In a far off place in the country of Japan in the dead of the night, Phoebe Vancouver was approaching a ruins site of where it was believed some ancient power was said to be contained

Phoebe: So far, it appears the rumors were true..

Phoebe was an explorer that liked to explore different landscapes and monuments but among other things, she also heard of a group of beys that could harness the power of the Elements in the ancient fortress below

Phoebe smiled as she descended down the stairs into the ruins and all around her was Elemental Hieroglyphics, these were markings Phoebe had never even seen before.

Phoebe: These markings, ive never seen anything like this before..

Phoebe reached out and touched one of the walls and it immediately opened up, revealing a pedestal and on it was a bey, a bey Phoebe had never seen before.

Phoebe: A bey?

Phoebe looked at the bey in awe, the bey was a circular Purple and Yellow bey with lightning aesthetics littering the Blade, the tag on the pedestal read: Lightning Pandora.

Phoebe: Lightning Pandora huh? I'll glady take you with me as part of my journey!

Pandoras parts was a new disk called Twist, an elliptical disk with 3 holes in it, a new Still Driver and a 2 Armor, it was supposedly the Ultimate Stamina Type.

Phoebe grinned as she held the bey in her hand, an Electric Yellow aura flowing around her as she could feel Pandoras power coursing through her veins.

Evil laughter echoed from The Gates Of Hell and it was none other than the Demon King Himself, Bell Daikokuten. It was 5 in the morning..

Bell: Ranzo!

Ranzo eventually came down the stairs into The Theater Of Hell which was the main battle area and he was met with the sight of Bell standing right in front of a stadium

Ranzo: Amigo, it's too early to be doing this already.

Bell: I hate it! The Demon King commands you to have a battle!!

Ranzo sighed, he had been living with Bell for a long while now since he vowed he wouldn't leave until he beat him.. well he never beat him in a full-stakes battle.

Ranzo: Fine but just one battle!

The bladers had got set up in their positions and the battle was about to begin. Bell was using his Dangerous Belial with its Evolution Gears based off of the Legendary Bladers Beys: Valkyrie, Spriggan, Fafnir and Longinus

Ranzo: Ay Bell, i won't be taking it easy on you now! I hope you know that!!

The Demon King just smiled as his turquoise eyes flashed with a flickering evil flame

Bell: I wouldn't want it any other way!

Neither of them knew that Phoebe was watching them from the doorway.. but Phoebe had her eye on Bell. She was interested in battling him

Phoebe: Dangerous Belial and Cyclone Ragnaruk huh? It's clear who's going to win..
------

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

The beys were off and Cyclone Ragnaruk had taken the center right off the bat as Dangerous Belial raced around the stadium at full speed

Bell: Now go! Show no mercy!!!

Belial raced up the slope of the stadium and it raced in for the attack

Ranzo: Hold the line Ragnaruk! We're not backing down so easily!!

Belial was laying into Ragnaruk with a fierce barrage of attacks but Ragnaruk wasn't budging at all, it was all thanks to its Never Driver

Ranzo: How'd you like that Amigo?!

Bell: So you got a little stronger, what difference does it make? You're about to meet your doom!!

Belial was picking up some serious speed as its Almight Driver was allowing it to build up some incredible speed

Phoebe's eyes narrowed as she smirked a little bit and squeezed Pandora in her hand, things were getting intense

Phoebe: it's getting faster...

The battle was heating up as Belial slams into the wall and used its built in rubber to rebound itself and it was coming in hot

Bell: Now tear them apart! Dangerous Bomber!!

Belial slams into Ragnaruk with brutal force and burst straight through it, ending the battle in style

Ranzo: T-Tch..

Bell: How's that?! Another win for me!!

Ranzo was incredibly frustrated now as he picked up the pieces of his bey, he didn't even get the chance to fight back before Bell gave him the shaft! Bell was just that powerful..

Ranzo: I'll win next time! Just you wait!! Hmph!!

Phoebe continued to watch from the doorway and she grinned, the battle went exactly how she planned and she looked down at her Pandora which was starting to glow.

Phoebe: Alright Pandora... Time to make our move!

The doors suddenly flew open as Bell and Ranzo spun around to see Phoebe standing right in front of them, neither of them had ever seen her before.

Bell: Who goes there?!

Phoebe: I am Phoebe Vancouver, The Mistress Of The Elements! But please, call me Phoebe.

Bell was a little confused, he had never seen this Blader before in his life, she appeared to be a lot older than them both: High School age it seemed

Ranzo: You can't just barge in here like that!

Phoebe: Why not? I came here for the sole purpose of doing battle against Bell.

Bell was surprised but his surprise turned to confidence as he held up his Dangerous Belial

Bell: And I'll gladly accept your challenge! I'll crush you in no time flat!!

Phoebe just smirked as she held up her bey, Lightning Pandora.

Phoebe: I don't think so, Lightning Pandora will see to it that i emerge victorious.

Bell took a look at this new Bey, he had never seen it before but he was sure it would make a fine opponent

The bladers got set up at the stadium and Bell was still grinning confidently

Bell: You sure you don't want to flee in fear? It's not too late to run home and cry ya know!

Phoebe giggled as she placed her bey on her launcher, her black eyes glowing with a yellow flame.

Phoebe: No, i think I'm good.

Bell: Suit yourself, The Demon King always comes out on top!

Phoebe smiled and sighed as her eyes returned to normal at last

Phoebe: How wrong you are darling..

