Meeting Ash
It was later passed noon when the sound of chattering echoed through the walls and in the corridor's of Shorter's main base that his gang resided in. From the outside it looked like just a run down apartment complex with boarded up windows and graffiti on the walls but on the inside was where a lot of important business discussions went down.
Shorter's Chinese Mafia essentially took over the building by occupying it with street kids who helped do his bidding and there were also chicks that the guys would pull in from the streets or bars that they snuck into using fake ID's. Although they liked to party until the late hours of the night, last night being no exception, Shorter tried his best to not bring so much attention to the place. Given the location, where most people were loud mouths and fighting in the streets over an accidental passing shoulder bump, Shorter thought he was doing a pretty good job at keeping things on the down low.
Shorter yawned, reaching for his phone to see he had 2 missed texts.
Lux: Hey, just wanted to ask if you'd be able to pick me up from school? Maybe grab some food after if you're hungry :)
Shorter smiled down at the message. He found it so cute how now Lux was becoming the one to send him morning texts without blatantly saying good morning. She'd disguise it as just asking for a ride or "accidentally" sending a picture of step by step math problems and claiming she meant to send it to Sing. Obviously he agreed to giving her a lift and like he always did, sending the text with a wink.
He scrolled down and saw there was also a missed text from Ash that he sent at 7:30am.
Ash: Don't forget we have to meet up at noon.
Shorter groaned and responded with a thumbs up emoji. Before he was able to get up, Ash had responded again.
Ash: I've been waiting for 30 minutes!
His eyes darted to the top right corner of the screen where the clock read 12:30pm. "Shit!"

Shorter met with his best friend Ash outside of a coffee shop to discuss business involving their gangs. It was the typical run down of territory borders and who's closing in. Drug deals amongst other illegal activities etc.
"What about the cargo?" Ash asked, "We were supposed to have it two days ago."
"It's on its way." Shorter informed. "Should be arriving by tomorrow night. I already have a group that's gonna be handling it."
"Alright cuz it's in high demand. I can't lose out on all this money and ground. Last thing I need is for that bastard Arthur to be closing in on my buyers."
Shorter shook his head, "What is it with white guys and cocaine? You know that stuff can kill you?"
"Says the one who deals heroin."
Shorter waved him off, "Whatever."
"Anyways, what's been going on with you? I had to keep going through your guys to make contact." Ash asked. The two teens would often check in on each other even if it didn't have anything to do with gang related issues. Ash worried when he hadn't heard from his best friend after weeks on end. He'd try not to assume the worst. Luckily, Shorter's crew were cool with Ash and let him know that their boss was okay and just laying low.
"You know. Same old shit. Recruiting more guys takes up way more time than I'd like it to."
"Ah, how's that Sing kid doing? See he's following in big brothers foot steps."
"He's a good kid. Loyal. I kept him close for a while but recently I tossed him over to be Lao's responsibility." He explained. Sing wasn't happy with the arrangement at all. He wanted to learn stuff straight from the boss and not by shadowing his older brother.
"Doing better than my crew. After the shit with Arthur and our gang choosing who's side they stand with it's been chaos."
A few months back there was a power struggle within Ash's gang. One of the guys, Fredrick Arthur, rose up and challenged Ash, thinking he could be a better leader. Unfortunately it resulted in the two boys clashing and Arthur nearly loosing his fingers and now sporting a nasty scar across his knuckles.
"I've heard. Is it true he's become Golzine's lap dog?"
Ash nodded, "A lot of bloods been spilt because of all this."
"If anything goes down you know I've got your back."
Ash smiled. His face was so angelic that sometimes Shorter couldn't believe he was real. "Appreciate it but I don't want to drag you into this mess considering the other stuff you've got going on." He smirked. Shorter tilted his head in confusion. "That girl you've told me about."
"Oh yeah!" Shorter laughed and scratched the back of his head, "We're supposed to meet up later."
Shorter wasn't one who got attached to girls. He'd sleep around a lot with the ones that were brought to his base or girls that flirted with him when he was out, usually just banging them in his car and dropping them off somewhere. But this time was different. The way Shorter talked about Lux wasn't like how he spoke of the others. Ash thought it was kind of nice to see his friend happy like this. But he made sure to warn him to be careful and to not drag her into this shit show life of a street kid.
"It's a good thing you've been laying low recently."
Shorter took a sip of his coffee, "Yeah. Why's that?"
"Heard from one of my guys recently that a certain Sheriff is coming back to town real soon."
Shorter almost choked on his drink. "I thought that bastard retired."
"Apparently he was on leave." Ash explained, "You guys really did a number on him. Can't imagine he's coming back and going to be all forgiving."
"That's just great."
Ash leaned in and whispered, "You promise you haven't told that girl anything about what you do, right?"
"I swear." Shorter crossed his heart. "Last thing I want is her knowing about this."
"Sure she's not onto you either?" He asked.
"There's no way." Shorter denied with confidence.
Ash sat back and rubbed his chin in a thinking manner, "What do you say I join you when you guys meet up later?"
Shorter chuckled, "You're just looking to investigate."
"Can never be too sure." he shrugged.
"Fine. I've been wanting you two to meet anyways."

