The battle between Valt and Phoebe had just concluded and Phoebe stood there as Valt began to leave the arena but heard the shrill screams of Bell Daikokuten as he entered the battle stage!

Bell: Phoebe!!!

Valt: Bell?

Phoebe's eyes narrowed upon seeing the Demon King entering the arena again

Phoebe: Demon King.. what is he doing here?!

Bell: Phoebe! Battle me again!!

Wakiya: What is the Demon King doing now!?! We just finished a battle here!

Shu: Well that is Bell for you..

Ashtem frowned upon seeing the Demon King again and his eyes behind his mask narrowed

Ashtem: Why cant this kid just give up..?

A screen appeared directly in front of Bell and Wakiya appeared

Wakiya: Demon King! What do you think you're doing!!

Bell: What does it look like i'm doing? Im going to battle Phoebe again!!

Wakiya: Did you forget that you lost to her last time!?

Valt: Wakiya, i say we let him battle her again, a redemption battle!

Wakiya: A redemption battle you say? Well let's hear what Phoebe has to say.

Phoebe looked at the Demon King and a purple aura began to fill her black eyes

Phoebe: Very well, i accept your challenge! I will destroy you the next time we battle!

Phoebe turned and started to walk away as Bell watched her and grinned, he already knew he was going to win!

Phoebe walked through the halls of the Arena as she made for the exit and she ran into Michael again

Phoebe: Were you watching?

Michael: So what now? What are you going to do now that you've beaten Valt?

Phoebe just looked at him and gave him a rather funny look

Phoebe: What are you talking about?

Michael: What does Ashtem have in store for you now that you've completed his dirty work?

Phoebe just stood there in silence, a little speechless

Michael: Did he even tell you?

Phoebe: That doesnt matter!

Michael: It does because what use does he have for you now? You defeated a few of the top legends including Valt which was his plan the whole time!

Phoebe: He told me i was going to lead in a new era of Beyblade and i would become number 1 and guess, i already have!

Michael: You may have won against Valt but you will never become number 1 at the rate you're going.

Phoebe's eyes narrowed in rage as they took on a purple glow

Michael: You've been battling in matches that didnt even matter regardless if you win or not!

Phoebe: It was all worth it in the end, my Elemental Power has grown to its highest point, Im stronger than ever before!

Michael: And what did it cost? You lost everything that meant anything to you..

Phoebe: It was sacrifices worth making..

Phoebe continued walking and Michael just stared after her unimpressed

---Meanwhile---

Bell was training at the Gates Of Hell with Ranzo and Wakiya and Valt were there as well

Ranzo: If you're going up against Phoebe and Pandemonium again, then you need to seriously be prepared, she completely whooped you last time.

Valt: He's right, with her now able to unleash Ultimate Elemental Power, it may be time to grow your Elemental Power.

Wakiya: Phoebe grows even stronger with every battle so you need to be at the top of your game.

Bell: I hear what you're saying but who do i have to train with? I dont have very many options!

Everyone thought for a moment, Bell was right, there wasnt many options that made sense for practice to beat Pandemonium

Wakiya: I dont know about you but i'n stumped, i got nothing.

Valt: Me neither, i really dont know what to tell you Bell.

Bell continued to think and sure enough, he couldnt come up with anything either

Bell: I got nothing either..

Ranzi just sighed as he went for the door, he had something on his mind

Ranzo: Im gone to get some air, i'll be back later.

Ranzo had stopped at the riverbank and he sat down on the hill and he held his bey, Cyclone Ragnaruk in his hand.

Ranzo: All the past times ive faced off against Bell or anyone else, i always lose.. it's like im some sort of punching bag..

Ranzo remembered his battle against Phoebe at the end of the Ultimate Legacy Tour

Ranzo: And Phoebe absolutely decimated me and Ragnaruk.. there was no way i couldve won that battle if i tried..

Ranzo was lost in his thoughts when he heard footsteps behind him, it was Michael

Ranzo: Oh.. it's you.

Michael: Trouble?

Ranzo: Yeah, im a little worried about Bell, he always seems so fixated on Phoebe that he doesnt even take me seriously anymore.

Michael: I know the feeling trust me..

Ranzo: What should i do?

Michael: Bell will do whatever it takes to beat Phoebe and there is nothing we can do about it, my best idea is to make him take you seriously.

Ranzo: You mean as in a battle?

Michael: I mean how else would you do it?

Ranzo looked down at his bey and clutched his bey tightly, he knew he had no chance at beating Bell in the state he was in

Ranzo: I went back to Brazil to train and get stronger but when i returned, its like nothing ever happened..

Michael: The Demon King is strong, no doubt about it.. but you have the capability to beat him, you just dont know it.

Ranzo nodded and smiled as he got up to his feet

Ranzo: I got just the thing!

Ranzo ran off back to the Gates Of Hell and Michael just sat there with a slight smile.

Ranzo had made it back to The Gates Of Hell and immediately held up his Cyclone Ragnaruk

Ranzo: Amigo! I want to battle against you, if you want to train then battle against me!

Bell smirked with amusement at Ranzo's sudden challenge and held up his Divine Belial

Bell: Alright then, if thats what you want then i shall battle you!

Ranzo stared at his opponent as his eyes began to glow, everything he worked for was all going to come down to this

Ranzo: I vowed that i would defeat you one day and that day is today.. Amigo- no, Bell.. i will defeat you right here and now!

