*It was later that day after Chiyoh had defeated Kit Lopez and Valt was now at the wbba HQ to speak to Wakiya about arranging a Challenge match between him and Chiyoh Rei*

Wakiya: You what? You want to hold an Exhibition match with Chiyoh Rei as your opponent?

Valt: That's what i said.

Wakiya: Valt, the Beyblade Ultimate World Series is just few days away and you want to hold an Exhibition battle against possibly one of the strongest bladers the world has ever seen.

Valt: Yes.

*Wakiya looked at the Legend Of Legends a bit confused and he tilted his head, surely Valt would have a good reason as to why he wanted to battle Chiyoh especially now of all times*

Wakiya: Is there a particular reason why you want to battle her?

Valt: She's destroying herself with this Queen Of Light title, don't tell me you've forgotten.

*Wakiya looked Valt in the eyes and it took him a minute but he finally realized what he was on about, Valt was trying to prevent Chiyoh from walking the same path Shu did.*

Wakiya: It's too late Valt. With Shu, he wasn't fully gone just yet but Chiyoh.. she's too far gone at this point. I'm sorry.

Valt: Set up the battle anyway, i won't take giving up as an answer. The old Chiyoh is in there somewhere and i'll be one to bring back to the light!

*Wakiya looked at Valt even more and sighed, he knew there was no changing the Legend Of Legends mind.*

Wakiya: If you insist, but just know i can't be held responsible for anything that might go wrong, i'll arrange the battle for you but only if you promise you'll win.

Valt: I will, trust me.

*Valt turned and started to walk away, Wakiya stared after him with a smile. Wakiya had known Valt all these years and he hadn't changed a bit, Wakiya still remembered his first battle with him like it was yesterday. Valt always saw the good in others regardless and that was something Wakiya eventually came to understand even by being on the same team as him*

Wakiya: Don't ever change Valt, i know you can win this battle..

---Later---

*Bell was in the Gates Of Hell training with Ranzo when he heard the news of Valt battling against Chiyoh once again*

Bell: So Valt's going after Chiyoh once again..

Ranzo: He lost against her last time didn't he? I wonder what he's got up his sleeve this time.

Bell: Either way, this battle could provide clarity on Cassiels weakness, which is something i think everyone wants to know.

Ranzo: Well me and you couldn't beat her but maybe Valt can, maybe he'll be the one to unveil Cassiel's weakness.

*Bell looked down for a moment and he looked at his Belial which glowed softly, he began to think about Chiyoh again and wonder what he could've done to make things right*

Ranzo: Is something wrong, Amigo?

Bell: It's nothing.. Whatever it was left my mind..

*Bell started to leave the Gates Of Hell and Ranzo stared after him, he wondered what was going on. A lot of weird things had been going on with everyone since Chiyoh had received her new bey*

Ranzo: I wonder what's going on with Bell.. in fact, everyone's been acting strange since Chiyoh made her debut with Royal Cassiel..

*Ranzo also looked down at his Cyclone Ragnaruk and it began to glow with an orange and gold aura, Ranzo smiled as he knew that he couldn't fall behind at this point, he had to get as strong as he could if he was going to make it far in the coming tournament.*

---Meanwhile---

*Chiyoh stood alone in a training room in the Sparking Arena and she stared down at her bey as it started to glow with a bright purple and blue aura*

Chiyoh: Cassiel, we're really being challenged by Valt Aoi again.. it's not going to make a difference, we're still going to win as we did before..

*Chiyoh stepped up to a stadium and looked down into the arena as her aura began to glow, her thoughts began to wander from Valt to Bell*

Chiyoh: Even though i defeated Bell, it still feels like he's in my way to getting even stronger, what's keeping him going?

*Chiyoh couldn't wrap her mind around it, Bell was defeated so therefore his spirit should've been crushed right then and there, so what was it?*

Chiyoh: I just don't get it at all, what's keeping Bell afloat? What about a loss is so great that he thinks that he can still get stronger.

*Chiyoh started to train and she watched as her Royal Cassiel took the center of the arena and it began to glow with a bright purple aura and Chiyoh felt as prideful as ever, she was confident that she was going to beat Valt once and for all..*

---Later---

*It was finally time for the battle between Chiyoh and Valt to start and the crowds were going nuts as the bladers arrived to the arena! Some people were cheering for Valt and others were cheering for Chiyoh, without delay, the bladers walked up to the stadium*

Chiyoh: So you decided to come at me again, why?

