It was the next day and Valt and Kensuke were talking at the park

Valt: So you battled and defeated Bell huh? Thats awesome.

Kensuke (Through Keru): Yeah well he's got a long way to go before he's really strong.

Valt: You have to give him credit though, his skill is indeed no joke.

Kensuke (Through Besu): He's no doubt strong...

Kensuke (Through Keru): But his overall skill leaves a lot to be desired, he still hasnt mastered Belial's power

Valt thought for a moment, he remembered that Bell lost to Phoebe in the Battle League and pretty badly

Kensuke (Through Keru): Though i suppose i could give him another chance.

Valt nodded and smiled, Kensuke turned and left and headed back to the Gates Of Hell!

---Later---

Phoebe laid down on her bed in The Gates Of Hell and she was getting another video call, it was her brother Michael again, she answered the call rolling her eyes

Phoebe: What do you want now?

Michael: Father noticed that you haven't used the water element of Tidal Pandora.

Phoebe just stared at her brother and sighed

Michael: He's not disappointed in you losing to Valt, he's the World Champion so it was no surprise that you would lose to him..

Phoebe: You don't have to remind me..

Michael: Father has also told me to come over there and check on you for a few days.

Phoebe: I don't need anyone to check on me! Im perfectly fine on my own!

Michael: Sorry, Fathers orders.

Phoebe: I don't need you to come down here, your bey isnt even completed in the first place, why would you want to come here?

Michael: Again im just following dads orders, i dont want to get on his bad side.. again. You know the rules of the Shadow Agency-

Phoebe immediately hung up again and sat on the bed, she looked down at her new Tidal Pandora and gave a soft smile

Phoebe: I guess it's finally time, Tidal Pandora..

---Later---

Bell was training alone and the door opened to reveal Kensuke Midorikawa

Bell: You!

Kensuke came closer to the stadium as a small smirk grew across his face!

Bell: I havent forgotten about yesterday!

Kensuke: If it werent for Valt, i wouldnt have considered coming back here.

This made Bell mad as his face began to burn red

Bell: You're going to regret saying that!

Kensuke smirked as he pulled out his Chain Kerbeus

Kensuke: If that made him mad then this battle should be pretty quick!

The Demon King Drone flew overhead and the battle was now being broadcast

---At The Shadow Agency HQ---

The battle had reached its way to the darkest depths of the Shadow Agency HQ and Michael had entered the main Control Room

Father: Have you finished packing your things Michael?

Michael: I have.

The father continued to stare at the screen, he had his eyes on the Demon King

Father: Stay my son, we finally have our better look at The Demon King

Michael nodded and stared up at the screen, his eyes on Bell

Bell began to think back to the day before as he began to come up with a strategy!

Bell: Moving Chains and a Rubber Lock, those are Kerbeus's key features, this is going to be a tough battle

Kensuke began to change something on his bey and when he was done, he held up Chain Kerbeus which had now been configured into High Mode

Kensuke (Through Keru): We're going with High Mode this time!

Bell scoffed as he looked at the bey in wonder, something was definitely different about it

Bell: It doesnt matter what you do, Belial is going to crush you into dust!

Drone: First Battle!

The bladers took their positions and the battle began

Drone: Ready Set!!

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

The beys were off and Chain Kerbeus had taken the center immediately as Divine Belial raced around the stadium at full speed

Bell: Belial! Strike it down!

Belial came charging in for the attack and it was coming right for Kerbeus

Kensuke (Through Keru): I dont think so! Chain Barricade now!!

Kerbeus was spinning at top speed as its chains began to glow, the perfect round shape began to form a barrier around Kerbeus, maximizing its defenses

Bell: What the-?!

Kerbeus repelling all of Belials attacks with its perfect defense, High Mode kept the chains pushed into the outer position

Michael: Kerbeus's defensive power has increased drastically!

Father: Indeed, Kensuke changed to High Mode before the battle, he believed Bell would go on the offensive brainlessly again..

Fathers eye began to gleam in the light from the screens

Father: He's trying to do him in with pure defense, it might work..

Bell: No matter! Belial, strike with everything you've got!!

Belial slams into the wall and was heading right for Kerbeus

Kensuke (Through Keru): You think that's going to work?!

Kensuke (Through Besu): Thats not going to even do a scratch!

Belial slams into Kerbeus with full force but the defense was too much as Belial went flying back

Bell: No!!

Belial fell out of the stadium and the hit the floor with a clang

Bell: Tch..!

Drone: Chain Kerbeus with an Over Finish! 1 Point!

Kensuke removed his hand puppets and set them aside as a green flame began to boil in his eyes

Kensuke: This time, you're going to witness the full power of the Hound dog of Hell!

Bell grinned as he held up his bey as an aurora of darkness began to swirl around it

Bell: You should know your place? The Demon King will put the so-called Guard Dog of Hell into the pound!!

Bell and Kensuke stared each other down as their auras began to glow, Kensuke was still going with High Mode and Bell was going with Low Mode again

Drone: 2nd Battle!!

The bladers took their positions

Bell: We're holding nothing back!

Kensuke just grinned as the battle finally started

Drone: Ready Set!!

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

The beys were off and Chain Kerbeus took center stage as Divine Belial raced around the stadium at full speed

Bell: Divine Shoot!!

Belial came charging in and began firing off attacks on Kerbeus and attacked with all its might

Kensuke: Your attacks mean nothing against the ultimate defense! Go, Chain Barricade!!

