"So if you guys differentiate 2x it will become 2." Gildarts said while writing the equation at the board. "Understand everyone?"

Juvia and the others still having their Math lesson before the break time comes.

Some of student didnt pay attention to the lesson. Someone was snoring so loud in the class. Guess who? Yes, you're correct. Its Natsu.

Gildarts then sighed while looking around his class. "Now the real question try to differentiate this one... Hmm.. Natsu! Answer this question."

Natsu then woke up and wiped his drools.

"What? Is it break time already? Finally I'm out of this boring class! YEHEE!" Natsu stood up happily on his table, dancing while everybody laughed for what he did.

Gildarts then slammed his hand on his table, catching everyone's attention. Natsu then got down from his table.

"If Natsu didnt answer this correctly, you all will get tonnes of assignment as punisment." Everyone's laughter turned into complaints and groans.

"Lazying around again Flamebrain? Thank a lot for the trouble." Gray being sarcastic.

"I will surely kill you if you answer it wrong." Gajeel said in his deep voice.

"I'm a type of guy who only wants to spend his precious time with tonnes of fangirl, not tonnes of assignment." Loke said while touching his glasses.

"Its the most simple question in the world Natsu." Levy said while working out the equation in her book. "You can solve it within 5 seconds."

5 seconds? Thats for you Levy-san.. Juvia just hope Natsu-san answer it correctly! Most of us really hated Math! Juvia doesnt want any assignments!

"I'm all fired up! Whats the question?" Natsu asked while cracking his fingers. Gildarts then pointing his index finger at the board.

"Oh that question. Piece of cake. Okay lets see.. Differentiate (x^2 + 3x)..." Natsu focused his eyes deeply on the board.

.....

.....

"What the hell? Is that a question or what? Is that even exist?" Natsu broke the silent for a moment and shouted loudly .

"Natsu time is ticking." Gildarts showing him his watch. "Gray since you are his best buddy, you also involve in this."

Gray looked at Gildarts in disbelief.

"Dammit Flamebrain, I dont want any assignment for the first day. Answer it."

"Stop pressuring my head Stripper! I'm thinking now. I'm thinking! If you're that clever. You answer it then."

"No, you get me into this mess. Its an honor for you to answer it"

"No, you."

"You"

"YOU"

"Time is ticking guys, 45 seconds left. Still fighting?" Gildarts yawned.

"Lisanna help me will ya?" Natsu looked at her pleading with his puppy eyes.

"Anyone that help them will get double punishment." Gildarts warned everyone.

"Sorry Natsu. Not this time." Lisanna mouthed.

"Noooooo! Lisanna whyyyyy?" Natsu whined.

"Oh great! Thats just REALLY great. I was about to ask Juvia the same thing!" Gray facepalmed himself.

Gray-sama.. Even if you ask Juvia the equation, theres no way in this world Juvia will get the correct answer..

Gray and Natsu last option was Erza. Erza is the only one who doesnt scare this type of punishment, beside Levy.

"Erza please help us with this." Gray and Natsu said in unison.

"Ehem.." Erza cleared her throat. "As a council president myself I have my own duty and I want you guys to learn this equation carefully. Therefore, I cannot help you two."

"What kind of excuse is that?" Natsu complained.

"You dare to defy me Natsu?" Erza glared at him, making Natsu shook his head repeatedly.

"Natsu, youre not gonna get away with this." Gray grabbed Natsu's collar.

"Oh yeah, you think so Ice Princess?"

They both need to stop fighting, this will get nowhere! Gray-sama.. Natsu-san (T_T) you guys should cooperate once in your life time..

"30 seconds left Natsu, Gray."

"What?! Darn it! Let me do the working first." Gray scrambled around trying to find his pen. When he found it he accidently dropped it to the floor.

"7 seconds left."

"That was quick dammit!" Gray started to panic.

"Times up Natsu, Gray. Whats the answer?"

Natsu then kneel to the floor, feeling defeated. "Its too late Gray.. We're like a dead meat."

"The answer is 2x + 3." Gray said confidently. Natsu then looked at Gray then backed at Gildarts. Gildarts then sighed.

"For Mavis's sake! That is the bad sign Ice Princess! Everyone will skin us alive..."
