Apo's P.O.V:

I woke up to the sunlight coming through the window of the room then turned and saw Mile sleeping next to me.

I sighed heavily and sat up slowly then went to clean up before putting on my clothes.

Then left the room.

I went to see Bible before going back to my work.

"I want something to reduce back pain" I said.

"Where does it hurt most?" Bible asked.

"Ummm...You know what? Nevermind" I said chuckling awkwardly.

Bible frowned in confusion.

"Is something wrong?" He asked.

"Nothing...Can I just scrub it myself?" I asked.

He sighed heavily and nodded.

"Wait here" He said.

Then went to do something.

He came back after about an hour and handed it to me.

"Use it once a day for one week" Bible said.

I smiled and nodded.

Bible smiled and patted my shoulder then went to his desk and picked the brush and started writing something.

"Oh...Apo wait...Can you give these to the head of the servants?" He said.

"Of course" I said.

Then he gave me a big box that had some ointments and oils.

"What are those?" I asked frowning.

"The medical supplies for the servants...Mostly for treating burns and muscle pain...I'm still making more but I suppose these will do for now" He said.

I smiled and nodded.

Then walked out of the room while carrying the box.

I arrived at the servant quarters and put the box down then went to a secluded area and took off my clothes and started putting the ointment Bible gave me.

After some time I was done and put my clothes back on then got back to work.

The head servant called me over.

"Did you bring these?" She asked.

I nodded.

"Did young master Bible tell you when he'll be done with the next supply?" She asked.

I shook my head.

She sighed heavily and nodded.

"Get back to work now" She said irritated.

I made a disgusted face at this old witch.

"What are you still..." She started.

I used my magic to make her legs heavy so she screamed in pain when she suddenly fell to the floor in front of me.

I burst out laughing.

"See you later old lady" I said as I laughed.

Then turned on my heels and walked away.

I went to work at the pier.

(Later that day)

Mile's P.O.V:

I asked a servant to call Apo into my room.

But he said that Apo wasn't in the servant quarters.

"Where's he then?" I asked.

"He went to the pier" The servant said.

I sighed heavily and nodded.

"You're dismissed" I said.

He left my room and I changed into some lighter clothes before leaving the palace.

I put a cloth to cover my face then went to the pier.

After some time I stopped in front of the water.

Apo was helping the other servants with the fishing.

He looked up and saw me then turned his head away immediately.

I sighed heavily and rubbed my temples.

Apo walked past me while carrying a big fish.

I grabbed his forearm.

"Come with me I want to talk to you" I said.

"Let go I'm working" He said.

Then pushed me aside.

And walked away.

I watched his retreating back then decided to wait for him at the shore.

After some time the work was done so he walked over to the shore and sat down next to me.

"Apo aren't you coming with us?" A servant asked him.

Apo smiled and shook his head.

"I want to talk to my friend here...You can go ahead without me" He said.

"Ummm...Why is your friend covering his face?" The servant asked.

"He has a deformity" Apo said.

The servant looked at me and apologised then nodded at Apo and left.

I sighed heavily and opened my mouth to say something.

Apo took out a bottle of water and started drinking.

"What exactly do you want from me?" He asked as soon as he put the bottle down.

"I thought I already told you that" I said.

"I think last night was enough...Don't you think so too?" He asked.

"No it's not enough" I said.

He turned to me and raised an eyebrow.

"Mile...I'm also a man...I can't even be your concubine so stop being so selfish already" He said.

He sighed heavily and nodded to himself.

"You'll get married and probably have a son or a daughter and rule your kingdom like what you should and I'll be a servant forever...I can accept the fact that I'm a slave now but this...I think it's too much...I can't live like this" He said.

Then stood up to leave.

I grabbed his hand then pulled him back to sit down next to me again.

"Who said you can leave?" I asked.

"Mile just stop it already" He said angrily.

I let go of his hand and sighed heavily.

"You said that you wanted me so I gave that up...What else am I supposed to give up huh? My life?" He asked angrily.

Then grabbed my collar.

"Should I just die and end this?" He asked.

I stayed silent.

He let go of my collar.

"I'm leaving" He said.

Then stood up and left.

I stood up and hugged his back.

"I'm sorry" I said.

"I think that's enough Mile" He said.

Then let out a sob.

"Just let me go already...Please" He said as he tried to stop himself from crying.

I didn't want to leave him though.

I just couldn't.

"Apo...I'm sorry but...I can't do that" I said.

Then turned him to face me and pulled the cloth covering my face down before pressing my lips to his.

I pulled away and looked at him.

He wiped away his tears and walked past me.

I watched him leave this time.

(The next day)

Bible's P.O.V:

I was in my study like usual when the head of the servants walked in.

"I want to know when the medical supplies will be delivered" She said.

I didn't look up from the parchment I was reading and ignored her.

"Are you listening to me?" She asked angrily.

I raised an eyebrow and looked up.

"Oh...You were talking to me?" I asked.

"Yes" She said glaring at me.

"Well...They'll be delivered when I'm done with them...Until then I suppose you're going to use the ones I sent carefully" I said.

"You stuck up brat" She said.

I sighed heavily and nodded then stood up.

"That's a member of the royal family for you...Or have you forgotten that I'm still your master?" I asked raising an eyebrow.

"If it wasn't for you my son's efforts wouldn't have gone to waste" She said.

I tilted my head to the side.

"Who cares about you? Or your son? Don't think that because I'm acting all nice and understanding that I'll let you trample me...You're just a servant...And I'm your master so...If you don't know your place then I'll put you in your place myself" I said.

"You brat" She said angrily then raised her hand to hit me.

I was about to stop her when a sword was raised to the back of her neck.

"The penalty of insulting a member of the royal family is removing the tongue...I suggest you run while you still can" Pete said.

The woman glared at me then at him before leaving the room.

I sighed heavily and rubbed my temples.

"Are you alright young master?" Pete asked.

I smiled and nodded.

"Thank you" I said.

He lowered his sword and looked at the floor before nodding.

"What brings you here? Is something wrong?" I asked.

He shook his head.

"My work is done so...Ummm..." He started.

I raised an eyebrow then chuckled and shook my head when I remembered that I promised to teach him.

"Come on in" I said.

He nodded and closed the door behind him.

Then we both sat down on my desk.
