Kali's PoV

"Hey! Willow!" I called out, excitedly waving at them to get their attention. Willow lets out a tired sigh before walking over to where I'm standing, their eyes duller and more tired than usual. 'Probably from having to fight off the RGL's from controlling her.' I thought with a stab of pity. 

"What do you want now." Willow asked once they reached my location, their voice strained as if they were trying hard to focus on what I was saying. I tilt my head in worry before speaking "Are-...Are you ok? You seem very tired." "I'm fine." Willow mumbles, rubbing their temples as if they had a headache, "Just... The RGL's are being more vocal and eager to take control than normal." I nod in understanding, my wings fluttering slightly in worry, "Do you need anything?" To my surprise, Willow just shakes their head, "No, I'll be fine. I just need to distract myself."

I perk up, having the perfect idea, "Well, how about we go to another AU and have an adventure!" Willow nods "Sure. Th-That's fine with me. Do you have an idea on where to go?" I chuckle and pull out a teleportation orb from my bag, "Well, Quicklight gave me this! They were busy so they couldn't tell me where it went, so it'll be a fun surprise!"

 Willow's eyes widen at the sight of the orb, "Aren't teleportation orbs bright pink? That one looks a much darker pink. Are you sure this is safe?" "What's the worst that could happen?" I playfully quip back, smiling. Willow sighs, shaking their head. "Come on Willow. It'll be fun!" I push, my tail wagging slightly. Willow sighs before speaking "Alright. Fine. Let's go." I giggle excitedly before tossing the orb at the ground and waited.

And waited.

And waited.

And waited.

Nothing.

I let out an animalistic whine, my wings drooping "Dang it. Sorry, I thought it would work." Willow chuckles softly "Its alright Kali, it might have just been defective. Here, lets go ask Quicklight for another one so we can go on our adventure." Willow turns and starts to walk away. I start to follow before hearing a whirling sound behind me. I whip around only to see a huge black portal, consuming my entire vision. It felt like it was growing in size, or was it dragging me closer to it?

I yelp as I feel the portal sucking me in. I try to turn to Willow to call for help, only to find that they were struggling to stay put, also getting sucked into this black hole.

Before I realize what's happening, my feet are swept out from under me and I get yanked into the portal, it's abyss filling up my full vision.
