Mohit's POV

" No, call him and tell him, you want to get married to her. "

" Mr Mohit, what are you saying?? "  The man said.

" Sahil, what happened to him? Do something... call Vikram bhai sa or even better call Gautam bhai. I think we need to get his head scanned. "  Manu said holding Sahil's arm.

" I am fine, cut the drama, Manu. Viraj is just playing a game to annoy me. Srusti had already made him understand.  He has already forgiven me but he wanted to teach me a lesson. So sent his cousin. "

" What?? What an actor he is?? " Sahil said.

" Hmmm...  he made me so tensed that I could not even eat and sleep. Now it is a payback time.

Sujoy called him and it seemed that Viraj was scared as hell.

" He told me to wait, he is coming. He told me to stay away from her or he would kill me. "

" Great !! " I said and smiled.

" What a brother-in-law. " Sahil laughed and shook his head.

" It is time for him to learn not to mess with your wife's brother. I want to punch him too. After all, I am his wife's brother. "

" Don't even think about it. He loves you a lot. " Srusti said.

" You are taking your brother's side, angel. "

" Of course... Enough of it now. He is already very tense. Stop it right now, please. Or, I will go and stay with them for another month. "

" What???? You are going to kill me. "

" Think before you punch him. "  She said. She was serious.

" Ok!! Fine. As it is, my lovely sister is going to punish him for this. I know Maya, she loves me. I think he is going to sleep in the guest room, now that Srusti would come back with me. Poor man !!  But Viraj is a gem of a person, I love him too. " I said and she smiled.

" Ok, now let's go from here," Sahil said and I nodded. Sahil and I  went upstairs to my apartment.

My phone was ringing. Maya was calling me... But I was not going to pick up the call.

Srusti's POV

Only five minutes must have passed since Mohit went away when jiju and di came in. They looked very tense.

" Srusti, where is Mohit?? " Di asked.

" I don't know di... we argued. He didn't want me to go on the date. He shouted and smashed things, was very hurt and just before he left, he said that he can't bind me forever and since I don't love him, he would leave me alone. "

" Why didn't you stop him?? "

" I tried di, but he was very angry and hurt. He said no one needs him. He had a faith that even if no one understands him in the family, at least Jiju would understand but even he hated him. "

" Oh, God!! What have I done?? Why didn't you tell him that I don't hate him, I was just angry. " Jiju said.

" I tried jiju, but he was too hurt and said that he could think that Maya di would react like that but not you. He didn't expect this from you. "

" Oh, I am so sorry... Where is he?? "

" I don't know... " I said

" Viraj, sorry to interrupt, but can we go for the date now? " Sujoy said adding salt to the wounds.

" No !! Can't you see, she is married?" Jiju said.

" No problem with that, he said he would not bind her. By when will the papers be ready?? "  Sujoy said.

" Never!! "

" Why?? I liked her too much. It is high time, I must get settled now. "

" Listen Sujoy, I am so sorry, I involved you in this, but it was just a plan to teach a lesson to my brother-in-law. They both are madly in love with each other. I just wanted to make him insecure.  Please leave."

" But now that he is gone... "

" Enough !! Go before, I beat you." Jiju said. Di was trying to call him for so long.

" Ok, bye Srusti, But if you take a divorce, think of me. " Sujoy said and Jiju threw something at him. He ducked.

" Ok, going... But just in case. "

" Get lost !! " Jiju shouted at him. He finally left.

Jiju tried to call Mohit but he didn't pick up the call.

" Oh, my God!! I didn't want things to turn like this, what have I done? I am sorry, Mohit !! " He said, a tear slid out of his eyes and he buried his face in his palms. Di patted him on his back.  He was really feeling very bad so, I could not take it and messaged him to come right away explaining everything.

He came within 2 minutes and came and sat down near his feet and touched his knees. Jiju removed his hands and saw him. His eyes were glassy.

" Mohit!! Thank God, you are here. I am sorry, Mohit. I don't hate you at all. You are my family. I love you and accept you wholeheartedly. I was just a bit angry that you didn't trust me enough to share it with me. I thought I was just like your elder brother. It hurt me a lot to know that you didn't think of me that way. "

" No, Viraj !!! I am sorry. You are more close to me than Maya is. You are like an elder brother by all means. I love you, bro...  I should have told everything to both of you and Srusti in the beginning only. "

" Yeah, but let it be, as it is, your lovely wife played lawyer for you and rested your case in detail. She was the one who really fought your case in a  very convincing way. She loves you like anything. If you ever hurt her, I will beat you. "

" I won't even dream of doing it. " he hugged Jiju and Di.

" Thank God !! Everything is fine. "  Jiju said.

"  You are still sleeping in the guest room," Di said rolling her eyes.

" Why?? Everything is fine... "

" What about that Sujoy?? He is in love with Srusti now. He is waiting for their divorce. Actually you shift your Stuff to the guest room. " Maya di said and Mohit burst out laughing and we also could not control any more.

" Oh come on darling, all is well if the end is well. " Viraj jiju said.

" No! "

" Please beautiful, you know, I can't stay away from you. I was just trying to make him understand that he really wanted her by making him insecure.  "  Jiju said with a cute pout.

" Let it be, Maya. Sujoy is not interested in her. It was all my idea to turn the tables. I was so upset and was throwing things away that Srusti told me accidentally that everyone loves me including Viraj. Then I coaxed the rest out of her. "

" But why did Sujoy agree with you. "

" That is because he is a very good friend of Sahil. " He told jiju and jiju took a deep breath and released it. He looked at Mohit, Sahil bhai and me and then burst out laughing.

" Oh, God !!! You are too much. " Viraj jiju said.

" I know ... Please forgive me. "

" I already did, please tell your sister to let me be with her. Or I might die. "

"  Maya, please.... "

" Ok, you can sleep in our room ... On the couch. " She said faking anger and smiled when we burst out laughing.

Sahil Ji and Manu left soon after it.
Di and Jiju hugged us once more and Mohit and Jiju discussed the case that we had filed against Robin.

Di hugged me and asked if I was happy and I nodded and blushed.

She whispered a few things in my ear and I turned into a beetroot all of a sudden.

" Oh, God !! My brother might have a heart attack if you keep blushing like this or you may get one if you know how desperate he might be to have you to himself.  I think we must not expect to see you for at least a month... I hope you fulfil Myra's wish very soon. "

" What wish, di?"

" To feed ice cream to your child. " She winked at me. 

" Di !!! " I said and hid my face. "

Once di and Jiju also left, he picked me up in bridal style and took me to our apartment.
