Victor is a true free spirit. Backstory
Childhood
Victor's childhood was spent in Oregon. He loved to spend his time roaming the woods and simply laying in the meadows. He liked to watch as the birds flew around and just listen to the sound of nature. When he was 10 though his parents sat him down telling him they needed to move and was going to have him choose the place. They placed a word map in front of him with various symbols but Victor decided to not question it. He decided to just point randomly which brought them to Beacon Hills. He was able to make friends fast and was really everyone's friend.

Teenage
His teen years went just as smoothly as his childhood before he turned sixteen. When he turned sixteen his Veela awakened and Victor had to learn how to control it. He took a year off school being homeschooled for the year. The only time he was grateful to have his mother as a college professor. During that year he did find one mate, Derek Hale, but by the end of the year Derek had rejected him and Victor had to deal with the consequences. Victor returned to school continuing to scope out for his forever mate. He still flirts with others for the fun of it and to seem normal, but has no real meaning by doing it. He just wants his forever mate.

What creature are they?
He is what is known as a Veela

What is that creatures description?
They are beautiful seductive beings on the outside with the ability to seduce anybody. Especially when they want to get what they want. Usually they all have pale skin and blonde hair and very attractive bodies. However inside of them they hold a dark beast. If angered or threatened, the Veela will shift into a being with long talon like nails, gigantic scaly wings, and a harpy type of bottom half, and face. Veela's are very dangerous when angry and will destroy anything they see as a threat. Especially when trying to protect their mate. As their soul purpose is to find their mate and protect them. To them nobody else matters except their mate.

Were they born with it? If not how did they get it?
He was born with it but it didn't 'awaken' until he was sixteen

What are the creatures abilities?
He has a heightened sense of smell giving him great at tracking
Wings giving him the ability of flight
Long talons giving him a heavy damage close range weapon
Great eyesight from long distances
He also has the ability to seduce anyone
Has a sort of growl/cah for intimidation

What are the terms of the creature?
The awakening at 16 calls for the search to your mate urgent
One Veela has 3 different mates which means only 3 shots at love
Too long without a mate or anything to keep the Veela satisfied and the Veela will either act out violently or act on its own accord completely
Once a mate is found a soul bonding ritual must be completed to connect the two beings. This way the Veela will always know the status of the mate and if they are in danger.
If the Veela is rejected by their mate then the whole soul bind is severed and causes the Veela to experience major pain. Most of the time it leaves a Lichtenberg scar in its wake. This is to signal that the relationship has failed and cannot be reconnected
The possibility of rejection makes timing, and other outside factors very important when the Veela is to try bind with one of its mates. This may cause caution and shyness.
If all 3 mates reject the Veela, the Veela will experience a slow and very painful death. Which is why when a Veela loves it loves very hard as their mate is their life line. They do make great lovers.
