Phoebe was at the new Snake Pit HQ in New York America and Ashtem had a new assignment for her

Phoebe: You wanted to see me?

Ashtem: We've done it! There is a way you and Michael will accomplish your dream of becoming number 1!

Phoebe: How?! Tell me how!!

Ashtem: There is a set of Elemental Ruins in Japan called the Citadel Of Elements, inside there is a bey that holds great power but it is guarded and protected by 4 other beys.

Phoebe: 4 other beys?

Ashtem: The legend says the 4 beys in question are the beys of the Elements: Lightning, Wind, Water and Fire.

Phoebe: So what's the catch?

Ashtem: In order to take the bey that the Elementals protect, you must take the Elemental Beys and harness their power, the Ultimate Bey will respond when each of the Elemental Beys have reached their full potential.

Phoebe: I see.

Ashtem: Phoebe, this is a great opportunity to embrace your true strength, the way the Snake Pit has taught you.

Phoebe nodded as she turned to leave, giving a small glance to her brother

Phoebe: The Ultimate Bey huh? I'll get my hands on it in no time.

---Flashback Ends---

Phoebe and Shu Kurenai still stood atop the volcano and it began to rain outside

Shu: Meet me here when the storm is over.. im interested in testing your skill.

Phoebe nodded as she watched Shu turn and walk away, she wasnt going to let someone like him intimidate her

Phoebe turned and walked away too, heading down the mountain

Phoebe: Shu.. please dont be mad at me, none of this would've happened if it werent for me.

Shu reached the bottom of the mountain and he saw Michael standing there

Michael: So you finally made your move, Shu Kurenai.

Shu: What do you want?

Michael: Nothing much... you know im a big fan of you Shu Kurenai, especially in your days of Red Eye.

Shu just looked at Michael, unfazed by his words

Shu: That was a long time ago..

Michael: There's no need to hide it Shu, after all i'm just like you.

Michael removed his eyepatch and lifted his hair up, revealing his own scar and Shu looked a little surprised

Michael: You and i arent so different, i was injured in battle just like you.. i used to be very strong, undefeatable even but now i've been studying Elemental Power for our dreams

Shu: What are you trying to say? That Elemental Power is something more than just Pandora and Pandemonium?

Michael: Yes, i believe all beys have Elemental Power in some capacity, Belial has proven this.. i want to know if a bey such as Spriggan has such capablities.

Shu: You want me to be your labrat?

Michael: You would be doing my research a massive service, after all, Phoebe will finally bring forth the element of Fire, so it will be a great opportunity to study both Pandora and Spriggan.

Shu just looked at Michael and his eyes began to glow, he reluctantly agreed.

2 days had passed and Valt and Kit were set up at the stadium and they were about to battle

Ranzo: Is this guy really that strong?

Bell: Yeah! His bey can levitate like its magic!

Valt: Kit! It's been a while since we battled!

Kit: Indeed it has, i've been waiting to battle you for some time!

Valt smiled as he held up his Ultimate Valkyrie

Valt: We're gonna give it our full strength

Kit smiled as he held up his bey, Ranzo stepped up to the stadium to be referee

Ranzo: Alright! 1st Battle!!

Valt: Are you ready Kit? Let's do this thing!

Kit: Yeah! Never been so ready!!

Ranzo: Ready Set!!

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

The beys were off and Wind Knight had taken center stage as Ultimate Valkyroe came charging in

Valt: Alright now! Rush Shoot!!

Valkyrie unleashes a barrage of attacks on Knight but something was different

Kit: You're about to feel the power of Knights Downforce Mode! Knight Mega Blow!!

A barrier of wind surrounds Knight but this time, it catches Valkyrie and traps it by keeping it in vortex of wind it created

Bell was surprised at what he was seeing, Kit hadnt used that strategy against him the day before

Bell: So Knight has two modes.. interesting!

Valt: Get out of there! Valkyrie!!

Valkyrie manages to break free of Knights wind trap and accelerates around the stadium at full speed

Kit: It's time! Rise Wind Knight!!

Valkyrie was picking up even more speed as it knocked Knight high into the air

Kit: This battle is ours!

Wind Knight created a draft of wind around itself as it twisted like a corkscrew and dove straight for Valkyrie

Kit: Finish it with Aerial Dive!!

Valt: Now! Valkyrie!!

Valt: End this! Ultimate Slash V!!

Valkyrie and Knight collide as one of Valkyries swords drags across the smooth surface

The stadium erupts with a beam of light and the one who came out on top was Valt and Ultimate Valkyrie with an Over Finish!

Valt: Yes!

Kit: Aw man!

Ranzo: Ultimate Valkyrie with an Over Finish! Valt Aoi is the winner!!

Valt: That was a great battle Kit, that was fun!

Kit: I lost again but next time, i will defeat you for sure!

Bell rushed up between them

Bell: The only one beating Valt is me, you got that!

Kit: Did you forget you lost to me as well? Yeah, i thought so.

Michael was watching from a distance and he had just collected Data on not just Ultimate Valkyrie but Wind Knight was well..

Michael: Both Valkyrie and Knight have shown tremendous power and this confirms it..

The data confirmed it! Valkyrie and Knight were capable of using Elemental Power

Michael: All beys have Elemental Power.. Valkyrie.. Knight.. any bey when they reach full power can unleash the elements within... what an incredible discovery..

---Later---

Bell was walking towards the Battle Arena since he heard there was a battle going on there, but he ran into someone he had never seen before.

Bell: Who are you?

The person standing in front of him was Ashtem, mask and all

Ashtem: I am Ashtem, im sure you've probably heard of me by now.

Bell thought for a moment, and soon the name came his mind. It was the guy Phoebe told him about.

