Shizuku's POV

I wiped the sweat off my brow and dodged another attack by Sasuke's chokutō (his sword, that’s what’s it’s actually called) grabbing my own and blocking his next move. We were both sweating terribly that it wasn't even funny.

My Tatsukigan was activated and so was his Sharingan, although this was a strict kenjutsu match (blades only). Meh oh well. I twirled my katana in my right hand and pivoted on my left heel, then I felt something on my neck, I cursed and froze.

"Well Shizuku, looks like I win this match." Sasuke smirked.

I grinned and tightened my grip on my Katana that was on his stomach.

"Think again." I grinned.

He sighed and pulled his chokutō off my neck and I did the same, I stuck my tongue out at him and he rolled his eyes. Muttering, 'typical...'

"Well, looks like this is a draw. Like last time.... And the time before that... And the time before that..." I said. It’s true, all draws in kenjutsu matches! He is better than me in some things, I'm better in others, then sometimes we just draw. Ugh, siblings...

"Hn." He said... Grunted... Wait... muttered... uh...? Spoke?

"Little emo ass duckbutt... Hn hn blah blah blah...." I muttered under my breath.

Sasuke laughed, ohmigod HE LAUGHED!!!!

IT'S THE APOCALYPSE!!!!

"Look Shizuku, let's practice later, I don't know, maybe ninjutsu." Sasuke offered, I shrugged.

"Sure, just be prepared to loooooseee."

"I highly doubt that."

"Emo."

"Baka."

"Duckbutt."

"..."

*Sticking my tongue out.*

We both walked back into the hideout and went into my bedroom, collapsing onto the bed, tired beyond words.

"Sasuke... When will we kill Orochimaru????" I asked smiling.

He blinked, "Huh? Why will we want to kill him?"

My mouth hung open,

"WHY? YOU’RE BLOODY ASKING WHY???!!" I grabbed his shoulders and shook them fiercely, "WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!?!?"

"Shizuku... Can't breathe... Gya..." He spluttered, I dropped him and nodded.

"So, what will happen to you? Going back to the Akatsuki or something?" he asked while rubbing his injured shoulders, I just shrugged.

"Dunno, it's Orochimaru's choice, honestly, he creeps me out, like, I swear he pervs on me or something... That paedophile..." I sobbed, he does though!!

"Ha! Really?" Sasuke chuckled, I rolled my eyes, yeah good going big bro, do nothing while your sister is getting nearly RAPED!

For god’s sake...

I sighed and dug my head into the pillow, "Soo... Tired.... Mehhhh..." I groaned against the fluffiness.

"Lazy ass." Sasuke said.

"Duck ass!" I shot back.

"Leave my hair out of this!"

"Maa Maa Sasuke-kuuuunn... Don't be so shy...." I grinned.

"Hn." I rolled my eyes at his response-y word.

I laughed at our conversation and started sharpening my katana, yes, I label it as MINE not Madara's anymore. It's mineeee!!!

"No but seriously, we should kill the dude. Soon. ASAP. Pronto. Blah blah, but yeah soon." I told my brother.

"If he doesn't have anything more to teach us, okay."

I glared at Sasuke and smacked his head with the flat side of my Katana.

"Itai! What was that for?!"

I grumbled, "And who in hell convinced you to kill Orochimaru in the normal series? Oh I don't know... The tooth fairy! Or maybe even Santa! No wait! It was Carly Rae-Jepsen!"

"Who is Carly Rae-"

"You don't want to know. I will just tell you one thing... SO CALL ME MAYBE!! Ugh I hate that song..." I muttered.

He nodded slowly blinking.

"Yeaaah... Okay, so Shizuku? Let’s go train again, I am so going to beat you in this match!"

"As if! What is the match about?!" I grinned,

"Ninjutsu."

I grinned even more, "Oh you are gonna loooosee!!!!"

He raised an eyebrow, "I do not believe that."

"Whatever." I rolled my eyes.

"Baka."

"Teme."

"Retard."

"Psychopath."

"..."

I grinned at his loss for words.

He snarled, "Dammit! I never win in the word matches!!"

I laughed.

3rd POV

The footsteps of someone running was heard in the endless corridors.

A door swung open.

"Not here..."

It slammed shut and the person carried on running.

Another person was running quickly, a door swung open.

"Not here either 'ttebayo."

The people continued running.

"Where the hell are you?!"

Shizuku's POV

I did quick hand signs, "Fire style! Phoenix flower jutsu!"

He dodged all of them and yelled, "Fire style! Fireball jutsu!"

I jumped to the side but the fire burnt a bit of my hair, I snarled and put my hands out, "Chakra strings..." I muttered, Sasuke froze, and I grinned. Oh that time against Kankuro did me wonders with chakra strings.

"This is cheating!" Sasuke yelled.

"Actually it's your fault because you play matches against me with stuff I'm good at! If you chose Taijutsu you would have won." I told him.

He shrugged after I let my chakra strings go of him.

"Kami..." Sasuke muttered and rubbed his shoulders.

I laughed, then my senses rose.

My eyes widened, and I hugged myself, shivering and whimpering, in fear.

Sasuke noticed, "Shizuku? What's wrong?"

