Naru woke up in a bed, a hospital bed "ugh... my head hurts..." she mumbled. A nurse came in the room with food, she put the food down on a table and looked at Naru, "Hey sweetie are you ok?" She asked. "Yeah....a little bit at least...", Naru replied as she took the food and ate it, " Alright, also when your done your going to have to see the doctor....that headache gave you more than pain..." she said as she left the room.

Naru was confused until she felt something on her head... as she moved her hand... she felt ears on the top of her head. Her head started to hurt even more, she screamed in pain as her body started to hurt as well. The nurse heard her screaming in pain so she ran back into the room, "hold on sweetheart... I think we should see the doctor now, come, I'll help you." She told her. She held Naru's hand as she helped her off the bed, Naru started trembling, she felt like she couldn't walk anymore. She then heard ringing noises in her head.

The nurse picked her up, she ran quickly to the doctor. As she got to the room she put Naru on the bed, Naru took her hands off her hand as she felt like the ringing and the pain stopped. As she looked up at them , she noticed that they were looking back in shock.

Two pieces of Naru's hair where brown and black, she had horse like ears on her head, her eyes where glowing blue a bit, and little horns started to come out. "Here have some medicine." The doctor said holding out a spoon with pink liquid, Naru took a sip and her eyes started to go back to normal. "Nurse call UA and tell them if we should drop her off or if they want they could pick her up." He told her. She nodded and went outside to call the school.

She dialed the number and called the principal, "Hello, principal Nezu here" he said. "Yes this is the hospital, we just want to know if you want us to drop a girl named Naru Akabane here or if your going to pick her up." The nurse asked, "we'll pick her up" he answered. "All thank you" She said as she hung up. "I know I'm going to get in trouble..." Naru thought.

✨Few minutes later✨

Naru was taken back to her room, she covered herself with her blanket. Aiga burst into the room and hugged Naru, there mom and dad came in too, and there friends. "Naru don't do that ever again!" Aiga said crying, Naru was embarrassed. She pushed Aiga away gently, "Naru what's wrong?" Her mother asked. Naru looked down, "If I took my blanket off.... will you please.. not get mad?" She asked. "Of course not.." Aiga replied, Eri walked over to Naru wondering what's wrong.

Naru took a deep breath and removed the blanket from her head, showing them the horns she now has because her headache in this case and the new ears she got, there mother fainted over shock. Eri jumped onto the bed smiling a bit, "Hey we both have horns now!" She said while pointing at her horn and Naru's horns. Naru smiled a bit "Yeah.. I guess your right."

"Wait, does this mean you have a quirk now?" Ranjiro asked, "M-Maybe..." Naru answered shyly, "Cool, what is it?" Aiga asked, "oh no..... what do I say?...I'm going to have to lie...." Naru thought. "I.... I don't know actually..." she answered.
