryuka: Bella, don't!

Bella: I'm gonna tear you apart!

Bia: No, I won't let you!

Bella: Do you have any idea what you've done?!

Ryuka: Amiga, chill!

Bella: I don't care! Let me at him!

Bia turns her sister to her.

Bia: Sister, I need you to calm down!

Bella: Don't tell me what to do!

*Smack*

Bia actually smacked the Dark Princess in the face, the others were shocked as well including Jinemon.

Jinemon: Oh, Bia.

The Dark Princess held her right cheek.

Bella: (Shudders)

Bia: I understand your anger, sister, I really do. But violence isn't the answer.

Bella breaks down crying as she goes on her knees.

Bella: (voice cracking) It's... not fair... (Sobbing)

As for Bel, he was about to cry as he clenched his broken Bey.

Bel: (Wails)

(Somewhere)

Bel gets up and looks around.

Bel: (Gasps) Hey, Belfyre! Please answer me! (Gasps)

He sees his avatar sitting on the rock. Bel runs up to him.

Bel: Belfyre!

Bel: What's wrong?! Hey, what are you doing?! Wake up! Please!

(At Phantom's Gate)

Bel: (Yells and panting)

(Door opens)

Jinemon: Oh! You're finally awake. You've been asleep ever since we got back from your battle against Rashad.

Bel: (Sighs and Gasps) Where's Belfyre? (Gasps)

He sees his broken Bey on the table.

Bel: (Sighs)

Jinemon: Let me fix you something to eat. Oh, I know! How does a fresh rice omelet sound?

Bel: I don't want anything.

In the kitchen, he barely ate his breakfast and kept tapping his plate.

The next thing Bel, did was to check on Bella.

Bel: Sis?

Bella: Hey, bro. How you feeling?

Bel: Where's Bia?

Bella: Oh, she... She left.

Bel: She left? Has she said anything before she left?

Bella: (Sighs) She won't be back for a while. Look, she told me this last night.

(Flashback)

Bia went into her brother's room and sees him still asleep. Bia goes to his bed and sits.

Bia: Little brother, as soon as you wake up, I just wanted to let you know that I know you'll become stronger than ever. So get better real soon. I love you, Bel. Belfyre, watch over him.

She gets up and kisses her brother on the cheek and leaves his room. Bia went downstairs and walked to her luggage and heading to the front door.

Bella: Bia.

She stops and turns to see the Dark Princess.

Bella: Where are you going?

Bia: I've thought about this, and I'm taking my training journey alone.

Bella: Are you sure about this?

Bia: Positive.

Bella: But--

Bia: Don't worry. It won't be forever. I'll be back someday. This is something for me and Barbatos to do.

Bella: When you come back, you're gonna find a way to beat Rashad, right?

Bia: You saw right through me, sister.

Bella goes to her older sister hugging her.

Bella: (sniffs) You better come back soon, okay?

Bia hugs her back.

Bia: I will. I love you, sister.

(Door opens and closes)

Bella: See you soon, Dark Queen.

(End of flashback)

Bel: So, she left last night just so she can train herself to take down Rashad.

Bella: Mm-hmm. Even Grandpa knows too.

Bel: (Sighs) Good for her.

(Tonight)

Bel was in the main hall still feeling down in the dumps and went outside.

Bella comes down and tries to launch her Bey in the stadium.

Bella: Let it Rip!

She completely failed launching Balam as it drops into the stadium.

Bella: (Sighs) What's the point? I don't feel it anymore.

(The next day)

Bel trys the fan mattress.

Jinemon: Oh, Bel! We just got a message from the League about a promising tournament for talented young Bladers that you might be interested in!

Bel fell and landed on the mattress.

Jinemon: Oh, my. So what should I tell them?

Bel: Tell them I'm not interested.

(At El Astro)

Hanami: Incredible! Roar Balkesh is a tenacious fighter, but Salvage Valtryek isn't done attacking just yet!

Rashad: You should be proud of how much you've endured this fight!

Bashara: Sticking it out to the end is how I battle! All right, Balkesh! You can take it!

Rashad: Let's put that defense to the test! You ready? Ultra Salvage Whip!!!

Referee: Salvage Valtryek with a burst finish! With a score of 3-0, Rashad Goodman is the winner!

Rashad: All right!

Hanami: One Blader rises to the top! With an incredible record throughout the tournament, Rashad Goodman is our winner! Congratulations!

Bashara: (Groans and Sighs)

Crowd: Rashad! Rashad! Rashad! Rashad! Rashad! Rashad! Rashad!

Wakiya: Rashad sure is a crowd pleaser, isn't he? Listen to all that!

Valt: Oh, for sure! He's really popular!

Wakiya: First the Great Aerial Tour, and now this new tournament! I've really outdone myself! Wonder what I'll think up next! Hmm?

Valt: (Sighs)

Wakiya: Hey, what's with that face?

Valt: It's just that... they never showed up here, did they?

Wakiya: (Chuckles) What, you mean the Dark Prince and Princess? Wonder what trouble they're up to now. Well, not my problem anymore. But that's neither here nor there, Valt. You've gotta get out there pretty soon.

Valt: You're right.

Hanami: Please welcome to the stage the presenter awarding the gold medal to our champion, the Legend of Legends himself, Valt Aoi!

(Crowd cheering)

Valt: Congrats, Rashad. You did it.

Rashad: This is one step closer to my true goal! You get that, don't you, Valt?

Valt: Totally.

Rashad: (Chuckles)

(At Phantom's Gate)

The Kiyama siblings and Haruki were at the front gate.

Haruki: So this is Phantom's Gate.

Haruki transforms into Homura.

Homura: Never seen this place in person before.

Ranzo: What have you been doing in there, amigo?

Ryuka: Come on, let's go in.

In the main hall, it was a mess. Bel was laying in the stadium.

Bel: (Yawns)

Ranzo: Hey! Anyone home? We're coming in, Bel!

Bel: Bel's not here!

Ryuka: (Grumbles) You are here. We see you.

Bel: How 'bout you go see the exit?

Homura: Dude, we didn't come all this way to get turned around at the door. Get up!

Bel: Just go home! Phantom's Gate is now officially closed!

Ranzo: (Growls)

Ryuka: So that's how you wanna go?

Bel: (Grumbles)