Lux was stunned. Was this boy real? He looked like a model. No. An Angel. He was so... so... "Pretty."
Ash put on a boyish smile and chuckled, "Aww thank you. I get that a lot." He nudged Shorter, "Your girlfriends so sweet."
Lux jumped and tried hiding her blush behind shaking hands, "What? No! I'm not his-"
"Don't mind him." Shorter threw his arm around his best friends shoulders, "He teases a lot." The boys took this opportunity to mess with the naive girl. Ash was also using this scenario to look into her. Tagging along for an after school bite at a pizzeria was the perfect opportunity to scope Lux out. Every motion of her face, every word could reveal a secret. So far she seemed clean. Except for the fact that she kept denying having a crush on Shorter. That was as clear as day. On the bright side, Lux was completely oblivious.
"You seem really smart." Ash pointed out, "Any reason you're associated with this, Moose?"
Lux laughed, "Actually he associated himself with me. There's a difference. I'm sure it's so my brains can rub off on him."
"Quick witted. Love that." Ash stirred his drink around with his straw. "I like you." He winked. Lux blushed like crazy once more making the boys laugh. She was definitely the most innocent girl they've ever met. Ash couldn't recall the last time someone blushed at him. Everyone was so straight forward and jumping at the opportunity to get a home run with him so to speak.
One thing about Lux was that she knew how to adapt to her environment. Making semi mean comments wasn't her thing considering how much of a caring and polite person she was, but right now it seemed more than okay to get a few harmless jokes off.
The three of them joked until it was almost time for the pizzeria to close, not even realizing that they had been talking for hours. It was safe to say that Ash approved of Lux which was a weight off of Shorter's chest. "Guess we'll drop you off at home now." Shorter stretched as he got out of the booth. Lux knew it was time to get back home but couldn't help the pout that highlighted her sadness which Shorter took notice of and couldn't help but tease. "Awww what's wrong? Gonna miss me?"
Lux tried to no sell the situation and rolled her eyes as if she were annoyed. Shorter opened up the door to Ash's car and sat in the back seat with Lux. Once they got to her house they all said their goodbye's and the boys were on their way. "You should drop by the base." Shorter invited.
"Having another all nighter?" Ash asked.
"Hell yeah!"
The blonde shrugged, "Not really in the party mood tonight, Shorter."
"Oh c'mon!" He whined, "You haven't had fun in forever. Just let loose, have a few drinks. We're gonna have some hot ass girls there too. And dudes if that's what you're into. It'll be great!" He nudged Ash, "Please!" He begged trying to get Ash to give in until finally agreeing. "Yes!"

-Shorter's base-
Music blared through the halls of the apartment complex where the street kids were getting drunk and high together and taking equally troubled girls up to their rooms. These activities were some that Ash had out grown rather quickly. He couldn't say the same for Shorter though who was infamous for being the life of the party. Him and the boys would start gambling, make insane bets, throw themselves down the stairs and through tables just for a laugh if they were fucked up enough. And when it was time to settle down, Shorter would bring a girl or two up to his room for late night fun until he finally knocked out. Tonight was no different.
"That's it baby." Shorter moaned, placing his hand on the back of a brunette's head. She swallowed his cock with ease, moaning as the tip of him kept hitting the back of her throat. Shorter looked down and watched himself disappear into those plump lips around his dick. "You look so fucking good when you do that." He tugged the girl off and yanked her on top of him where her legs straddled his hips.
"Tell me what you want." She cooed, walking her thin fingers up his chest.
"Shut up and fuck me." He demanded, receiving a coy smirk from his regular girl that he brought up to his room on these late nights.
She did as she was told, lining herself up with his erect cock. She sunk down onto him, loving every inch that filled up her soaked hole. A moan escaped from them both when Shorter grasped her wide hips, making the girl bounce on his dick.
"Thought you wanted me to take control." She breathlessly joked.
"Can't help it when you look that good." Shorter pulled her closer into his chest, reaching around to smack her ass and push it down deeper onto him. "Fuckin love watching you on me."
Loud moans filled the room when the girl took her control back and began riding his cock. "Say I'm your favorite, baby." She whimpered, "Let me hear it." She encouraged.
Shorter sat up, suckling her breasts and nibbling at her pierced nipples. "You're my favorite, baby." He moaned into her chest.
Buzz Buzz
Shorter reached behind him to grab his phone that he was previously using to record when he was getting head. "Who is it?" His girl asked, not really caring.
"It's nobody." Shorter tossed his phone to the side after ignoring the call. He laid his girl on her back and began to slowly thrust his hips into her, kissing down her neck to hear her ever so sweet whimpers.
His phone vibrated again but they paid it no mind. The screen read:
Two missed calls: Lux
