The next day arrived and Bell woke up and went into the main lobby of the airship

Bell: Goodmorning everyon-

Bell was interrupted by a loud "SURPRISE" from a dozen people in the room

Bell: Oh wow! A surprise party! For me?!

Wakiya: Jingemon came all the way here overnight and set it all up for you.

Bell: Oh Jiji you know me too well!

Jiji: I made all your favorites so dig in!

Bell and the group started fixing their plates with all sorts of delicious food from burgers, pasta and even bowls of curry

Bell: This is the best surprise the Demon King could ask for!

Hannah sat next to Bell and gave him some wonderful news

Hannah: My brother called me recently, he gives his congratulations even though he cant be here.

Valt: This battle between you and Phoebe has been pretty well anticipated   this will be the best battle of the tournament.

Wakiya: All thanks to me for organizing such a wonderful event! Haha, you're welcome!

Everyone gave a laugh and Bell actually wondered where Phoebe and Ranzo were

Bell: Where is Phoebe? And Ranzo?!

Wakiya: Phoebe is ending her recovery stages in the Medical Suite right now, she'll be in top shape for the battle today! But Ranzo..

Bell: What? Spit it out Wakiya, where is he?

Wakiya: Bell..

Bell heard Shu's voice behind him

Shu: He left..

Bell: What?! What do you mean he left?!

Shu: I was wondering where he was too and i found a note on his bed, it said he was leaving to go back to Brazil.

Bell: Back to brazil-! What?!

Shu: I'm sorry Bell.. i guess his loss really got to him.

Bell began to look really sad and he got up and started to leave

Wakiya: Where are you going?

Bell did not turn back to look at them

Bell: I'm not hungry...

Bell left the Airship and he went back down to the surface

Bell: Ranzo.. why did you leave? Why did you go back to Brazil?

Ranzo was on a plane that was heading back to Brazil and he looked down at his trashed bey

Ranzo: I'm sorry Amigo.. but this is how it has to be for now..

Ranzo gave his bey a soft smile

Ranzo: We'll have more fun battles very soon, good luck in your final battle today.

Bell closed his fist around his bey but he was soon dragged into his Dreamscape and was met with the face of Belial

Belial: Missing Ranzo?

Bell: Well obviously! Read the room Belial!!

Belial scoffed and straightened at Bell lashing out at him

Bell: Look, i'm sorry but i didnt know was feeling so bad that he decided to just leave!

Belial: You know what we're up against Bell, Ranzo's loss and him leaving should be in the back of your mind right now, we need to focus and prepare for the battle at hand!

Bell: You're right..

Belial: Don't just win for the sake of winning but win to avenge Ranzo! That's the best you can do for now

Bell: I understand..

The dreamscape disappeared and Bell stared towards the sunny sky

Bell: Amigo.. i will avenge you and Ragnaruk today, watch me! You won't be disappointed!

---Meanwhile---

Phoebe had recovered and she had got changed back into her clothes as Ashtem told her the plan

Ashtem: Today is the day, we're going to crush Bell Daikokuten and his Divine Belial with one swift stroke!

Phoebe: I understand Ashtem..

Ashtem: Do not hesitate and show no mercy, you must bring out the full might of your Elemental Power, we are so close to greatness! I can almost taste it..

Ashtem left the room to let Phoebe continue getting dressed and she couldnt help but remember the battle from last night

Phoebe: That feeling last night.. just what was it?

Phoebe couldnt shake the feeling that something had happened to her during the battle but she had to move past it, it was a big day after all.

Phoebe: It'll all be fine Pandora, i wont let something like that happen again today..

Phoebe smiled as her Fire Elemental Aura began to glow around her

Michael was watching her from the doorway, apart of him was still concerned

Michael: Flame Pandora's Elemental Power has nearly reached maximum level but.. i'm worried what's to come, i was wrong to think Phoebe could handle this..

There was nothing Michael could do, the battle was later in the evening and there was very little time left. Besides, he couldnt pull her out of the tournament due to her being crowned MVP

Michael: Just be careful out there Phoebe.. dont do anything stupid...

Michael began to leave and didnt notice Ashtem was watching him the whole time and Ashtem called one of his advisors immediately

Ashtem: Get the files for Katana Muramasa and delete them, we may have a traitor on our hands.

---Later---

Bell was doing last minute practice with Belial before the finals started, which would be in the next hour

Bell: This is it Belial, we finally made it and we're going to win!

Bell still didnt know Belial had been severely damaged.

Bell: I wish Ranzo was still here to see us battle..

Bell remembered what Belial had told him, he needed to focus on his own battle

Bell: That's right, i have to win for Ranzo's sake and nothing else.. i'll send Pandora flying into the darkness

The hour had passed and it was finally time for the battle between Bell and Phoebe, spectators had arrived from across the world to see the battle

Bell stayed in one of the waiting rooms and spoke with Valt, Jiji and Hannah

Valt: Flame Pandora is a super strong bey so it will be tough to beat, not to mention it is also a Balance Type.

Jiji: Bell, remember this is for Ranzo.. do your best out there!

Hannah: Of course he'll win, he's the Demon King after all!

Bell: Of course i'll win! I'll demolish Pandora in a single strike!

