The day had finally arrived and the battle between Bell and Phoebe was going to begin in a few hours as everyone was already at the Luminescent Arena

Bell stood outside the arena as he held his bey in his hand while Jiji made lunch for everyone

Ranzo: Amigo! Today is the big day, you're going to be battling against Phoebe again!

Valt: Ruin Pandemonium is a strong bey, be careful out there Bell!

Bell was trying to drown them out while concentrating on what his plan should be

Shu: Try to give him some space, this battle is very important, he needs to be thinking of a strategy.

Bell: Ruin Pandemonium is a Balance Type and it'll most likely go on the Defensive.. i need to attack it with more strength than usual if thats the case..

Bell got up and left the table as he continued to think of a plan

Ranzo: And there he goes again..

Jiji: But he's going to miss his curry.

Shu: I'm sure he'll be fine, he has a lot to think about right now.

---Meanwhile---

Phoebe and Michael were in a training room and the battle between the 2 started

GO SHOOT!!!

The beys were off and Ruin Pandemonium was taking off at high speeds

Michael: Now Salamander!!

Phoebe: Pandemonium!!

Phoebe's aura began to glow to life as an illusion of Pandemoniums avatar appeared behind her

Pandemonium and Salamander clashed head on with a fierce attack and Pandemonium demolishes Salamander with ease

Michael watched in horror as Phoebe's dark aura began to form around her and her hair was flowing upward

Michael: Phoebe...

Phoebe: I will do whatever it takes to unleash the greatest elements ever.. if it breaks me then so be it!

Michael frowned as Phoebe began to grin sinisterly, this wasnt good at all.

Bell and Ranzo were training at a stadium near the dorms and Bell still couldnt come up with a plan

Bell: Go Belial!!

Ranzo: Ragnaruk!!

Belial and Ragnaruk clashed back and forth fiercely as small bursts of energy erupted from the arena

Bell: It's not enough.. i need more power if im going to beat Phoebe...

Belial burst right through Ragnaruk and ended the battle just like that

Shu: This has been going on for some time now, i guess Bell is nervous about the coming battle.

Valt: I dont blame him, Phoebe is a strong opponent and theres no telling how much stronger she's gotten since she battled against me.

Shu: There is a lot riding on this match, i imagine he's finally feeling the pressure.

Valt: I mean he's The Demon King, im sure he'll pull through.

Shu just smiled as he watched Bell and Ranzo continue to train

Shu: I figured you would say that.

Valt: I dont have a single doubt in my mind, he can do it.

Wakiya eventually joined them and watched as Bell was training hard

Wakiya: Looks like this is it, Bell is going to face off against Phoebe.

Valt: Yeah..

Bell: Valt! Shu!! There's room for more!!

Valt: Oh man! Im getting in on this!!

Shu smiled and joined them and all 4 of them started to battle

Wakiya just smiled and he remembered the first time he met Valt and Shu all those years ago

Wakiya: If i hadnt met you guys, none of this would've been possible.. how grateful i am to have met you all.

Phoebe was alone in the training room and Michael had left, she sat in the room as she looked down at her Bey

Phoebe: It won't be long now, i'll crush the Demon King and i'll become truly invincible..

Pandemonium began to glow with a dark aura as her black eyes began to glow with a purple flame

Phoebe: Everything has come down to this.. everything i have worked for, i will unleash more Elemental Power than ever before..!

Phoebe's thoughts were interrupted as the door opened and Michael was standing there

Michael: Your battle is about to start, are you coming or not?

Phoebe got up and put on her mask as she walked past Michael and headed to her battle

The battle between Bell Daikokuten and Phoebe Vancouver otherwise known as Akuma was now starting and the 2 bladers stepped up to the stadium

Phoebe: So the time has finally come for us to battle again, i guess it is fate that we keep meeting like this.

Bell: I was gonna say the same thing, you better be ready because i am going to send you flying in this battle.

Phoebe just looked at Bell as her aura began to glow around her

Phoebe: You're such a fool, thinking you can win against the Ultimate Bey, Ruin Pandemonium!!

Bell: Heh! Whats so "Ultimate" about that bey? When im done with you, im going to make you run away in fear!

Ranzo, Hannah and Jiji were watching the battle from the digital audience and they were already on the edge of their seats

Ranzo: Come on Amigo, you got this! Dont get psyched out!

Hannah: Let's go! Bell!!

Jiji: Good luck out there.

Valt, Shu and Wakiya were also watching the battle as well, they were a little anxious too.

Phoebe grimaced in frustration as she stared at Bell with rage

Phoebe: Run away in fear you say? Spare me, let's do this thing!

Referee: 1st Battle!!

The bladers took their positions and the battle began

Referee: Ready Set!!!

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

The beys were off and Ruin Pandemonium was in Defensive Mode and Belial was coming in hot

Bell: So you're going on the defensive huh? No matter, go Belial!!

Phoebe: Pandemonium!!

Belial and Pandemonium clashed with all their might and Pandemonium's Wind Elemental sends Belial flying immediately

Bell: Heh! All part of the plan!!

Belial lands back in the stadium and manages to recover and it heads to the Upper Deck

Pandemonium was taking a ride on the Ignite Zone and it was generating speed! Phoebe's aura glowed as her hand had an evil glow around it!

Phoebe: You can't away from me!

Pandemonium lands on the Upper Deck and slams into Belial and forces it into the wall

Bell: Belial!!

Hannah: Oh no!

Ranzo: Oh this is bad!

