It was the next day and Phoebe had arrived at The Gates Of Hell once again and she heard battling going on inside

Phoebe grinned as she headed to the door and opened it to see Bell and Ranzo having a battle

Phoebe: What a peculiar group of bladers..

Phoebe had never seen a group of bladers quite like this but after some time, she decided to leave for now, she wanted to watch the Demon King before making another move.

---That Night---

Phoebe had returned to the Citadel Of Elements but to her surprise, Shu was already there

Phoebe: W-What the?!

Shu didnt turn away from her as he kept looking at the Lightning Spire

Shu: It's about time you showed up.

Phoebe walked into the chamber and she was confused as to why a Blading Legend was here

Phoebe: You're Shu Kurenai correct, big fan but.. what are you doing here?

Shu: I could ask you the same thing but i suppose i'll go first, im here to study this place after locals that live nearby reported an intense power surge

Phoebe had a rather guilty look on her face, she was finally busted.

Shu: Not to mention the Bey of the Lightning Element has gone missing.

Phoebe: And i have it!

Shu was a little stunned from her confession, he wasnt expecting her to just admit she stole a bey with immense power

Shu: Interesting..

Phoebe: Why? Do i have to give it back or something?!

Shu: No, in fact i'm letting you keep it.

Phoebe: What?!

Shu: From what ive been told, you managed to beat Bell Daikokuten with it and he's not someone who loses very easily. Im curious to know how well you can channel its power.

Phoebe: Is that it?

Shu: I also want to know another thing, why do you keep returning here? Are you after the other Elemental Beys?

Phoebe: Correct. Every night when im trying to sleep, i hear them calling out to me. I'm from England and i could hear Lightning Pandora calling out to me from there

This caught Shu off guard, he had never heard of something like this.

Shu: How is that possible?

Phoebe: I don't know, im simply an explorer who didnt even know this place existed

Shu needed to think about this, what Phoebe had just told him was something he had never heard before.

Shu: Before i go, i was wondering if you would you like to participate in the Battle League tommorow?

Phoebe: Battle League?

Shu: Valt decided to set up a mini tournament and whoever wins gets to battle him.

Phoebe was a little bit surprised, she had heard about Valt from stories, he was the golden standard for the new generation of Bladers.

Phoebe: Absolutely! I would love to go!

Shu: Then i guess its settled.

Phoebe watched as Shu left the ruins, she decided to stay behind, she looked up at the Water Spire and smiled, the Water Element of Pandora would soon be in her hands

---The Next Day---

The Battle League was going to begin shortly but first it was time for a word from Hanami, the Announcer

Hanami: Alright all you boys and girls, we're gathered here for the event of a lifetime! One of these four bladers will soon have the opportunity to face our Legend Of Legends, Valt Aoi!

Valt eventually arrived on stage and smiled a big smile as the people in the crowds were cheering loudly

Hanami: And now, we're going to introduce the 4 bladers that will potentially have the chance to battle Valt.

The spotlight shined down and revealed the 1st Blader that was participating

Hanami: It's the blading legend whose skills is nearly unmatched and intelligence is constantly razor sharp, it's Shu Kurenai!

Shu gave a slight smile as he lifted up a part of his hair and revealed his Scar, a callback to his younger self. The fangirls went completely ballistic as expected.

Hanami: And following up, it's the blader who casts a shadow upon the stadium everytime he battles, it's the Demon King Bell Daikokuten!

Bell just stood there next to Shu with a grin as he held his arms crossed

Hanami: Next up is the man with great style and skill, it's Ranzo Kiyama!

The light shined down on Ranzo and he lifted up his shades and smiled

Hanami: And last but certainly not least, it's the blader who is currently shrouded in mystery, it's Phoebe Vancouver!

Bell: Wait what!?

Bell was shocked to see Phoebe here, she just stood there and stared at Bell with a slight smirk

Hanami: It is now time to decide the matchups!!

The video screen above began to randomize the bladers and after a few seconds, the matches were finally decided

The battles were Shu VS Ranzo and Bell VS Phoebe

---A few minutes later---

The battle between Shu and Ranzo had already began and the 2 beys were clashing with all their might

Ranzo: Double Wing Cyclone!!

Ragnaruks vortex of wind roared to life as Astral Spriggan sped around the stadium in Right Spin Attack Mode

Shu: That won't work against us..

Phoebe was watching the battle from the crowd and her eye began to flicker with a yellow flame

Phoebe: Don't disappoint me, Shu Kurenai...

Bell on the other hand, was cheering for his friend

Bell: Ranzo! Dont you dare lose to someone like him!!

Spriggan charged up the slope of the stadium and came in for the attack as its metal pieces began to glow.

Shu: Astral Slash!

Spriggan bursts straight through Ragnaruk with a fierce attack and a burst of flames shot from the stadium

Ranzo: W-Wha!!

Referee: Astral Spriggan with a Burst Finish! Shu Kurenai wins with a score of 2-0!!

Ranzo: Tch... I thought i had him..!!

Phoebe was watching from the audience and she grinned, she looked down at her Lightning Pandora as it began to glow with a bright light.

Phoebe: I expected nothing less from you Shu Kurenai, i await to battle you soon but first i must deal with that pesky Demon King..

