I found an app today. It looked interesting enough for me to click on it.

The description of it claimed the app was still in beta testing, and to contact the creator with any suggestions.

The email was odd. It appeared to be just a jumble of random characters.

I decided to download the app, wanting to support whoever this person was.

Then, while exploring its many promising features, the app closed.

I frowned.

Then, my screen turned black.

"What the..."

A loud screeching noise began coming from my device. I tried turning it down, to no avail.

Then, it stopped.

The screen went back to normal.

I decided to email this person, assuming the app was the cause of what just happened.

Hello. I just downloaded your app and after a couple minutes of using it, the app suddenly shut off. Then, my screen turned black and a loud screeching noise came from it, before it went back to normal.

I'm not sure if this is the cause of your app or just something wrong with my phone, but this has never happened before, and I was wondering if your app might be the cause of this.

Hopefully you can sort this out.

I frowned once again at the last sentence.

What do they mean?

Suddenly, the window in the room I'm in is knocked on, causing me to gasp and jump in surprise.

I turn to face the noise, revealing a person in a black jacket and pants, a peice of paper in their hand that reads:

Thank you for your kind suggestion. I'll be sure to fix it as soon as possible.

Then, everything goes black.