Ranzo: First Battle!!

The bladers took their positions and the battle between Bell and Phoebe began at last

Ranzo: Ready Set!!!

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

The beys landed in the stadium and Lightning Pandora made a beeline for the center as Dangerous Belial charged around the stadium at top speed

Bell: Now go! Dangerous Shoot!!!

Belial comes charging in and fires off a barrage of attacks on Pandora but its weight was keeping it in the center

Bell: Just like that! Keep on attacking!!

Phoebe stayed quiet as she let Bell do all the work for her, she smirked as she watched Belial attack her bey with all it had.

Phoebe: That's not all you got is it?

Bell: Say what?

Phoebe: Coming from someone who calls themselves "The Demon King", i expected a lot better from you.

Ranzo was analyzing the battle as closely as he could and he finally understood!

Ranzo: It's the shape of the blade.. Pandora is so smooth and almost perfectly circular that it just brushes off Belial's attacks!

Bell: We've got this! Let em have it!!

Belial slams into the wall and comes in for the strike, its rubber blades glowing.

Bell: It's over for you!

Belial slams into Pandora and finally managed to do a bit of damage but it wasn't enough.

Bell: Tch! It's so stubborn!!

Belial was starting to pick up some major speed as it climbed the slope of the stadium at full speed

Bell: Now charge! Belial!!

Belial was picking up even more speed as it hits the rim of the stadium

Bell: Now go! Dangerous Flash!!

Phoebe grins wickedly as her aura began to glow

Phoebe: It's time! Lightning Pandora!!

Belial charged in for the attack as its demonic aura shined brightly

Bell: Dangerous Bomber!!!

Belial slams into Pandora with all its might and knocks it high into the air and Bell started to celebrate

Bell: How'd you like that?!

Phoebe simply grinned as Pandora started to fall back down at an alarming rate as bolts of electricity started to emit from the orbs

Phoebe: Lightning Twist!!

Pandora lands directly on top of Belial with all its might and the stadium implodes with a burst of electricity and with a devastating end, Belial was burst soon later as its layer went flying out of the stadium and slams into the wall with a loud bang, followed by the sound of plastic cracking

Bell: N-No way..!!

Ranzo: L-Lightning Pandora with a burst finish, Phoebe Vancouver wins!

Bell was absolutely shocked, he had just got curbstomped with ease.

Phoebe: Guess the Demon King wasn't all i hoped it would be.

Bell spun back around in anger as he stared Phoebe in the eyes.

Bell: Say that again! I demand a rematch!

Phoebe: If i were you, I'd worry more about your bey than your pride.

Bell: What..?

Phoebe grinned sinisterly as she picked up her bey

Phoebe: Did you hear when Belial hit the wall? Didn't sound too good if you ask me.

Bell gasped as he ran over to where his bey had landed and his worst fears were confirmed, Belial had sustained critical permanent damage

Bell: Oh no..

Phoebe: Looks like someone could do with a checkup.

Phoebe just grinned as she turned and walked away and Ranzo ran for his friend who had picked up the pieces of his damaged bey

Ranzo: Amigo!!

Bell: Just you wait Phoebe.. The next time we battle, I'll crush you with a single shot..

---Later---

Valt was training in the Training Center in Japan and he began to think, a lot has happened since the final battle against Bell and Rashad.

Valt: Man those were the days, right Valkyrie?

Valt's Ultimate Valkyrie was an amalgamation of every Valkyrie that came before it, the parts and everything even had callbacks to the previous Evolutions.

It was then someone had entered the training center and Valt turned around to see Shu Kurenai coming towards him

Valt: Shu?

Shu just smiled, Valt was still a little confused. Surely Shu had to have had a reason to come here.

Shu: There's been some interesting stuff going on recently.

Valt: What kind of stuff?

Shu held up an Ipad and it showed off a chart with what looked like a Power Level.

Shu: There was a power surge off in the wilderness, an energy blast from the center of a part of ancient ruins.

Valt: Ancient Ruins?

Shu: Yes, locals confirmed that it's the Citadel Of Elements.. it's a bit surprising for sure.

Valt: I thought that was just a myth. Surely that doesn't actually exist right?

Shu: The myth tells of 4 beys based off of the Elements of the Earth but there is another Bey that is so mysterious, nobody has ever seen or heard of it before.

Valt was getting even more confused

Valt: Why is that important?

Shu: Because one of the locals also confirmed that one of the Beys went missing, the Bey of the Lightning Element.

The bey Shu was referring to was Lightning Pandora, the bey Phoebe took from the Citadel.

Shu: These beys have also been around for over a Thousand years, they're structured in the form of a Dynamite Battle Bey which predates Bell's Dynamite Belial.

Valt was starting to get very interested, he never knew something like this was in Japan this whole time.

---Later---

Bell sat in his Beylab as he stared down at his damaged Dangerous Belial and began to wonder what he could do to evolve his bey even further than before.

Bell: Belial.. what can we do to further increase your strength?

Bell could hear Belial's voice echo in his mind as he continued to think

"You know exactly what to do, you're the Demon King after all."

Bell just sighed, this was getting him nowhere but immediately, an idea flew into his head! Ranzo and Hannah were watching from the doorway.

Ranzo: Oh boy, this is gonna be good..

Hannah: It is Bell after all, what did you expect.

Bell began to work on his new Belial as he began designing his bey on the computer, he was going to make the Ultimate Demon King Beyblade in the world..