Kerbeus's chain barrier was up and its defenses were maximizing but it wasnt stopping Belial

Bell: You think thats gonna deter me twice?

Belial was taller now so its attack reached above the barrier and was hitting Kerbeus where it hurt

Kensuke: What the...?!

Kerbeus was starting to be pushed back inch by inch by Belial as its barrier was starting to fall

Bell: Haha! Still think you can win?!

Belial clashes with Kerbeus with full force and knocks it away

Kensuke: Tch... Kerbeus!!

Kerbeus managed to save itself thanks to its Yard' Driver and returned to the center

Kensuke: It's time! Kerbeus!!

Belial was starting to pick up some serious speed as it tilted on its Adventure Driver

Bell: No mercy! Belial!!

Belial hits the rim of the stadium and began to speed up even more, a beam of purple energy trailing behind

Michael: It's so fast!

Father: That Adventure Driver really gives it that extra speed boost!

Kensuke: Chain Barricade! Hang in there!!

Kerbeus brought up its defenses once again as barrier of chains completely encircled the bey

Bell: Alright now! Go!!

Belial slams into the wall and ricochets straight for Kerbeus

Bell: Divine Bomber-Flash!

Belial slams into Kerbeus with devastating force and broke through the chained barrier

Kensuke: N-No..!

Belial blew right past Kerbeus and burst straight through it as an explosion was left in Belials destructive wake

Kensuke: I-Impossible..

Drone: Divine Belial with a Burst Finish! Bell is the winner with a score of 2-1!!

Bell began to laugh as he flipped his cape to the side

Bell: How was that?! You scared yet?!

Kensuke retrieved his puppets and his bey and smiled

Kensuke (Through Keru): Valt was right about you, you are pretty strong.

Bell kept laughing and stared at his fallen opponent

Bell: I know i am, you witnessed but a taste of the Demon Kings true power!

Kensuke smiled and he turned and walked away, leaving the mansion

---At The Shadow Agency HQ---

Michael: I guess The Demon King is stronger than we gave him credit for..

Father: Indeed, the calculations for Kerbeus's victory was in his favor.. i wonder how Bell was able to turn the tables on him..

Michael: Phoebe takes great interest in him, i think she believes he could be a valuable asset.

Father: Perhaps, his power would serve us greater than it would the treacherous wbba.

Michael nodded and turned to finish packing his things, Father looked back up at the screen, his eyes were locked on The Demon King.

Father: His power will greatly suit us better than it ever could the wbba..

---Later---

Bell had arrived back at the Citadel of Elements, he looked around and saw that the Lightning and Water Element Stones were glowing

Bell: What does all this mean..?

Bell heard a voice behind him and spun around to see Phoebe standing there

Phoebe: Whenever i channel enough of Pandoras power depending on the Element, the next stone will start to glow and it will allow me access to the next Pandora..

Bell: The Next Pandora..? You mean there's more?!

Phoebe: One for every element, yes. Lightning, Water, Wind and Fire..

Phoebe stepped down and walked in front of the stadium and held up her Tidal Pandora.

Phoebe: This place helps draw out the power of Pandora, i will crush you with Tidal Pandora!

Bell grinned as he held up his Divine Belial as it began to glow with an aura of darkness

Bell: Try as you might, but you'll never break past the Demon Kings true power!

The bladers got set up at the stadium and the battle began

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

The beys were off and both beys raced around the stadium at full speed

Bell: So it's an Attack Type... interesting!

Phoebe: Pandora!

Belial and Pandora clashed with all their might and sparks were already starting to fly!

Bell: Belial! Push them back!!

Belial started to push Pandora back but it was to no avail as Pandora managed to escape

Phoebe: Gonna have to try harder than that!

Tidal Pandora kept racing around the stadium as its streamlined design was cutting through the air

Phoebe: Tidal Shoot! Now!!

Bell: Belial! Divine Shoot!!

The 2 beys clashed back and forth as sparks began to fly and neither bey was backing down

Bell: Full speed!

Phoebe: Wash them away!!

The beys clashed with full force and went flying back from the intense attack

Phoebe: Let the waters wash them away! Now, Tidal Pandora!!

Pandora entered its Elemental Spark state and was starting to speed up greatly

Bell: Now! Belial!!

Belial: I'm on it!

Belial and Pandora raced around the stadium at full speee and clashed in the center with all their might, a large beam of purple and blue energy shot out from the stadium

Bell: Come on!!

Phoebe: It ends here!!

The beys were knocked back once again but Tidal Pandora wasnt backing down, its Storm driver was allowing it to pick up some incredible speed

Phoebe: Tidal Slash!

Bell: Divine Bomber!!

Belial and Pandora clashed with all their might and with a final push, Pandora burst straight through Belial

Bell: I-Impossible..

Phoebe just grinned as her eyes began to give off a bright blue glow

---Later---

It was some time after the battle and Phoebe was still at the Ruins, she walked over to the Wind Element Stone and placed her hand on it

Phoebe: Battling here should've given Pandora the boost it needed to win..

The ripple effect appeared on the stone and Phoebe was shocked, she was closer to getting the Wind Element Bey sooner than she expected.

Phoebe: It must've been the work of Element Spark.. it draws out more power here..

Phoebe was amazed at this discovery as she looked down at Tidal Pandora

Phoebe: Im liking where this is going...
