To be ask to be killed or kill someone else, that is the question.

Right now, he didn't know which to choose.

Ask Death once again to come for him or to go for Zelda.

He was very happy this morning.

Zelda had gone out early to her mystery place, gotten a cup of tea for the both of them.

He'd taken a nice long shower in warm water.

He was gonna go on a raid in an online game with the rest of his guild.

Nothing could ruin his day.

And then Zelda came in and said that her brother, aka Furious Overprotective Brother Sheik, wanted to meet him at the café.

He tried to refuse, multiple times, even on his way here, but nothing worked.

So here he was.

In front of Sheik, who was giving him a hard glare.

Zelda told him that was his natural face and to just ignore it.

But like.

How could he?

He felt intimidated by just being in his presence.

It hard to even look him in the eyes.

Those red eyes of his were looking into his soul, looking to burn it alive at the stake.

Deep breaths, Robin, deep breaths.

"Um, you wanted to talk-"

"Name."

"Uh, Robin-"

"Full  name."

"Even my middle name-"

Sheik's glare burned.

"Robin Grima Gray."

"Isn't Grima the name of some stupid evil dragon of myth?"

"Yeah, but my father liked the name, so he gave it to me."

"Interesting. Age?"

"Eightee- nineteen! I am nineteen years old."

"You're nineteen and half way through junior year? You're older than half the senior class."

"I was put in school late."

"Oh. What's your height?"

"You really need to know?"

"Answer."

"I am six feet, one inch tall."

"In centimeters, boy."

"Ah- sorry. Um, around 185 centimeters."

"Riiiight. Family?"

"Huh."

"The members in your family."

"Oh, mother, father, and adopted sister."

"Does your sister go here?"

"No, she's in collage."

"Mother?"

"Professor at that collage."

"Father?"

"...ᵈʳᵘᵍ ᵈᵉᵃˡᵉʳ."

"What was that?"

"Nothing."

"Too personal?

"Yes."

"Sorry."

"It's okay."

Silence.

"When's your birthday?"

"December 20th."

"Do you know when Zelda's birthday is?"

"She refuses to tell me."

Sheik sighed and looked away. "As expected of her."

"What do you mean?"

"Will you betray her?"

"What."

"Will you leave her alone?"

"No-"

"Will you forget her?"

Why was he asking all these questions? Did he want to see if Robin was a good person? If he was someone Sheik could trust? Someone Zelda could trust?

Robin gulped. "Zelda has made me the happiest I've been my whole life. I was always alone, I was always the outsider, until Zelda came into my life. Honestly, it's thanks to her I am alive here today."

"You were suicidal?"

"I'd thought about it, yes. But thanks to her, I don't think that way anymore. I say this with no romantic feelings towards her, but I want to make her the happiest she can possibly be. I'd hate to see her get hurt because of me, which is why I would never do anything of the sort."

"You promise?"

"Yes. Zelda is my best friend, and I will make her happy, I will protect her, and I will always be next to her when she needs me."

Sheik smiled and as he got up from his seat. He stretched his back then put his arm on Robin's shoulder. "You're a good best friend, Robin."

"And you're a good brother, Sheik."

Sheik smiled and started walking away. He stopped at the door. "By the way, I hear Lucina likes her men without glasses!" And then he walked out the door.

Robin's face flushed as he froze. She does?

He wasn't very used to contacts, but he was confident enough in himself to go to school without wearing them.

He'd learned he actually looks pretty attractive without glasses.

Thanks to Zelda and his other friends telling him a bunch of times, and long amounts of time looking in front of the mirror.

"Robin are you alright?"

He nearly screamed when he saw Dimitri looking at him with concern.

"You're face is flushed. Do you have a fever?"

He was wearing a barista uniform.

It looked really good on him-

Robin bad!

"No I'm alright!"

"Are you sure? I believe someone in the staff has some medicine in case of emergency situations. I could bring it to you if you'd like."

"It's okay! I'm fine, really! Um, I'll be leaving now, thanks for the tea!"

"A-alright, have a good day."

Robin quickly gave him a tip and ran out of the café.

Dimitri tilted his head, but brushed it off and continued serving coffee to other tables.