Hannah and Jiji were watching the battle from the side

Hannah: Ranzo looks a lot more serious than usual..

Jiji: Well this truly is the battle of the Amigos after all, i imagine this means a lot to Ranzo.

Bell: Ready when you are!

Ranzo: Im ready! Bring it on!!

The 2 bladers took their positions and the battle of rivals began

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

The beys were off and Cyclone Ragnaruk took center stage as the stadium cast an orange glow upon it

Ranzo: That's it Ragnaruk! Hold down the center!

Belial was charging around the stadium at full speed as it used the Ignite Zones to pick up speed and redirect itself towards Ragnaruk

Bell: Go for it! Belial, Divine Shoot!!

Belial fired off a barrage of attacks on Ragnaruk but it was brushing them off like it was nothing

Ranzo: How's that Amigo!? This is the awesome power of Ragnaruk!!

Ragnarum was tanking all of the blows from Belial and it was keeping its stamina up

Bell: I must admit you are strong but it will all be futile as you run away in fear!

Belial disengages and begins to pick up speed again and it was heading to the upper deck

Ranzo: Whatever you're planning it won't work! Now, Ragnaruk!!

Ranzo: Let's stir up some winds! Double Wing Cyclone Grande!!

Ragnaruk immediately changed colors and its vortex of winds began to roar to life and Belial was being kept away from it

Bell: That won't work on us! Push through Belial!!

Belial was starting to pick up speed on the Upper Deck and a purple beam of light followed it

Ranzo: What the-?!

Bell: It's over! Now Belial!!

Belial was picking up so much speed as it changed colors that it looked like a flash of light

Bell: Now! Divine Flash!!

Belial slams into the wall and launches itself high into the air

Ranzo: Is that it? Are you so afraid that you decided to self destruct?!

Bell grinned as his bey hovered right above Cyclone Ragnaruk

Bell: Who said anything about self destruction...?

Ranzo: Huh?!

Belial began its dive right back towards Ragnaruk as bursts of energy trailed behind it

Bell: It's over! Divine Dive!!

Belial breaks through Ragnaruks vortex from above and slams on top of it and a massive burst of energy erupts from the stadium but the battle wasnt over yet!

Ranzo: It's not over yet! Ragnaruk still has plenty of fight left in it!!

Ragnaruk shakes off Belial and reclaims center stage as Belial wobbled slightly

Bell: Heh! So you managed to survive that.. i will give you some credit, you indeed have gotten stronger!

Ranzo: Amigo..

Bell: But it all ends here! Now Belial!!

Belial starts its run on Ragnaruk once again and the 2 beys were trading blows back and forth

Ranzo: Ragnaruk! You got this!!

Bell: Cast them into the shadows! Belial!!

Belial and Ragnaruk clashed with all their might as their Elemental Power shined throughout the arena

Ranzo: Bell!

Bell: Ranzo!

Their Elemental Powers grew even more as sparks started to fly from the intense clash

Ranzo: This battle is mine!

Bell: You will meet your doon!!

Belial and Ragnaruk clashed with all their might and both beys burst at almost the same time

Bell/Ranzo: W-Who won?!

Jiji stepped up to the stadium and gave a small grin

Jiji: It was close but Bell wins with a Burst Finish! Bell is the winner!!

Ranzo: Aww man i thought i had em!

Bell grinned as he picked up his Cyclone Ragnaruk and admired it

Bell: Cyclone Ragnaruk huh, that is quite the impressive bey you use!

Ranzo: Amigo.. y-you mean that?!

Bell just started laughing as usual

Bell: Of course i do, i never imagined you would last that long against my Divine Belial, and almost win too!

Ranzo: Well next time im going to win!

Bell: You can try but i will always win, no matter what?!

Valt and Wakiya came into the Gates Of Hell once again and Valt had a basket of Beybread in his hand

Bell: Valt, Wakiya!

Valt: Mom made Beybread for you guys, i hope you're hungry!

And with that, everyone began to dig in on some delicious Beybread, Michael was watching from the doorway and he began to leave with a smile

Michael: Demon King.. it's all becoming so clear to me now... Beyblade is meant to be fun whether you win or lose, i understand now..

---Later That Evening---

Phoebe was on the beach and she was starting to contact Ashtem

Ashtem: So you are battling against The Demon King once again..?

Phoebe: He challenged me.. and i accepted..

Ashtem: You will win against the Demon King, there is no reason you should lose..

Phoebe: I know that, of course i'll win!

Ashtem just stared at her, his mask hiding his expression

Ashtem: Pandemonium's Elemental Power has reached its highest possible level, with power like that, the Demon King will be nothing more than a bug underneath your shoe..

Ashtem hung up and Phoebe just stood there and stared off into the setting sun

Ashtem stood in the middle of the main chamber of the Snake Pit HQ and he stared at a blueprint brought up by the technicians

Ashtem: We have gained a perfect amount ot data on Belial, Pandora and now Pandemonium and now.. it's only a matter of time..

The blueprint displayed a bey of complete unknown design, the bey had a round but pretty ornate design

Ashtem: With the birth of the New Ultimate Bey, we will wipe out every bey in the world!

A purple and black aura began to surround itself around Ashtem as he started to laugh maniacally