I shut my eyes tightly. To stop tears falling.

"...Here..." I muttered.

Sasuke grabbed my arms and pulled my close to him, "What? What's wrong? What's here?!"

I looked up at him, "Naruto." I quivered.

His eyes widened, "Damn... Just him?"

I shook my head. "I... I can feel him and... Sakura... And... Sai, and... Someone I can't recognise, Yamato...? Yeah... Them..."

He nodded slowly, I felt Sai coming closer.

I pulled out of Sasuke's arms and looked directly at the place Sai would come to, I wiped my eyes and watched Sai run into the training grounds.

"Sasuke... Shizuku... Am I right?" Sai asked.

Sasuke put on a tough guy act, "Yes... What do you want?"

Sai answered, "Naruto and Sakura have taught me that... Bonds cannot be broken! We are all here to take you back!"

I laughed. "Take us back?! Does it seem like we want to come back?"

Of course I do.

What I'm saying right now.

Are all lies.

Naruto...

"SAI! YOU BASTARD! We know why your here!" I heard a voice yell, my breath hitched. One of my 'best friends.'

She came into sight and reached for Sai's collar.

"Sakura eh?"

She froze, her head turning slowly.

"Sasuke-kun... Shizuku-chan..." Her eyes widened, my face remained impassive.

I felt another chakra presence, I tried to keep the nervousness to show on my face.

"SAKURA! SAI!"

There it was,

I missed it so much.

His voice.

Sasuke glanced at me worriedly, but to other people he was just looking at me.

"Oh you can't be fucking serious." I muttered.

Naruto came into view, I looked him over, his amazing blue eyes, sun-kissed blond hair, whiskers on his cheeks, wow. He was amazing.

I looked at him as he looked at me. Not revealing my feelings onto my face.

"Shizuku-chan... Sasuke-kun..."

I smirked, "Naruto eh?"

Sakura put a hand on Naruto's shoulder, I looked at her hand.

Don't touch him.

Do NOT touch Naruto.

I shook my thoughts away and looked at them.

"The whole team huh? Does this mean Kakashi is here too?" Sasuke asked. Even though he knew Kakashi wasn't since I told him, I think he was giving me time to recover, kami, I'm so weak,

Yamato walked into the clearing, "Unfortunately Kakashi-San isn't here, so I'm here to replace him, we, Team Kakashi are here to bring you back!"

I looked at them, Team Kakashi huh?

"Team Kakashi?"

Naruto yelled, "Shizuku! Sasuke! We've come to take you back!"

I couldn't take it anymore,

I snarled, "Well what if I don't want to come back huh?! What then?! What in hell will you do? Why do you keep chasing us?!" I yelled.

They looked dumbstruck form my outburst, Sasuke grabbed my hand.

"It's alright... It's okay Shizu..." He whispered.

They just stared until Naruto snapped out of it.

"Well maybe this is the only way..." Chakra swirled around his hand, I held out my own, lightning chirping.

I jumped, he jumped at the same time. Tears brimmed on my eyes and fell shamelessly.

"NO! Shizuku!" Sasuke yelled to me.

I laughed humourlessly, sadness and misery coming out of my laugh.

"RASENG-"

"CHIDOR-"

The next thing I knew, it hit me.

Two things hit me.

But the thing made me laugh.

We stared at each other, Yamato held Naruto's arm.

And Sasuke held mine.

Stopping us from hitting each other.

"No Naruto. We must not kill them, just bring them back." Yamato told him.

Naruto spluttered, "But... But...! I just can't... I just can't see her like this..." Tears spilt from his eyes.

Sasuke's grip tightened around my arm. "Shizuku, you don't actually want to do you?"

I laughed humourlessly. Their attention was on me.

Naruto glared at me, I flinched, his glare... Hurt.

"Don't look at me like that..." I muttered.

"What?"

I yelled at him, "Don't look at me like that Naruto!" I sobbed, "Please..." His eyes widened.

"...Wh...Why?"

I smiled, I was going to say it, I wanted to say it. "Naruto, it's because I-"

"Well well... Lovely display of affection, but unfortunately I need my little toys back."

I got swept from my feet and my eyes widened.

"Orochimaru!"

I clawed through the snakes grip, he took me away from him... He took me away from Naruto! And I was going to tell him! I was going to tell him how I feel!

"Let! Me! Go!" I shouted.

"Orochimaru, let Shizuku go." Sasuke said sternly.

"Oh there you go again, forgetting who you’re talking to." Kabuto said.

I snarled, "Shut up Kabuto!"

"I am sorry for cutting you short Shizuku, but we must go back." Orochimaru smiled sadistically,

I grimaced.

"Let them go!" Sakura yelled,

"Like that's going to work Sakura-chan, you can't just tell him to let us go can you?" I rolled my eyes.

"Well, we must leave. I will deal with you accordingly Shizuku." Orochimaru said.

I shook my head and stared at Naruto.

We started to vanish, I didn't have much time left...

"Naruto!" I yelled.

"Huh?" He looked at me with confusion.

I bit my lip, the leaves we up to my neck now, I didn't have much time...

"Naruto... Gomenasai... I love you..."

And with one last sad smile...

We vanished.