Valt: Because i wanted to battle you again, that's why. Battling with you is an incredible rush and this time, it'll be me who wins this battle.

*Chiyoh just stared at Valt who was smiling, Chiyoh's yellow eyes began to glow with a fiery purple flame as she stared down at her Royal Cassiel*

*Bell was in the crowd, watching the battle as he wondered who was going to win this time. He was honestly just rooting for Valt at this point*

Bell: Valt, let's see what you can do this time..

Chiyoh: You're a fool if you think you can beat the Bey Of The Queen Of Light! Ultimate Valkyrie will meet its fate right here and now!

*Valt looked at Chiyoh and down at his Ultimate Valkyrie, he knew this battle was an all or nothing match in order to bring Chiyoh to her senses*

Valt: Valkyrie.. let's do this thing.

Referee: Alright, 1st Battle!!!

*The bladers took their positions and the battle started*

Referee: Ready Set!!!

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

*The beys were off and Royal Cassiel had taken the center right off the bat as its shields were extended and its ultimate defense was raised! Ultimate Valkyrie raced around the stadium at full speed as its Variable' Driver gave it some much needed speed*

Valt: Now go! Valkyrie!!

*Valkyrie comes racing in and clashes with Cassiel with all its might but was knocked back due to a collision with one of the spikes*

Chiyoh: That's not going to work against us!

*Valkyrie was able to survive the attack and it kept on going but it had taken a lot of damage from the counter*

Valt: There's got to be a way around that attack and defense somehow..

*A purple flame began to appear around Cassiel as its speed wasn't dropping and Valkyrie was still moving around the stadium, trying to find an opening in Cassiels defenses*

Chiyoh: What are you waiting for? Come at me!!

Valt: Rush Shoot!!

*Valkyrie came charging back in and started to fire off a barrage of attacks on Cassiel and Cassiel was being knocked around like a ping pong but Cassiel was still holding strong*

Chiyoh: It's no use!!

*Valkyrie was knocked back once again but it wasn't giving up so easily as it caught itself and raced around the stadium at full speed*

Chiyoh: W-What?!

Valt: Now! Ultimate Flash: V!!

*Valkyrie speeds around the stadium at full speed and slams into Cassiel but both beys were sent flying out of the stadium but Cassiel had hit the ground first*

Valt: Whew..

Chiyoh: Tch..!!

Referee: Ultimate Valkyrie with an Over Finish! Valt Aoi earns 1 point!!

*The crowds erupted with cheers as Chiyoh was starting to get very angry, she picked up her bey and she looked back at Valt furiously*

Chiyoh: Why you...!

*Bell watched the battle and he was surprised at the outcome of the first battle, he had a feeling Valt would've been able to end the battle right there*

Bell: Come on Valt, you can do better than that!

*Valt picked up his bey and looked back at Chiyoh with a slight smile, Chiyoh was still unsure why Valt was smiling*

Chiyoh: What are you smiling for? You're always smiling!

Valt: I'm smiling because this is fun, aren't you having fun?

Chiyoh: I'll be having "fun" when i crush you! Valkyrie is about to meet its demise and yet you think this is fun! I'll show you fun..

*Valts smile disappeared as he watched Chiyoh's aura of darkness overtake her completely, but he still had hope that the real Chiyoh was in there somewhere.*

Valt: Valkyrie.. let's do this thing, we've got this!

Referee: 2nd Battle!!

*The bladers took their positions once again and the battle started*

Referee: Ready Set!!!

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

*The beys were off and Royal Cassiel had taken the center once again but this time, Ultimate Valkyrie was immediately going on the attack*

Valt: Let's do this thing! Valkyrie!!

*Valkyrie slams into Cassiel with full strength and begins to knock it around like a ping pong*

Chiyoh: It's not going to work so easily! Royal Shield!!

*Cassiels defenses were able to repel Valkyries attack but it wasn't backing down as it climbed the slope of the stadium and came charging in for the next attack*

Chiyoh: Wait.. those movements.. he's really holding nothing back this time..