Bell: Oh, it's you! What are you doing here?

Ashtem: Well i came to see the Finals, i must say you've done really well.. for a novice.

Bell: A novice?! What?! Who are you calling a Novice?

Ashtem: It's quite simple, i have watched you from the very start of it all!

Bell: Seriously?! You've been watching me?!

Ashtem: Yes and for good reason? Ever since i sent Phoebe on her way to Japan, i've been curious, would it have been possible for other beys to channel the power of the Elements

Bell: And can they?

Ashtem: You have proved to have shown a power called Elemental Spark, a power that Phoebe's Pandora can also use. No other bey is able to harness that power but now i know that all beys have Elemental Power, Michael studied Valt and Kit's battle and the results from the data could change Beyblade as we know it.

Bell: Is something like that really possible?

Ashtem: You mean you never noticed? Belial was able to use Elemental Power like Elemental Spark from the moment it was created!

Bell: What are you getting at?

Ashtem: I have a proposal for you, your power is something truly special and it deserves to be put to better use..

Ashtem handed Bell a velvet envelope and it had a snake clasp on it

Ashtem: I personally invite you to join the Snake Pit, if you need time to think about it, i will give you until after your battle to decide but i need an answer then.

Ashtem turned and walked away and Bell took a look at the envelope, the offer seemed tempting but it could mean saying goodbye to his friends

---Later---

Shu and Phoebe met in the Battle Arena when the storm was over and Phoebe held up her Flame Pandora

Phoebe: Shu! I'm going to win this battle, you wont stand a chance against us.

Shu: Alright then, lets see you try!

Phoebe's eyes began to glow with a fiery red aura as her aura began to glow too

Bell, Valt, Aiga and Kit were watching the battle from the stands

Bell: Phoebe has a new Pandora..

Valt: It looks like a Balance Type Bey!

Kit: But Spriggan is also a Balance Type, neither of them will have the advantage.

Aiga: But it has no disadvantages either.

Michael and Ashtem were also watching the battle and Michael had his Data on his wristband pulled up

Ashtem: It's finally time.. we're one step closer to our goal.

Michael: I am currently tracking both Pandora's Fire Elemental and Burst Spriggan's Elemental Power

Ranzo stepped up to the stadium to be the referee for the battle

Ranzo: This will be a 1 battle match! 1st Battle!!

The bladers took their position and the battle began

Ranzo: Ready Set!!!

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

The beys were off and Flame Pandora touched down on the stadium floor as Burst Spriggan charged around the stadium

Phoebe: So he's going on the offensive right off the bat, just what we needed!

Pandora circled around the center as Burst Spriggan came rushing in for the strike

Shu: Spriggan! Show it no mercy!!

Burst Spriggan slams into Pandora and it knocked it back with a powerful blow

Phoebe: Pandora!!

Pandora landed near the Ignite Zone and it used the ridge to recover itself

Phoebe: You're gonna have to try harder than that!

Michael watched as Flame Pandora's Elemental Power was starting to grow and it was already at 15%

Michael: More.. Push yourself more..
------
Spriggan charged around the stadium as it used the rubber on iys Unite' Driver to accelerate

Shu: Now! Counter Break!!

Spriggan fired a brutal strike on Pandora but it had survived the blow and kept on going

Phoebe: You've got to hold on! You have to keep going!!

Phoebe's Elemental Power took the form of a fiery red aura and it glowed around her

Shu: So that's her Elemental Power..

Phoebe: Give it everything! Flame Slash!!

Pandora clashes with Spriggan and deals unbelievable damage to it and knocked it into the air

Phoebe: Yes!!

Bell was surprised, he was surprised at how well Phoebe was doing against Shu but something wasnt right..

Bell: Phoebe..

Valt looked concerned towards Bell, was he seeing something that he couldnt

Michael grinned, Flame Pandora's Elemental Power was starting to peak past 50%, the stadium was causing it to grow at an alarming rate!

Michael: That's more than i expected..

Ashtem: She's going to reach maximum power!

Pandora and Spriggan clashed back and forth with all their might but things werent going to end there

Shu: Now Spriggan!!

Spriggan was picking up more speed as its aura glowed but then..

Shu: Do it Spriggan! Show them your Elemental Power!!

Spriggan's core began to shine and it shined like a star, it had changed colors!

Phoebe: What the-?!

Ashtems eyes widened with shock as he saw Spriggan glowing super brightly

Ashtem: It's color changed..?!

Ashtem realized it, this was Elemental Spark at its full power

Ashtem: Yes Red Eye! Unleash even more of your power!!

Phoebe: We're not done yet! We're going to unleash more Elemental Power than you! Go Pandora!!

Spriggan and Pandora clashed with all their might as a beam of red energy shot from the stadium and soon, the 2 beys rapidly engaged in a back and forth clash

Phoebe: This is it!!

Shu: End this now!!

Pandora and Spriggan kept up their clash and the 2 beys went flying back out of the stadium and the one that hit the ground first was Spriggan.

Phoebe: I.. I won!

Ranzo: Flame Pandora with an Over Finish! Phoebe Vancouver is the winner!

Shu picked up his bey and looked at Phoebe, his look told her he wasnt using his full strength

Phoebe: You.. you weren't using your full strength weren't you?

Shu: I wasn't going to show you all my cards just yet, i was only testing you.

Shu turned and walked away, leaving a very frustrated Phoebe behind him

Phoebe: Shu Kurenai..

Michael looked down at the data and he was overjoyed, Pandora had grown so much in just one battle, it had grown to 60%..

Michael: The Ultimate Bey is just within reach.. soon we'll become unstoppable!
