Backstory
Childhood
He was born in Russia. His mother and father had immigrated to the US when he was around 5. Soon after his dad was busted for a prostitution ring and his mom was deemed unfit to raise him. He then bounced around from foster home to foster home.

Teenage
He bounced around a bit before being stuck with Kevin and Veronica after Ethel ran away. The pair actually liked the older age and kept him around. Axel helps out with the bar and really respects both of them. He is usually very well behaved (well he doesn't get in trouble with the law at least). He came out very soon to the pair wanting them to be aware. He doesn't flaunt it around however. Axel passed with really good grades and went off to college with a full ride scholarship.

Adulthood
He went to college in MIT earning himself a major in Criminal Justice and minor in Business administration and management. He came back to Chicago after graduation and went into the police academy there. He passed the exam and everything with flying colors. He became a police officer and plans on taking over the bar later in life.
