Hey guys, unfortunately my phone broke while I was on camp the other day. My phone is what I usually use to update and write my stories, I'm using my iPad at the moment but I'm not sure how active I'm going to be for the next few days. If I'm not responding to my inbox, comments ect that'll be why.

Good News:

It might only be the LEDs in my screen and not the actual device itself, so if that can be fixed then I hopefully won't lose any of my stories that are stored on my phone. I always write my chapters in my Notes app first, if it's just the LEDs I won't lose any progress on my stories that I've done. (I'm praying that it's only the LEDs because all of my plans for Fired Up are on there.)

Also Good News: 

My mum got a new phone recently. Her old phone works fine but she got a new one anyway. If I can get her do one and use my SIM card then things should hopefully be all fine.

How my phone broke in the first place:

I was leaning around my friend to talk to someone, lost my balance and fell off the log I was sitting on. The area around the logs is entirely gravel. When I fell my phone fell out of my pocket and face down on the gravel. At first I thought it was just the screen protector until I saw the two thin purple bars running along and across my screen. It was only a tiny crack and aside from the bars, everything worked fine. I woke up the next day and my entire screen was blue. Then throughout the day the blue began to turn black in some spots. It still worked, I was able to send my Snapchat streaks and everything and turn my data on and off but eventually the entire thing just went black.

On a side note:

Oh my God, if this doesn't get fixed today I am going to lose all of my Snapchat streaks. I only have five but that's because a lot of my friends on Snapchat either suck at streaks or don't do them. Sure this seems trivial if you don't have Snapchat, but it takes a hell of a lot of dedication to keep a streak going for a long time. Two of my friends and I are almost at three hundred. That's three hundred days with four snaps sent between us each day, that's roughly around twelve thousand snaps sent. I didn't do streaks until I started the ones I'm about to lose and I CANNOT DEAL WITH LOSING THEM! That's almost a year's worth of work down the drain people!

Anyway, wish me luck guys and hopefully this problem gets fixed soon! Camp was great and aside from the phone issue I had an amazing time. I got to do:

Raft building

Swimming

Sailing

Giant swing (aka getting pulled 15-20 metres up into the air and then pulling a rope off that made me swing through the air, laughing/screaming/swearing my head off all the way because I'm almost touching the tree tops.

Vertical challenge (climbing up these huge ladders, rock walls, wooden poles with bars hanging out them ect that were all like 15-20 metres tall)

Trivia night (which included doing all sorts of fun challenges and screaming out song lyrics while other campers from other schools were trying to sleep, I'm pretty sure)

Life Ready presentation about sex, drugs, driving and social media that was actually really interesting and engaging and enjoyable.

Mud Run (a huge obstacle course run through the mud and muddy water that went for like an hour. Way more fun than it sounds and yeah, I got some mud in my braces but I got all of it out in the end. Btw my legs are really scratched up from the tunnels we had to crawl through and all of the astro turf)

Commando (an hour long game played in the bush at around nine or ten at night, and no, we did not have flashlights and yes, we beat the teachers.)
