*It had been a few days later and Varu was unfortunately training alone with Scarlett today, none of the Legends have gotten there yet so Varu and Scarlett just decided to go ahead with training for today.*

Varu: Man! Literally nobody is here.

Scarlett: Yeah.. normally Valt and the others would be here by now, i guess they're running a bit late.

Varu: I KNOW!! I'll go find them!!

*Varu bolts off and he was long gone before Scarlett could even say anything*

Scarlett: H-Hey?! Come back!!!

*Scarlett sighs as she continues training by herself*

Scarlett: That kid is so hopeless..

*after a while and Varu still hadn't come back, Levi Tohsaka had walked into the arena and Scarlett looked at him in surprise*

Scarlett: Levi? You're here!!

*Levi said nothing as he held up his Infinity Bey, Ronin Leviathan! Scarlett looks in awe at the green left spinning bey*

Levi: This is Ronin Leviathan.. I want Moon Selene to be its next prey.

*Levi began to glow with a green and black aura as his yellow eyes began to glow brightly! Scarlett simply smiled and held up her bey as well*

Scarlett: Alright then! You're on!!

*Levi began to switch his bey from 6 to 12 blades, which meant he was going in defense mode*

Levi: Let's go.

*Both bladers took positions and the battle was about to start*

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

*Both beys land in the stadium and Selene took the center immediately and Leviathan began to come towards it*

Scarlett: So it spins to the left huh..? Alright then, bring it on!

*Leviathan attacks with ruthlessness as it tried to push Selene out of the center*

Levi: You know what to do Leviathan, push them out of the center.

Scarlett: We won't let that happen!

Levi: Yes you will!!

*Leviathan knocks Selene out of the center and claims it for itself*

Scarlett: We won't let it end here, Go! Return Counter!!

*Selene skids on its Return driver and deals a critical blow to Leviathan and reclaims the center! Leviathan slams into the wall and begins to speed up back toward the center*

Levi: Ronin Breath!

*The 12 blades on Leviathan glow with a bright green aura as it accelerates toward Selene at full speed and broke through its defenses*

Scarlett: W-What the-?! He managed to break through Selenes guard?!

Levi: It's over now, bare your fangs.

*Leviathan returns and comes in for another attack! It clashes with Selene and sent it flying into the air as it burst in front of Scarletts face*

Scarlett: I-It can't be..

*Levi smiles as his Leviathan continued to spin in the center of the stadium. Varu finally returned as he burst straight through the door*

Varu: I'm back!!!

Scarlett: Where in the world have you been!!

Varu: I tried to find the legends but i couldn't find them, i only found Rantaro but he's busy today!

Scarlett: Ugh, that was such a waste of time..

*Levi picks up his bey and aims it straight at Varu*

Levi: You're next, Varu Akubara!!

*Varu looks surprised at first but smiled as he held up his bey too as it glowed a crimson and yellow aura*

Varu: So you have an Infinity Bey too, Interesting! Alright then, let's get started!!

*Both of them get set up and the battle was about to begin!*

Levi: Like i defeated Scarlett, i'll defeat you in Defense Mode as well!

Varu: Defense Mode you say? We'll break through that defense with all we got!!

Scarlett: First battle!!

*both bladers take position and the battle began now*

Scarlett: Ready set!!

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

*Both beys land in the stadium and Leviathan immediately took the center as Vulcan came charging in*

Varu: Alright Vulcan! Kick things off with a Hyper Shoot!!

*Vulcan began to launch a ferocious barrage of attacks on Leviathan which wasn't affected by any of them*

Levi: Is that all you've got? You won't get past Leviathans defenses with weak attacks like those.

Varu: Oh believe me, we're just getting warmed up!

*Vulcan disengages and begins to speed up thanks to the metal on its driver. It rushes back in and knocks Leviathan away*

Levi: Interesting.. he used the metal tip on its driver to gain even more speed and strengthen its attack power.. but that won't be enough!

*Leviathan reclaims the center as its stamina was getting super low*

Levi: What?!

Varu: Alright! Let's end this with Hyper Volcano!!

*Vulcan comes in and unleashes a devastating upper attack and sends Leviathan flying out of the stadium and it hits the ground with a loud clang*

Scarlett: Hyper Vulcan with an Over Finish! Varu Akubara gets 1 point!!

Varu: Alright! First point is mine!!!

Levi: The match isn't over yet.

Varu: Maybe, but we're gonna be the ones who win!

*Levi begins to change his bey from 12 blades to a 6 bladed attack mode! Levi grins with a sinister face as Varu looked on in surprise*

Levi: You may have won the first battle but this time i'll crush you with a burst finish!

Varu: Yeah right! We're gonna win this!!

Scarlett: Second Battle!!

*Both bladers took position and the Levi began to glow with a green and black aura*

Scarlett: Ready Set!!

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

*Both beys land in the stadium and this time Leviathan was now on the attack. Both beys circle around the stadium and they approach the center for a head on collision*

Varu: Go, Vulcan!

Levi: Bring it on! I'll crush it right here and now!!

*Both beys clash and Vulcan was sent flying due to the intense recoil! Vulcan barely survives as it hits the wall and keeps on going*

Levi: Rampage even more Leviathan!!

*Both Vulcan and Leviathan were locked in a fierce head to head clash as the impacts shook the stadium*

Varu: Push them back, Vulcan!!

*Both beys get thrown back and Vulcan began to glow with a crimson light once again! Levi watches in awe at the light as he frowns slightly*

Varu: Let's go Vulcan!!

Levi: Leviathan!!

Varu: Alright! Give them your Hyper Shoot!!

*Vulcan begins to gear up for a final attack as Leviathan was powering up too*

Levi: Tear them to pieces Leviathan, sink your fangs into them!!

*Both beys clash hard as Vulcan disengages once again and comes in for a devastating strike*

Varu: Crush them with Hyper Volcano!!

*Vulcan slams into Leviathan with all its might and knocks it back once more*

Varu: Yeah we've won!

*Levi smiled a wicked smile as Leviathan survived and launched itself straight towards Vulcan at top speed*

Levi: Slash Of A Thousand Fangs!!

*With one fell swoop, Leviathan bursts straight through Vulcan with no effort! Vulcans pieces flew in front of Varus face as a look of shock covered his face*

Scarlett: R-Ronin Leviathan with a burst finish! Levi is the winner with a score of 2-1!!

*Varu falls to his knees as he picked up the pieces of his bey*

Levi: The both of you are incredibly weak.. this was a waste of my time.

*Levi leaves the arena and Varu was still shook from his loss*

Varu: Vulcan..

---Later that day---

*Valt and Rantaro had FINALLY made it to the Sparking Arena and they had big announcements*

Valt: So i'm happy to announce that we will be holding qualifiers for a new tournament that will decide the best blader in the world!

Varu: The best blader?

Valt: That's right! The WBBA has decided to call it the Infinity Blader Festival.

Scarlett: The Infinity Blader Festival?!

Rantaro: Only 16 bladers will be able to participate and compete but there is no limit to who can partake in the qualifiers.

Valt: The tournament will follow a single elimination format so if you lose, you're finished.

*Varu and Scarlett looked at each other in excitement! Both of them had a chance at battling in a tournament that would decide the worlds best blader!*

Valt: Alright then! Let's have ourselves a wonderful battle!!

*Valt smiled as he held up his bey! Varu, Scarlett and Levi raise up their beys too as the battles were now on*
