THIRTY-SIX.

NIKE'S CABIN.

THEY MOVED excitedly and looked at the cabin in front of them. Agad na inakbayan ni Thorne si Henry at pinapasok siya sa loob ng cabin.

This was Nike's cabin. They say that people who stays at this cabin are rougher than the children of Ares and Athena. At ang tanong, paano makakatagal si Henry dito?

"Hello and welcome to Nike's Cabin!" Thorn presented it to him.

Certainly this one is rather wonderful, he must admit. The cabin has magical paint that can change the exterior color just by touching it. The cabin has four modules, back-to-back with two on each side, and has four entrances. The cabin also has a slanted roof and high ceilings.

The cabin can be rearranged and moved as desired; this module can be as big or small as it needs to be. More students can fit into the same amount of space as a regular cabin with more privacy and better accommodations.

Henry studied this room from the moment he walked in, carefully placing his sneaker next to him. The interior has four main sitting rooms with two built-in cushioned benches that double as beds, in each, and storage space underneath for their clothes, armor, and weapons.

"Looks like living here will be tough..." He took a breath. "You need to survive here." 

"Is it crucial to you which cabin reflects you, then?"Henry turned to Thorn and smiled wickedly, "Don't worry, with me and the Les Retraités military here, their victory is absolute." 

Thorn laughed uneasily and messed up his hair, 'He doesn't like us, does he? Halata naman sa hitsura niya eh! He doesn't even fake it.' He simply shook his head and chose not to take care of it. "Come here! Papakilala ko sa'yo ang mga makakasama mo rito."

Mabilis silang lumapit, ang iba ay nagpupunas ng kanilang mga armas, ang iba ay nag-aaral, at ang iba ay nagsusulat sa kanilang mga notebook. Syempre ayaw nilang magpatalo 'di' ba? Halata naman eh!

Pumalakpak si Thorn upang makuha ang atensyon ng ibang Demigods, "Okay, everyone! I need your attention. Other than Giovanni, someone else will be joining us here. His name is Henry. He is the son of—" 

"Hades."

Halos mabitawan ng iba ang hawak nilang gamit at mabilis na napayakap sa braso. 'Di na kailangang magpanggap dahil nakikita 'to ni Henry thought his presence wasn't valued properly.

They got chills just gazing at him. The moment he stepped into the ground, he quickly projected a field that lowers the temperature around them, creating a constant chill. Without knowing, he has used his Cold Presence ability to show off.

Pumalakpak si Thorn and he tries to be friendly as much as he can, "Ang galing! Ang galing talaga! As one would expect from the Demigod of Les Retraités, correct?"

An odd feeling has just occurred. This wasn't the first time he had experienced this. He switched his sight to everyone and opted for a place with no people nearby. He can see everything.

The other students are murmuring at him. They are giggling and appear to be fond of one other. This isn't new.

He would rather avoid pointless confrontations; he's content to be alone.

He tapped his Book of Fate, and a woman appeared before him. She extended her hand and smiled brightly at him, "Are you also a new student? Hello!"

"Sa ingay ng boses mo, looks like it was you, Isabella." Tumango na lang 'to sa kanya at tila 'di pinansin ang presensya nito, "Daughter of Aphrodite." 

Ngumuso naman si Isabella appears to be capturing his attention, but Henry could care less. She may be cute pero 'di siya interesado rito. "I have my name, Henry. It's Isabella! Isabella!" 

"Grabe, 'di ka na nahiya, Isabella," The redhead with an eyepatch simply sighed. "Sige, habol ka ng habol sa lalaking 'di ka gusto! H'wag kang iiyak pag tapos, ah!"

"Manahimik ang ex!"Isabella rolled her eyes.

"Ohhhh, panis!"Nagtawanan naman ang iba sa komento nila sa isa't-isa. 

Henry pushed his book at 'tsaka naman diretsahan niyang pinuntahan ang lalaking may pulang buhok at may eyepatch.

He appeared to be glaring at him. "Umamin ka nga sa' kin. May nagpadala ba sa'yo so that you'll save me in the Accursed Bastille?"

"Me?"Duro nito sa sarili niya.

"May iba pa bang pandak dito, bukod sa 'yo?"Ngisi na lang ni Henry and brushes up his hair and later giving him a wicked smile.

"At ano'ng—" 

"The spy must be you," he said, placing his fingers on his chin. "Isn't it strange? Parang alam niyang nakakulong ako. Baka kasi gusto mo na akong paalisin ng madalian dahil ba may plano ka?" 

Whoever this Headmistress is, Kailangan niyang malaman kung sino 'to. Kakaiba ang nararamdaman niya  sa paaralang 'to.

Is he not welcome then?

"Masyado kang maraming alam. First, why don't you thank the King of the House of Mudned, who's desperate to have you here?" He spoke as if he truly knew something.

"Who are you really?"

"Conleth, no, Cole will be alright, and I'm Hephaeteus' son." 

Something's not right here. 'Di niya maintindihan kung bakit. Simula pa lang. Parang may nagpadala kay King Moonstone para tiktikan siya. Does this imply that the scientist is concerned with the Fates now that he is here? Isinara na lang niya ang kamao niya and he hissed.