Valt: Push through Valkyrie, give it all you got!!

*Valkyrie clashes with Cassiel with all its might and knocked it back with a fierce attack and it went flying on the other side of the stadium*

Chiyoh: It won't matter what you do, it won't work against us!

*Cassiel returned to the center and Valkyrie continued its onslaught of attacks and Cassiel was actually starting to take some damage*

Valt: Rush Shoot! Give it all you got!!

*Valkyries rapid assault was getting to be too much for Cassiel and for once, it was actually beginning to lose stamina and began to wobble*

Chiyoh: Tch..!!

*Bell was amazed at the damage Valt was doing, if this keeped up, Valt might be able to win this battle*

Bell: That's it Valt! Keep attacking, Cassiel can't hold on forever!!

Chiyoh: You're only delaying the inevitable! Cassiel reigns supreme!!

*Cassiel finally counterattacks and Valkyrie was knocked back once again and Cassiel took the center, it had regained its stability but it had lost a bit of stamina during the onslaught*

Chiyoh: Tch...

Valt: It's time! Go Valkyrie!!!

*Valkyrie was picking up even more speed as it hit the rim of the stadium and began to accelerate like a rocket, Chiyoh was horrified at the power being displayed by Valkyrie and her aura of darkness burst forth*

Chiyoh: Cassiel! It's time!!

*Cassiel tilted on one side and it was beginning to lose stamina fast and Valkyries speed was just too much*

Chiyoh: Tch..!!

*Valkyrie slammed into the wall with a massive impact and it races down the center of the stadium and was heading straight for Cassiel*

Valt: End this with Ultimate Jet: V!!!

*Chiyoh's vision slowed as she watched the approaching Valkyrie come straight for Cassiel which was only seconds away from losing stamina! Her eyes flew open widely as she screamed out and her aura burst forth*

Chiyoh: I AM THE QUEEN OF LIGHT!! SHATTER THEM WITH ROYAL SWORD!!!

*Cassiels broadsword spike makes contact with one of the rubber swords on Ultimate Valkyrie and the stadium exploded with a powerful explosion and the explosion was so powerful that screams could be heard from the crowd and everyone had to shield their face from the intensity*

Chiyoh: Burst! NOW!!!

*Cassiels sword slashed across Valkyrie and to the shock of everyone in the arena and even Valt, Ultimate Valkyrie was burst*

Valt: W-What the..?!

*Everyone in the crowd including Bell and even Rashad who was watching, stared down at the stadium with horror and soft murmurs could even be heard from the bystanders! Ultimate Valkyrie, the bey that was considered to be the Ultimate Attack Type Bey, had been burst! Even the referee was at a loss for words*

Referee: R-Royal Cassiel with a Burst Finish! With a final score of 2-1, Chiyoh Rei is the winner!!

Bell: I don't believe it.. Ultimate Valkyrie lost.. to a burst?!

Rashad: Is this really happening? Chiyoh, where did you get that kind of power from?!

*Valt reached down and picked up the pieces of his bey and he stared at Chiyoh who was now smiling like a psychopath, her aura of darkness swirled around her*

Chiyoh: How do you like us now Valt? I finally did it, i finally defeated you and in the way i had hoped!

Valt: You wanted to defeat me publicly? In front of everyone?!

Chiyoh: Well that too.. but i originally planned to win the Beyblade Ultimate World Series and crush you then but i guess now is a better time than ever, i finally surpassed you and i did it in the best way possible, now you no longer serve any purpose to me anymore, battling against you is now pointless.

*Valt stared at her with horror, he failed to bring Chiyoh to her senses and now, it was even worse than before. Devastated, Valt fell on one knee and he was deeply frustrated. Chills went down his back as he heard Chiyoh start to laugh like an absolute maniac*

Valt: T-Tch..!!

*Bell looked down towards the stadium and was still in absolute shock, he was more surprised at Chiyoh's ever-changing personality than Valts loss*

Bell: Valt.. Chiyoh...

2 days left before the Beyblade Ultimate World Series, knowing neither of them can get stronger sitting around and doing nothing, Bell and Rashad forge a last ditch effort to get stronger in response to Valt's devastating loss against Chiyoh and have one last battle against each other before the tournament begins.