Bell was extremely frustrated at Ranzo losing as he pounded his fist against the barrier

Bell: Ranzo! You weren't supposed to lose against him, you were supposed to be battling me in the 2nd Stage!

Hannah: Bell, your battle is about to start!

Bell: Oh no! You're right!!

Bell began to panic immediately and he ran off to his match

Phoebe watched as Bell ran right past her and she smirked.

Phoebe: This is going to be too easy..

---Later---

The 2nd Match was now starting and Bell and Phoebe had stepped to the stadium and held up his Divine Belial

Bell: Just know, that no matter what you do, I'm going to win again!

Phoebe just smiled as she held up her Pandora and small bolts of electricity flickered from its 2 orbs.

Phoebe: Try all you like but our Elemental Power has gotten even stronger, you stand no chance against us!

Bell: Elemental Power?

Valt and Shu were in the main spire and were watching the battle, Shu was a bit concerned at the mention of "Elemental Power"

Valt: Man, that Phoebe girl has some serious guts!

Shu: Elemental Power? What does she mean by that?

Bell: It doesn't matter what kind of power you have, we're not losing to the likes of you!

Referee: 1st Battle!!

Bell: We're going to end this in a single shot!

Phoebe grinned as she took her position, her eyes glowing a electrifying yellow

Phoebe: Is that so?

Referee: Ready Set!!!

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

The beys were off and Lightning Pandora took the center as Divine Belial rushed around the stadium at full speed

Bell: Alright Belial, let's get to it!

Belial raced in and fired off the first attack but Pandoras smooth surface repelled the blow

Bell: Again!!

Belial continued its assault but nothing was landing dead on and Pandora wasn't losing spin

Phoebe: Is that all you got? I know Belial has more power than this!

Bell: You asked for it..

Belial raced up the slope of the stadium and grabbed the rim and sped up with a huge burst of speed

Bell: Divine Flash now!!

Belial slams into the wall and heads right for Pandora

Bell: Here we go! Now!!!

Belial slams into Pandora with all its might and it launched it high into the air!

Bell: How's that?!

Phoebe: It's not over yet! Tell me, does this look and feel familiar?!

Ranzo immediately recognized this technique, it was the same move that Phoebe used to beat Bell the first time

Ranzo: Amigo!! Watch out!!!

Phoebe: Now! Pandora!!!

Pandora was starting to fall back down and bolts of lightning were coming off of the orbs and it was radiating a bright light

Phoebe: Show them your Elemental Power! Lightning Twist!!

Bell: And now the stage is set! Divine Bomber! Go!!

The 2 beys clashed with all their might as the stadium erupts with a powerful burst of energy, lightning bolts shot out of the stadium and a winner was finally decided as Belial was burst, leaving Lightning Pandora the winner

Bell: Impossible!

Referee: Lightning Pandora with a Burst Finish, Phoebe Vancouver wins with a score of 2-0!!

The crowds began to cheer loudly as Bell picked up the pieces of his bey and dashed out of the arena in humiliation, Phoebe stared after him and smirked slightly

---Later---

Bell sat on a bench in one of the arenas hallways and stared down at his Divine Belial, he was still trying to piece together what happened

Bell: I don't get it, how did Belial lose to the likes of her. Divine Bomber was supposed to have worked.

Bell was eventually met with the sight of Phoebe standing over him

Bell: You!!

Phoebe: Still in shock i see.. Haha, i made a pun!

Bell: You bet i am, i want a rematch right now!

Phoebe just shook her head and crossed her arms

Phoebe: Oh come on, don't be such a sore loser. You lost fair and square and after i beat Shu, I'll be the one to battle Valt.

Bell: Yeah, good job rubbing that in my face!

Phoebe bent down to Bell's height and started to babytalk him

Phoebe: Aww does it make the Demon King angry? Don't worry, I'll be sure to get your bottle!

Bell was starting to get very angry and he pointed his finger right at her face

Bell: Quit that! I demand you take me seriously!

Phoebe just started laughing

Phoebe: Kinda hard to take you seriously when thats 2 wins against you, hows that?!

Bell was starting to get even more frustrated and Phoebe finally got serious with him

Phoebe: You really want to know why you lost?

Bell: How?

Phoebe: You haven't even begun to master the potential of Belial yet. I can feel the level of power that it contains, yet you've barely tapped into any of it yet.

Bell looked down at his bey with a look of discouragement, he knew Phoebe was right. He hadn't mastered Belial's power and that was why his attacks failed against Pandora

Bell: What must i do?

Phoebe: I will join you.

Bell: Say what?

Phoebe: Your grandfather has granted me permission to stay at the Gates Of Hell, i will stay and help you get stronger.

Bell stood on top of the bench and got to almost perfect eye level with her and he grinned

Bell: The Demon King allows it! You may stay as long as you want.

Phoebe smiled and Bell gave off a fierce grin

Bell: I think this is the start of a great friendship!

Phoebe: I think i could go for that rematch actually.

Bell: Ha! You're on!!

---Later That Night---

Phoebe had returned to the Citadel Of Elements and she walked over to the Water Stone and placed her hand on it. A ripple effect was cast over the stone and it was a lot stronger than before but the stone still didn't reveal the next element

Phoebe: Still not worthy huh? But based on the power from the ripple, im getting close. Pandoras Water Element is within my grasp...