"Hoy, pandak. Sa'n ko matatagpuan ang Archduchess?" 

Conleth stared at Henry at sa hitsura pa lang nito ay halatang-halata na pikon na siya. 'Di naman niya 'to napapansin dahil napaka-tahimik niya. Kung mang-iinis lang din siya sa puntong 'to, kaya h'wag siyang mag-alala dahil nagawa na naman niyang bwisitin ang araw niya.

Henry crossed his arms and told him, "Did you hear what I just said, spy? Find her. You're particularly good at peeping into other people's businesses." 

Napansin na ng iba ang kakaibang tension ng dalawang lalaki. Malapit nang sumabog si Conleth dahil sa kaangasan ni Henry sa kanya. He's always been like that, 'di naman talaga siya pumapatol sa kahit na kanino. Wala siyang pakialam kung sino'ng makasalubong niya.

Thorn smiled at everyone and waved his hands, It looks like you're getting along in there! Ayos! Mukhang maganda ang babalita natin ngayon, is that correct, Venturi!?"He grinned.

Venturi screamed, "Don't lump me with you." 

Kalokohan! Which of them is really getting along? Isabella was already aware na anuman mangyari pwedeng magsapakan  'yung dalawa if they both wished to. They aren't getting along at all. Mas maaga silang dumating and she's aware of Conleth's powers.

HIS POWERS WERE directly associated with his particular purview, As a result, his skills were mostly related to fire and metal. He also learned how to use his fire magic, which is incredibly explosive. Isabella could only watch them intently and was concerned that these two would start freezing or flaming their cabin, which would probably be bad.

Henry focused his attention on Conleth, saying, "Come on, tell me where she is, spy." 

"Mukha bang alagain si Giovanni? Mas malakas 'to kaysa sa 'yo, tandaan mo  'yan." 

"Alam ko. That's why I want to ask the spy personally, as you're a watchdog for the House of Mudned." 

"Hindi tayo magkaibigan. Kaya kung gusto mong hanapin, hanapin mo mismo! Kalokohan, ramdam ko na naman nadamay ako rito, ah!" 

To be honest, if you ask him, he doesn't care about being friends with them. Isang bagay lang naman siya interesado talaga. To learn how to stop Fate from working. May sinumpaan siya kay Giovanni and he pledges his commitment, promising to do everything it takes to help her.

Tension has emerged between the two of them, parang wala ni isa sa kanilang dalawa ang gustong magsalita. Henry instantly approached him and began walking towards him, increasingly captivated by his secrets. There could be a reason he stays with the scientist. And he'll figure it out for himself eventually.

"I'm not here to fight, if that's what you're worrying about." Henry interrupted.

He releases his shadows, and a dark blue aura surrounds him. Now using the power of the darkness, he can use his own darkness and dark energy.

Using this ability, one can effectively manipulate one's own visibility by absorbing light, create a personalized field of shade or wield it for specialized techniques like attacks and defense. He then uses his darkness to teleport.

More paintings of Greek gods surrounded the academy, so he decided to take a stoll. He could hear some voices nearby and took a short walk as soon as he saw the garden. He observed his brother speaking with Giovanni and didn't like it.

This was Hesperides' garden surrounding the academy. It was usually thought that there were three Hesperides, although some sources name four or seven. They were responsible for taking care of a garden in the western end of the world, near the Atlas mountains in Africa.

The so called "Garden of the Hesperides" belonged to the goddess Hera, in which there was a grove of apple trees that bore golden apples.

The golden apples were believed to give immortality to anyone who consumed them. Not trusting the Hesperides to guard the apple trees on their own, Hera also placed a hundred headed dragon named Ladon that never slept.

He quickly stepped inside and what surrounded him later was gun. Someone pointed a gun at him.

"Wala akong natatandaang nagpadala ng traydor dito. Kaya hanggang d'yan na lang. At 'yon lang ang kailangan mong gawin," sabi ng isang lalaki, he knew who he was right away because of his platinum blonde hair.

Itinaas niya lang ang kanyang mga kamay. Alam niyang hindi 'to magiging madali hangga't 'di talaga siya nasasanay sa patakaran sa Pantheon Academy. He may feel as if he's being viewed as a traitor because of what he did in his last fate. At kung siya ang tatanungin, wala  siyang inaasahan sa kanila.

The guy aimed his rifle at him and hissed, "Milady, I apologize, but there is an enemy out here. Right in front of us. You indicated someone powerful would be joining us later, but I didn't expect it to be your military dog." He clenched his teeth and steadily furrowed his forehead, revealing his hatred for Henry. He was uneasy seeing him here.

"What?" 

"I understand that this is one of your wishes, milady, but I simply don't trust this man. And I believe you have been overly trusting of him. So that's why I'm here to prove to you that my instincts never fail."

Napahampas na lang si Giovanni sa mesa dahil sa sinabi ng lalaki. Nagulat na lang si Henry at agad siyang tinumba nito pababa. Sa totoo lang, 'di masabi ni Henry kung galit nga ba ang  lalaking 'to o baliw lang talaga.

But if he moved now, the situation may become more dangerous. So he has to stay down until he can demonstrate his commitment to them.

That he has also come to stop the Fates.
