*It was the following day and Bell had to train as hard as he could in order to beat Chiyoh and her Royal Cassiel! Bell stood alone in a training room as he continued to battle Basara more and more*

Basara: Moment Crash!!

Bell: Divine Bomber!!

*The 2 beys clashed with full force and were knocked back from the explosive attacks from both ends*

Bell: Now blow it to cinders! Divine Bomber, again!!

*Belial comes back around and strikes Bahamut while it was down and burst through it like it was nothing*

Basara: Tch..!!

Ranzo: Divine Belial with a Burst Finish! Bell Daikokuten is the winner!!

*Bell crossed his arms and started to laugh loudly*

Bell: How did you like that? Belial is invincible!! I wish i could battle more opponents though than just you guys..

Basara: Still, even though you've managed to beat me and Ranzo numerous times, that's not an accurate representation of how strong Cassiel truly is. You can't battle Valt yet and Shu and his Spriggan are out of commission, so you only have us to battle until then.

Ranzo: He's right amigo, everyone after they lost were carried off the boat. The only reason we're still here is because Valt vouched for us and you at least need a few training partners.

*Bell wasn't listening, he looked down at his bey and frowned, he needed to come up with a good enough plan to beat Cassiel, he already knew the weakness but he needed a plan to execute that weakness for good!*

Bell: I need your help.

Ranzo: Help? Who are you and what have you done with our friend Bell?!

Basara: What do you need help with?

Bell: I have everything regarding Cassiel mapped out but i need a plan, a strategy that's going to help me defeat her for good.

Ranzo: A plan you say?

Basara: Well i think one good idea is to go with A-Gear in attack mode while going with Low Mode like you always do.

Bell: But that's basically the same plan i've been using this whole tournament! You really think that's going to work against Cassiels overwhelming defenses?

Basara: It could work, it might not. Either way, it's your best shot at exploiting Cassiels weakness

*Bell looked down at his Belial and his smile came back, he wasn't sure if that plan was going to work but it was worth a try*

---Meanwhile---

*Chiyoh Rei was all alone in a training room and her mind dwelled on what Bell had told her the night before*

"I look forward to battling you in the finals! battles with you are the most fun in the world!"

Chiyoh: I don't need him.. I don't need Valt and i don't need anyone else. The Queen Of Light rules at the top of the blading world and needs nobody else to distract me!

*Chiyoh looked down at her bey and it started to glow with a bright aura and the light immediately blinded her! When Chiyoh's sight returned, she was in a sparkling purple dreamscape and in front of her was her beys Avatar: Cassiel*

Chiyoh: Wait.. Are you...?

Cassiel: That is correct, i am Cassiel!

*Chiyoh was in absolute disbelief, she had no idea this was what Cassiel looked like and she was shocked that something like this was even possible*

Chiyoh: Cassiel.. What is all this?

Cassiel: This is what is known as a bond.

Chiyoh: A bond?

Cassiel: I've always been here Chiyoh, from the very beginning you laid your hand on me. I've always been here for you and gave you the strength you needed to win.

Chiyoh: You have?

Cassiel: I want to battle Belial again, i want to battle Belial with our full strength! No matter what your style of blading is, i want to have an all out battle with Belial in the Finals!

*The dreamscape disappeared and Chiyoh was absolutely shocked at what just happened, she wasn't sure what it was but she felt more motivated to battle against Bell now, she wasn't happy about it but something in her wanted to face off with him again*

Chiyoh: I don't know what that was but.. why do i feel this way all of a sudden? What is happening to me?

*Chiyoh clenched her hand around her bey tightly, she wasn't sure why she was feeling this way but she had a feeling Bell had something to do with it all*

---Later, little montage moment here---

*Bell and Chiyoh had to train as hard as they could now, the sun was going to set very soon and now! Both of them were training as hard as they possibly could, both of them were determined to win the finals and make it to the end of line, to battle Valt Aoi and become the No.1 Blader! Chiyoh wasn't going to back down now, as the Queen Of Light she could not fail.

Chiyoh: I am the Queen Of Light, everything i've worked for has to come down to this. I can't stop now, i will reign supreme!!

*Bell wasn't going to give in either, he had a history with Valt and had a score to settle with him*

Bell: The Demon King will come out on top! Chiyoh.. Valt.. just you guys wait, i'm going to crush the both of you with the ultimate power of Divine Belial!!

*The 2 bladers spirits were lit ablaze from the anticipation and excitement of the coming battle, neither of them could wait now*

Bell/Chiyoh: Bring it on! I'm not going to lose to you!!

---Later---

*The sun was finally setting and the day of the Beyblade Ultimate World Series Finals was going to be the following day! In the meantime, Bell had to have one last battle with his friends before that time came*

Ranzo: So you want to battle me before tomorrow's big match?