Wakiya: What is she doing out there?!

Shu: She's trying to destroy Belial.. no matter the cost!

Pandemonium had Belial pinned against the wall and a ring of fire was generated around the arena

Phoebe: More.. i want more!

Bell: Tch..! Shake it off Belial!!

Belial manages to break free from Pandemoniums deadly grip and it slams into the wall and flies above the stadium

Phoebe: W-What the..?!

Bell: Now we can really begin!

Phoebe began to grin as her aura began to glow even brighter with each passing moment

Phoebe: Pandemonium!

Pandemonium began to change colors as it spun around the stadium

Bell: Let's do this Belial!!

Belial: Bell!!

Pandemonium had taken center stage and Belial was beginning to fall towards it as it changed colors

Bell: Let's end this! Divine Dive!!

Belial was imbued with a purple elemental light as it dove straight for Pandemonium

Phoebe: Ruin Break!!

The 2 beys made contact and a massive explosion erupts from the stadium, causing the crack in Phoebe's mask to get larger!

Bell: Belial! Go!!

Belial presses Pandemonium down against the stadium and sent it flying out of the stadium

Referee: Divine Belial with an Over Finish! The score is now 1-0 with Bell in the lead!

Bell started to laugh as Phoebe glared at him in frustration

Bell: How was that?! If thats all the Elemental Power you got then you are done for!

Phoebe clenched her fists tightly until her armbrace cracked and broke

Phoebe: I'll show you!!

Ranzo: Alright! He actually pulled it off!!

Jiji: I just knew he could do it!!

Hannah: Just one more point to go!

Valt: Bell managed to score a point from her, just one more to go.

Wakiya: The real question is, can he actually pull it off?

Shu: Regardless, He seems to have Phoebe riled up, thats how he was able to score on her!

Michael: You can win this Demon King..

Ashtem was now uninterested in the battle and he shut the screen off

Ashtem: If she couldnt beat Bell in just the first battle then that tells me all i need to know..

Phoebe began to quiver slightly as she held her hand over her face, her aura becoming more scattered

Phoebe: I won't let this be the end.. everything i have worked for to get here.. i.. i won't let it be in vain!

Bell: P-Phoebe?!

Phoebe: Say your final prayers Demon King because i will destroy you here and now!

Bell: Dont think this is going to end like the Ultimate Legacy Tour, i will beat you right now!

Phoebe: Bring it then, prove it to me that you can win against me!!

Referee: 2nd Battle!!

The 2 bladers took their positions and the 2nd battle was now beginning as cheers for the 2 bladers echoed throught the arena

Bell / Phoebe: I'll end this in one blow!

Referee: Ready Set!!

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

The beys were off and the 2 beys clashed in the center and were blown back

Bell: Belial!!

Phoebe: Pandemonium!!

Both beys started picking up speed as they changed colors at the same time

The 2 beys charged around the stadium at full speed as they glowed brightly

Bell: Demon King Elemental!!

Phoebe: Ultimate Elemental!!

The 2 beys began to glow even brighter as sparkles began to flow behind them

Bell: Divine Shoot! Go!!

Phoebe: Lightning now!!

Belial and Pandemonium clashed back and forth with all their might and things were getting intense

Bell: Looking good Belial! We're just getting started!!

Phoebe was a little shocked to see Bell smiling all of a sudden

Phoebe: Why is he... smiling? Why would anyone be smiling at a time like this?

Each and every clash between the 2 beys were resonating throughout the stadium and the arena around them began to glow with Yellow, Green, Blue and Red Sparkles

Phoebe: Pandemonium! Hold your ground!!

Belial and Pandemonium were blown back from the intense attack and Pandemonium was starting to pick up even more speed

Bell: I dont think so! Now Belial!!

Belial chases after Pandemonium and it knocks it into the wall

Phoebe: Why am i feeling this way..? What is this feeling?!

Belial and Pandemonium circled around the stadium at full speed as their auras began to glow bright

Bell: Divine Bomber!!

Phoebe: Crush them! Elemental Break!!

Belial and Pandemonium clashed with all their might as a massive explosion bursts through the arena! Phoebe's mask cracks again and shatters, revealing her face!

Bell: Belial!!

Phoebe: Pandemonium!!

Both beys went flying out of the stadium and Belial landed a second earlier

Bell: T-Tch..!!

Referee: Ruin Pandemonium with an Over Finish! The score is now tied 1-1!!

Cheers burst out from the crowd as soon as the result was announced!

Ranzo: Well at least it was an Over Finish!

Hannah: He's still in the game!

Valt: That was such an amazing battle, i wish it was me out there battling!!

Wakiya: Phoebe really does have some mad skill for sure.

Shu didnt say anything but he did notice that Phoebe's mask had been destroyed

Phoebe grinned as her aura began to glow once again

Phoebe: You see now Demon King! I am the one who will reign the strongest!!

Bell: What happened to your mask?

Phoebe looked at him and felt around on her face and her eyes widened in shock when she realized her mask had been destroyed

Phoebe: M-My mask..!!

Bell: Finally! Ive been waiting to battle you without the mask!!

Phoebe: W-What?!

Bell: All this time i havent been battling the real Phoebe and thats because you wore that silly mask!

Phoebe: My name is Akuma, not Phoebe!

Bell: Not without that mask you arent, you are Phoebe Vancouver, ally of the Demon King!

Phoebe looked at him a little stunned, she couldnt believe what she was hearing

Bell: Now! Let's do this thing!!
