PERSONALITY Jack's a kind dude. Well, he tries to be, anyway. He tries to be as helpful as he can be if you ask for it and he's just all around a chill guy to be around.

BACKSTORY Jack Victor Hunter was born in Fayatteville, North Carolina, on March 13th, 1955, the second of four children. His family moved to Miami when he was seven, so his parents could take care of his maternal grandparents. In middle school, he met a certain Donna Miller. Jack and Lavanda became close friends and began dating when the two were fifteen. When they were seventeen, they started a garage band with some other classmates; Barry "Bars" Gregory, Maxine Lawson, and Callum Carters. Lavanda was the lead singer, Jack was the lead gataurist, Bars was the lead drummer, Maxine was the lead keyboardist and Callum was the lead bassist. They originally called it Nuclear Wasteland, but Bars said "hey that's a little uncreative" so after a month or so, Nuclear Wasteland became Sunshine Wasteland.

Eventually, the band moved themselves to Los Angeles where they began making it big, and where Jack and Lavanda got married one month after Lavanda's eighteenth birthday. Between 1973 and 1981, Sunshine Wasteland released five albums; Sunshine Wasteland, Brats Go Down Fighting, Juliet's Balcony, Burning Bible and Collateral Damage. Today, the band is best remembered for their song Suicide Note from Juliet's Balcony.

Sometime during 1979, Jack and Lavanda began drifting apart a bit. They still considered themselves to be good friends, but the lovey dovey marriage part- it didn't seem to be for them any more. But Lavanda was pregnant, so, fuck. But they decided to see other people, Jack just sleeping around with guys, girls, maybe some non-binary pals, and Lavanda became girlfs with the keyboardist, Maxine Lawson. On January 31st, 1980, they had triplets; Sky, Earth, and Ocean. Two months later, they officially divorced and that was that.

The next two years, things were fine. They all spent their time getting high but also trying to be decent parents and preform shows and all that fun stuff.

October 28th, 1982, Jack had the triplets at his place for the day. He was just doing dad things, taking care of his toddler daughters, all that fun stuff. And then he went back to Lavanda's to, you know, take them home. Well, he went inside, went upstairs, placed the sleepy babies in their nursery, and then went downstairs into the living room where Lavanda was dead. She'd had a heroin overdose.

Afterwards, Sunshine Wasteland disbanded and that was that. Most of them would join other bands, except for Jack and Maxine. Jack, because he had literal fucking toddlers he had to take care of now and Maxine, because the grief was fucking her up, man. Then, just on day after her twenty-seventh birthday, Maxine was found dead by Bars after slitting her wrists.

Maxine and Lavanda were buried next to one another.

Jack would reenter the music scene in 1988, when he joined the band Capitalist Cameras. The band had started in 1981, and was started by Owen Cox and Jude Woodson. Bars and Callum had joined in '83, shortly before Maxine's death. The band had a lot of controversy surrounding it in the 80s and 90s, because cold war era, and Capitalist Cameras??? idk man sounds like dirty Russian spy communists to me. But, they had a large enough fanbase, so, that kept them going.

Capitalist Cameras is still together today but their performances are a lot more infrequent for kinda obvious reasons. Owen and Jack began considering themselves to be an item in 1994, and they made this public, because who gives a fuck? They would finally get married on July 10th, 2004.

Blah blah his daughters entered the music scene and he had a very public falling out with Josh McKnight because fuck that guy. It was in the nineties that Jack decided that Lavanda had been murdered. She hadn't used heroin for nearly two years before they'd had their triplets and especially not after. And he believed Josh McKnight responsible.

In 2024, Josh McKnight was put on trial for the murders of Lavanda Mariana, Cat Hart and Shelley Mitchell. Everyone believed him guilty. Everyone but the fucked up legal system who said 'yeah no he's innocent' and let him go home free. So, he went to Josh's home and tried to shoot and kill him but it didn't exactly work out and now he's in jail. Idk what's gonna happen to him might kill him I'll get back to you.
