Description: The taste of alcohol turns Guang into a different person
-------------------------------------
California's weather was a delight to enjoy a handmade east at midnight. From Leo's balcony, he set a table decorated with a fine white cloth like those you see in restaurants, and candle softly lit in the center, and two chairs from opposing sides. Fortunately, below his balcony there was a breathtakingly view of the luminous city of Los Angeles. I'd love to stare at the shinning lights with its bars accompanying it, but I was too busy admiring my boyfriend's cooking.
I stood behind him, peeking from his shoulders glancing at his amazing hidden talent. The slab of fish that caused friction against the pan made my mouth water. "I can't wait to eat." I whined, licking my lips. Leo's spatula flipped the fish, revealing its crisp side. "Can be you a sweetie like you already are and begin bringing the plates into the table?" He asked. Obeying his demand, each plate was placed on its spot. The aroma coming from the food pleased my nose. Turning my head to my boyfriend I guessed he finished with the fish. Therefore, I sat down with an empty plate screaming for food to be served. "Voila!" Leo chanted as he settled a perfectly cooked fish in front of my eyes. "Amazing! Just like you baby." Our lips touched. My eyes enjoyed the presence of a pound of fish, red beans, rice, chinese rice (I perfer this more), and my favorite Grilled Thai Beef Salad.
"Before I forget" My head turned at the sound of Leo's voice. Between his two hands were a bottle of red wine. "Drinks." He gingerly swung them approaching the table. My hand covered my mouth, feeling guilty. "Oh, Leo I don't-" "Drink" He inturpted. "I know, but it's the only thing I have available. I'm truly sorry, unless you want me to buy you some tea," My head shook. "No, no, no. There is no need for that. Wine will do I guess." With my fingers overlapping my cup, I waited for him to pour. "Besides what harm can it make?" I smiled. Leo chuckled, opening the wine bottle. My eyes shimmered just watching the red alcohol swirl into my cup. Leo did the same to his cup and we drank our wine in peace. "Alright lets feast!" I cheered.
My fork devoured the chunks of fish with my chinese rice with an addition of salad on the side. My mouth and stomach were pleased with the savory food that entered me. For the wine, I was surprisingly begging for more and more. The alcohol was a nice touch to the whole feast. Although, after my stomach was full I kept the small headache from drinking. "Oww." My hand numbly scratched my head. "What's wrong?" I heard a faint voice. My mind wasn't function right, for I no longer saw objects but instead I saw blurs. As well, did I feel like I was no longer in control of my body. It fell foreign.
"L-Leo," Mumbled I.
"Yes honey?"
My hands slipped on my cheek as I leaned forward. "Are you my prince?" He chuckled. I saw his eyebrows furrow. "Umm...sure. If you want me to be one." "You," My finger pointed at my boyfriend. "Are my," Then at myself. "Prince. My one and only prince. Correct?" Asked I. "Guang are you drunk?" He asked, smiling.
"No, I'm in love!" I laughed almost like a fool.
The American grabbed the two empty bottles of wine. "I think you had enough of these." He placed them somewhere underneath the table. "Now lets get you to sleep my little tispy baby." He stood from his chair pulling out his arms at me. I shook my head. "No, nah. I don't wanna go to sleep! I need another drink." My hand sloppily tried reaching for the bottle. "I don't think so." Leo giggled, picking me up bridal style. He laid my body on his bed soundlessly. He turned his back, walking towards the empty plates. "Wait!" I shouted. Leo turned to me. "Will you come and sleep with me once you're done?"
"Of coarse."~
