Mentally, their brains were drained, it was working full time with no pay.

Stressed, a mess and 100% in bed. 

Just give your brain a rest, it won't function properly otherwise, but some brains, even with rest don't seem to function that well, or so we think.

The truth is, we almost always rush into things, maybe patience doesn't run in our blood?

But in all honesty, it's just us. 

"Why can't things be more simple?" Some people ask.

Well, because people just keep getting more & more complex to understand.

We pretend,

we lie,

we gossip,

we betray,

and we say things we don't mean.

We have became so complex, that even our own kind, finds it hard to understand each other sometimes.

If we cried when we felt like it,

if we said what we feel needs to be said,

if we don't lie and if we don't pretend.

Maybe. Just maybe.

It would make us more easier to understand.

Hey, maybe someone might even recognize if you are really okay when you say it.

After all, we aren't all actors & actresses to be pretending all the time.
