Srusti's POV

Manyata ma'am kept telling me about her work and I tried to learn everything. Though I was not comfortable working with her while she was working with my husband. But I didn't want to quit either.

I saw a few high profile customers who had come to get wedding dresses. They insisted that they wanted to meet Mohit paul, the designer.  He came and greeted them. He kissed the back of the hand of the would-be bride and called her beautiful. 

Oh, so he called every girl beautiful???

One of the girls was trying to get very close to him and he looked annoyed. I really wanted to slap her for flirting with him.

He saw me looking at them and I  averted my eyes immediately and left and busied myself with kids.

After some time, Manyata called me to Mohit's cabin and when I went there, she invited me to have lunch which I denied but she finally convinced me.

Harry came and asked about the food sent by Di. But he said he didn't want it. Ma'am asked him to bring the food.

I excused myself and went out to give my food to Harry. I came back within 5 minutes and saw that he was annoyed as hell. He did not eat much.

Why?? Her most favourite girl in the universe had cooked his favourite dishes for him.

Anyways... I ate a bit and came out to see the kids.

I found new friends in Sonia and Harry. They both were very good.

Three of us were talking and enjoying it since there was not much work to do we arranged the nursery in the most beautiful way we could.

I helped Harry in arranging all the outfits back which were taken out to show to that family.

Then I again went to see if the kids were awake or not. They were fully awake and wanted to play.  I was enjoying playing with them. 

They made me forget everything and their sweet actions made me smile a lot.

It was evening and was time to go home. Maya di sent me a text saying that I must send the address of my office and either she or jiju would come to pick me up.

But I told her that I would manage.

I saw Sahil Ji coming into the office.

He saw me and smiled. " Hi, sweetie!!  So, how was your first day here?? "

" Well, nothing like I could ever imagine. "

" Means?? Good or bad?? "

" Don't know... "

" Oh, God !!! Girls!! Can never talk in simple words. Always twisting and playing with words. Anyways... Where are my girls??"

" In the nursery... Come, I will take you there. "

" Nursery ??? Wow!!! Tailor is great!! He arranged a room as a nursery so soon? Amazing. " we went there but maam was not there.

But the moment Suhana saw her dad she started making excited voices calling him to pick her up.

His face lit up to see her and he picked her up and hugged and kissed her. She returned the favour with a giggle and an open-mouthed wet kiss on his cheek.

Sahil Ji started laughing. By the time Sanya also saw him and she started crying to gain his attention.

He bent to pick her as well but Sanya wanted his attention only on her so she started crying.

I tried to take one of them but they both wanted the attention of their dad. So he was carrying both of them.

He kissed Sanya and she became happy as well.

" Oh God, they are adorable. "

" Yeah !! I was missing three of them. Where is my queen?? "

" Must be in Mo... I mean Mr Paul's cabin. "

" Of course... Where else she would be?? I am so jealous of that tailor..."  He said with a broad smile.

Mohit's POV

Manu and I were planning about the next photoshoot as my new collection was ready. Just then we saw Sahil and Srusti were in the nursery. They both seemed very comfortable with each other. 

What is going on ??

We went there to meet him.

" Hey, Sahil !!! What are you doing here?? " Manu said entering the nursery followed by me. 

" What kind of a question is that?? I missed you, darling. " He said and came to hug her but had both his hands full with girls.  He looked at me and I tried to take at least one of the child but they clung to him. He threw his head back and laughed.

" These two are crazy about you. " Manu said.

" And you?? Are you not??  You are even crazier than your daughters. "  He said winking at her and she blushed. I burst out laughing.

" Shut up Sahil !! "

" Why?? Am I lying?? '

" Please shut your mouth," she said.

" Please do the honour.  See our daughters kissed me but you are cribbing. Come give a kiss to your husband shutting his mouth in the process automatically. "  He retorted.

Hot !! What a comeback !!

" Sahil !!! What is wrong with you?? Stop it. Please... Everyone is here. "

" Oh!! Ok... Mohit and Srusti, please close your eyes. No cheating ok! Come on Manu, now they are not looking.  "

" Enough, Sahil !!! "

" Ok, let's go home. I missed you a lot. " He went near her and kissed her.  I looked at Srusti. She looked a bit uncomfortable.

But why??

Does she like him?? Or is she thinking about the kiss we shared?

"  Desperate much ?? Get a room... "  I said.

" Yeah !!! I don't mind... " Sahil said with a wink.

" But I do !! You both are shameless. " Manu said.

" I have every right to be shameless with you, darling.  " He said to her and Srusti's cheeks started getting red. 

" Excuse me!! " She said and started going away.

" Get your stuff Srusti, we will drop you home."  Sahil Ji said.

" Oh, no! I will manage. "

" Why would you manage, when we can drop you?? You did not bring your car today, how would you go??  "  He said to her with an eyebrow raised.

What was his problem??  Why was he after her like that? 

" Please do not bother. I would take a cab. "

" I would not let you go alone in a cab."

" Why?? It is safe," she said.

" No !! "

" I will drop her. " I said as I could not take it anymore.

" Oh, no !! We will drop her. You don't need to worry. It is my responsibility. " He said.

" What?? How?? " I was getting annoyed now.

" What do you mean by, how?" He asked.

" I am not a child... I can manage on my own. Sahil Ji, please I can manage on my own."

" You are coming with me. " I said.

" No !! "

" What is your problem?? Why can't you come with me?? Enough is enough. "

" You don't have to drive your cook from here to there. You are my boss. So behave like one. " She said in an annoyed voice.

She was talking so sweetly with Sahil. Why is she so irritated with me only??

" Cook?? Does she cook for you??? "  He asked with an eyebrow raised.

" Hmmm... Now go home with your girls. I would drop her"

" Srusti is that ok with you?? Anyways you were going to his place to cook for him. Right? " He asked her.

" Yeah !! " I said before she could say anything.

Manu was looking at me as if she was trying to understand my behaviour.  She raised her eyebrows at me but I shook my head.

Srusti and manu went away leaving the kids in the pram to get their stuff and Sahil asked, " Why are you so keen on driving your cook ??? What is cooking?? "

" Nothing!!  Why are you so keen?? Why don't you go home with your girls?? "

" I would go, I am dying to have my wife in my arms but why am I feeling that someone is getting possessed by the green-eyed monster? "

" Nothing like that... Why did you say that she is your responsibility?? "

"  Well, I said so because I really love Srusti. " Sahil said with a cool smile.