Bell: I do!

Ranzo: Before i do, i want to reveal something to you.

Bell: What is it?

Ranzo: After all of this is done, i'm going to be going back home to Brazil.

Bell: Back home? What are you talking about?!

Ranzo: Not forever of course, but theres just something i have to do.

Bell: And what would that be?

Ranzo: I'm not going to tell you yet dummy! Why would i spoil a surpise like that?!

Bell: Let me guess, you're gonna get a lot stronger and come back to face me once again, is that it? Am i close?

Ranzo: You're getting there, you'll see soon.

Bell: How long will you be gone?

Ranzo: A few months give or take.

Bell: If you're gonna be gone for that long then i expect you to be damn near invincible when you get back!

Ranzo: That's the idea, yeah.

*Ranzo held up his Cyclone Ragnaruk and Bell held up his Divine Belial and their auras began to glow*

Bell: In honor of you leaving, let's make this showdown of Amigos the best yet!

*The bladers took their positions and the final battle between the 2 had finally begun*

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

*The beys were off and Cyclone Ragnaruk raced around the stadium and headed to the center as Divine Belial sped around the stadium and came in for the attack*

Ranzo: Bring it on Amigo! Show us what that power can really do!!!

*Belial clashes with Ragnaruk with all its might but was knocked back, to Bell's surprise, Ragnaruk had gotten a bit stronger*

Bell: Not so fast! Adventure Shoot!!

*Belial recovered and came charging back in for the attack*

Ranzo: We're not done yet! Double Wing Cyclone!!

*Ragnaruks vortex of wind ignited into flames and its stamina loss was now reduced by a lot! Belial slams into Ragnaruk with all its might and manages to knock it off balance but it recovered thanks to the Never Driver*

Ranzo: Now bring it on Belial!!

*Belial continued to circle the stadium at full speed, nothing it could do was going to be enough to break through the wall of wind that Ragnaruk had created*

Bell: This is far from over! Go for it!!

*Belial continued to attack even harder and harder but so far, nothing was working*

Ranzo: How's that Amigo? You're not getting passed us this time!!

Bell: You've gotten a little bit stronger but this is where it all ends so say your final goodbyes while you still can!!

Ranzo: Not gonna happen! Now Ragnaruk!!!

*Ragnaruks's spin wasn't dropping at all but neither was Belials as it circled the outer perimeter of the stadium and its gears started to glow*

Bell: Show no mercy! Go Belial!!!

Belial: Let's win this thing..!!

*Belial started to shine with its bright golden light as it raced around the stadium at full speed and Ragnaruk remained in the center as its vortex of winds remained up*

Ranzo: You won't beat Ragnaruk so easily! Ragnaruk is the king of all stamina type beys in the world, now bring it on Demon King!!

Bell: We'll see about that! Go for it Belial!!

*Belial clashes with Ragnaruk and the 2 beys were engaged in a fierce lock as bursts of energy shot out from the stadium, bolts of orange and purple burst out of the stadium as the beys clashed with all their might*

Ranzo: Come on!!!

Bell: Knock them away! Divine Bomber!!!

*Belial's blade slashed across Ragnaruk and the stadium erupts with one of Belial's signature explosions and from the smoke came Ragnaruk as it burst in midair*

Ranzo: Impossible..

*Bell started to laugh as per usual as Ranzo picked up the pieces of his bey, he stared at Bell and remembered the first battle he ever had with him*

Ranzo: Ever since i met you, you always managed to beat me, no matter how hard i tried.. i can never manage to beat you.

*Ranzo remembered the first time he battled against Bell and he had his Glide Ragnaruk destroyed by him and he was forced to make Cyclone Ragnaruk*

Ranzo: I vowed to never return home until i defeat you but it would appear now that i have to get much much stronger now if i'm ever going to beat you, i'm returning home because i have to get stronger on my own, i realize that now and i hope you do too.

---That Night---

*Bell stared up at the night sky as he listened to the waves crash against the Cruise Ship, he was sure whatever was going to happen tomorrow was going to be fine. He had known Chiyoh for so long that he never thought that she would go this far to get more stronger.*

Bell: Chiyoh.. i understand what's going on with you. I didn't get it before but i do now, you do this so you can be in the spotlight, to outshine everyone.

*Bell remembered when he had destroyed her Savior Perseus in battle at the High Stage, the memories of that moment still had not left his head*

Bell: I will do whatever is necessary to make up for what happened that day but now, the time for victory is now! And i will be the one who comes out on top!

*Bell continued to stare up at the night sky as he watched the full moon loom above the oceans, he didn't notice Chiyoh Rei watching him from afar, her yellow eyes began to glow softly as they were fixated on him and him alone*

Chiyoh: Bell..