Phoebe and Ashtem were in another waiting room and Ashtem gave her the plan

Ashtem: Divine Belial has become a stronger bey than i realized, you must give 100% of your strength if you want to beat it.

Phoebe: I understand, Ashtem.

Ashtem: Remember, your dream is just within reach, we are almost at the finish line!

Phoebe nodded as she looked down at her Flame Pandora and it gave a small little shine

Phoebe: I'm counting on you, Pandora..

The 2 bladers entered the stadium and the crowd was going insane, there were so many people in the crowd! The 2 bladers stepped up to the stadium.

Phoebe: So it's finally time..

Bell: Yes it is! I'm going to get revenge for Ranzo and what you did to him!

Phoebe just looked at Bell and sighed

Phoebe: It was an accident, you really think i would purposely do that?

Bell: It doesnt matter, nobody hurts my friends like that!

Phoebe: Aren't we friends?

Bell: Yes, but that doesnt give you the right to hurt my other friend!

Valt: Bell! Keep it together out there!

Shu: He can't hear you, he's too focused on his opponent.

Michael had his data and he looked toward Phoebe

Michael: Phoebe.. be careful out there..

Phoebe: Do you really value Ranzo over me? What makes Ranzo better than me?!

Bell: Ranzo has never destroyed a bey before..

Computer: The finals match will be a 1st to 3 points, 1st Battle!!

The 2 bladers took their position and the finals match began

Computer: Ready Set!!

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

The beys were off and Flame Pandora had taken center stage as it went on the Defensive

Bell: Belial! It's go time! Let's show them what we got!!

Belial came charging in for the attack as it began to fire off a barrage of attacks

Phoebe: Pandora! Endure it!!

Pandora counters and manages to knock Belial away but it wasnt going down that easily

Bell: This is just the opening act so now the main event is about to begin!

Belial catches itself on the Ignite Zone and gains a huge boost of speed as it began to light up from the stadium

Phoebe: Flame Slash!!

Pandora uses its sharp edges to cut across Belial but it was no use as it was the one that was sent flying

Phoebe: Tch...!

Bell: You scared yet?!

Michael watched the data and neither Pandora or Belial's Elemental Power were growing

Michael: What's going on down there..

Belial and Pandora were circling around the stadium at full speed

Bell: Divine Shoot!!

Belial started its run but it glitched again, taking more damage

Phoebe: Was that-?!

Belial slams into Pandora with full force and knocks it away

Bell: Belial! Keep fighting!!

Belial kept on striking out at Pandora and the attacks were relentless but Belial was suffering more and more damage

Phoebe: Belial is pushing itself to the limits, if this keeps up, it'll..

Belial kept on attacking at Pandora and dealing damage but it was suffering more damage with each attack

Phoebe: Just how far are you willing to go to avenge your friend...?

Bell: Now finish this! Divine Bomber!!

Belial comes in for the blow as the Divine Blade was imbued with a pink glow

Phoebe: Pandora! Dodge it!!

Pandora tilted on its Flexible Driver and evaded the attack and Belial hit the wall

Phoebe: Blast them with your explosive inferno! Pandora!!

Pandora was now on the offensive but Belial wasnt backing down either

Phoebe: End this now! Flame Break!!

Pandora rams into Belial from behind and knocks it high into the air

Bell: Belial!!

Belial landed back in the stadium but Pandora wasnt giving up just yet

Phoebe: Do it now! Go, Flame Spin!!

Pandora collides with Belial with full force and knocks it into the wall

Bell: It's time! Unleash your power, Belial!!

Belial wasnt losing any momentum as its power kept rising but at the expense of Belial taking more and more damage

Phoebe: How shameful can you be? Sacrificing your own bey for someone else, what is going through your head Demon King?!

Michael watched the data closely and his eyes widened, Belial's power level was rapidly starting to rise

Michael: Belial's Elemental Power is rising higher and higher!!

In the ancient ruins in Japan, Pandemonium's crystal was starting to crack and melt as it glowed with a loud ring, it was starting to awaken

There wasnt an end in sight as neither bey was backing down and Belial was pushing harder and harder

Phoebe: This battle cannot keep getting dragged out like this! This has to end now!!

Bell: Now send them into the abyss, Divine Bomber!!

Belial uses the Ignite Zone to gain even more speed and it rams into Pandora and knocks it out of the stadium in one single strike

Phoebe was in shock as Pandora fell to floor behind her, ending the battle

Computer: Divine Belial with an Over Finish! Bell Daikokuten earns 1 point!!

The crowd burst into loud cheers as the long 1st battle had come to an end and Bell picked up his bey

Valt: He managed to score a point on Pandora, way to go Bell!

Shu: He was able to catch it off guard and end the battle by using a finisher!

Michael stared at his data and then looked towards the stadium

Michael: Belial's Elemental Power has increase drastically yet Flame Pandora has not seen any growth! Phoebe.. what is going on down there

Phoebe reached down and retrieved her bey and heard the sound of Bell laughing

Bell: Looks like that's a point for me!

Phoebe: You won't be smiling for much longer because in the next battle, you're about to see what happens when i stop pulling my punches!

Bell: Phoebe..

A crimson red aura began to glow around Phoebe and her eyes were glowing like fire

Phoebe: Better say goodnight, because i will end Belial in this next and final battle!
