Fitz POV

I woke up, feeling drugged and trying to shake the dizziness away from my really foggy mind. I blinked once. Twice. And tried to get my bearings. So far all I can tell was that I was in a dark space, really dark, and there was nothing there, just space. 

"Hello?" I asked, staring out into the darkness. I'm not going to lie, I whimpered. 

"Well... Hello there little.... elf.... " a mysterious sugar-sweet filled voice said. 

I couldn't see her but I knew that she was silently laughing as I tried to get up but failed. 

Finally, I gained enough courage for a couple more words, "Who are you? An-and what do you want?" 

I half-expected her to laugh and not answer me, that's what adults do to me and my friends all the time. *coughs* Mr. Forkle *coughs* 

SPOILER: *then looks sad and whispers R.I.P.*

Instead, she surprised me and whispered, making my legs turn into mallowmelt," I'm NYX, of course.... Embodiment of night.... And what I want.... Well, that's quite simple...." 

Finally, it dawned on me.... "What are you going to gain from the elves and demigods fighting?" 

Again, I didn't expect an actual answer and was again surprised when she replied, "Well... I don't need to gain anything, do I? I have everything in the night.... I just need my..... revenge....." suddenly Nyx appeared where I am being held in a magnificent black dress, her black coal-like eyes glittering when she took in my trembling appearance," Long ago, when the universe was still young, I gave birth to Hemera, light. Now... you might think 'Light and dark, which is better?' And the obvious answer would be light, duh. But what if I told you there was a different side to this story? " 

I didn't want to know, but I don't think Nyx would've cared anyway, as she pulled us into her memory, and we watched the scenes unfold...
