Once the gang were in Kanto they started walking to the sign-up Ash decided to go under the name Red Satoshi, and Max and Bonnie under the names Maxwell, and Yellow respectivley. They then turned around to go to the hotel and then they saw them, the traitors... 

Brock saw Serena and immediately did what he always did he kneeled down and said this, "I don't know your name but will you marry me?" Brock asked. "No I have a boyfriend," Serena said in an angry tone because she knew who he was. "I'd be a better boyfriend," Brock said. Ash was literally fuming and decided to do something about it, Ash punched Brock in the stomach but the other traitors noticed.

"Hey, you punched our friend Brock!!!" Misty said angrily. "I challenge you to a battle," said Clemont. Bonnie and Max couldn't believe it, their siblings were right there they wanted to go hug them after five years under normal circumstances they then remembered the betrayal and became angry. "You're on!!!" Ash said.
