Jimin went to meet Taehyung at one of those posh restaurants that had little or no customers. Taehyung was seated at the back of the restaurant and Jimin walked over to him with a straight face. Taehyung looked at him as he sat opposite him, crossing both his legs and arms

"So, what do you want?" he demanded.

Taehyung just grinned. "Let's order something first before we begin the discussion" he said.

Jimin just rolled his eyes as Taehyung signalled to a waiter who hurried to their table. He just ordered some drinks. This was no time to eat. You don't eat with a foe but you can still drink with them.

The waiter went to get their drinks and Jimin narrowed his eyes at the other.

"Once again, what do you want?" he asked.

"You know what I want Jimin" Taehying said off handedly as he produced a piece of paper from his inner jacket and placed it at the middle of the table.

Jimin glared at it. "What's this?"

He scoffed. "Is this another one of your ridiculous contracts?"

Taehyung didn't answer and that was just enough for Jimin who laughed "It is isn't it? You're ridiculous!"

Taehyung frowned. "We are adults and I don't want to fight with you regarding the custody of my son so I suggest you read that contract" he said with a stern expression on his face.

Jimin clicked his tongue and opened the paper. He read the contents and once done, threw it harshly on the table.

"What's this? This only benefits you!"

"You won't do it?"

"Hell no!" he screamed causing the other customers and staffs to stare at them. He gathered deep breaths to calm down and turned to Taehyung with clenched teeth.

"You don't expect me to follow this do you?"

He picked up the paper and held it to his face while he read it out loudly.

"Park Jimin will surrender rights of the child to Taehyung for a year. He will be accorded visitation rights."

He threw it back on the table again.

"Bullshit!"

That moment the waiter returned with their drinks pretending like he wasn't interested in their conversation before he left and Jimin took a gulp of his drink.

Taehyung sighed tiredly "It's only right Jimin. You've been with the boy all his life and I didn't even know he was my son until yesterday. I need to bond with him. I need him to know about me too. Really, one year isn't enough!"

Jimin rested his elbow on the table putting up a fake smile on his face. "How about we do this the other way round? I keep my child and you visit from time to time so you can bond with him"

He had a sarcastic look on his face.

"You're really going to make things difficult for me aren't you?"

Jimin nodded and Taehyung sighed running his hands through his hair.

"I know you hate me and I don't blame you..."

He paused. "Actually, there are things you don't know. Things it's better you stay away from?"

Jimin scoffed "You're just making stupid excuses so that I can have mercy on you. Sorry, that's not going to work!"

He leans across the table so that Taehyung could hear him clearly.

"Even if you crawl on your knees and beg, I'll never give Mintae to you. Never!"

He stood up. "Enjoy drinking alone!" he said sassily.

He started leaving when Taehyung's voice stopped him. "Then, let's go to court!"

Jimin froze on the spot and turned back to face Taehyung who was now standing staring at him with an angry look of determination.

"We'll go to court!"

Jimin wheezes. "Really, is that what you want. Don't think i will just back down Taehyung. I will do everything possible to ensure you don't get custody of Mintae!"

Taehyung nodded his head. "If that's how you want to play it. Let's play!"

"Fine!"

"Fine!"

"Fine!" Jimin yelled louder and stormed out of the restaurant rushing towards his car. His heart was beating faster and his legs had turned jelly. He didn't enter the car and just stood by the car door then he quickly dialled Hoseok's number. As soon as the other picked up, he yelled into the phone.

"I need a good lawyer!"

"What?"

"Taehyung is taking me to court to get custody of Mintae!"

There was apprehension in Hoseok's voice.

"Okay...okay! Don't panic! I'll take care of it. I'll get a good lawyer for you"

"Can you believe the asshole? He gave me another of his ridiculous contracts as though the first one wasn't enough! I felt like punching him in the face"

He stopped talking when he saw Taehyung coming out of the restaurant his face set in anger. He stopped walking when he spotted Jimin hunched over his car, phone placed over his ear. Their eyes met and pulled away at the same time before Taehyung walked towards his car, entered it and zoomed off.

"Jimin! Jimin are you there?" Hoseok's voice repeated in his ear worriedly.

Jimin blinked his eyes. "Yes Hobi I'm here just get the lawyer Asap!" he yelled then cut the line before Hoseok could say another word. He entered his car and drove away.

Taehyung was shaking fervently while he was in his car driving towards Jin's hospital. His anxiety had returned and if he wasn't careful, he could get into an accident but thankfully, he was able to get there safely and parked his car at the lot before heading inside the building.

He met with Jin's secretary but she told him he was in a session with another client so he had to wait for another twenty minutes before Jin was done and he was allowed to enter.

As soon as he entered, Jin rushed towards him looking worried.

"Damn it Tae! You look horrible!"

"Park Jimin! Park Jimin!" was all he could mutter before Jin led him to the couch so he was lying down on it. Jin quickly fetched medicine and a cup of water then made him to drink it.

Taehyung calmed down almost immediately and Jin stared at him with worry etched in the corner of his eyes.

"Why don't you get admitted Tae. It's getting worse!" he said.

Taehyung shook his head and sat on the chair.

"I'm fine Jin. I just need to be more careful!"

Jin sighed. "You aren't fine Tae... When you came in, you kept saying Jimin's name"

Taehyung sighed. "My suspicions where correct hyung. Jimin is transgender and Mintae is my son!"

Jin didn't look surprised as he just nodded. "But why are you like this?"

Taehyung looked at Jin and shook his head.

"In all my life, I've never met someone as stubborn as Park Jimin. When he was Jessica, he wasn't half this stubborn but now, he's completely unreasonable. I can't deal with that man. I can't stand him!"

Jin smiled to himself "He's definitely your trigger but why do you think he's so different from Jessica?"

Taehyung huffed "Jessica hardly spoke. She was always quiet and reserved. The only time she ever raised her voice was when we where arguing"

He stopped. "But Jimin, he's fire! He just does what he wants whenever, however. He wasn't even scared when he reneged on our first contract or now, when I decided to take him to court to get custody of Mintae. I've been trying to be patient with him but I'm on my wits end with that guy!"

Jin arched an eyebrow. "You're taking him to court? You two didn't settle things among yourselves?"

Taehyung groaned "What's with Park Jimin is super stubborn don't you understand? Do you know what he told me?"

He cleared his throat dramatically then mimicked the tone Jimin used earlier "Even if you crawl on your knees and beg, I will never give Mintae to you. Never!"

He shrugged. "That was what he said"

"Are you sure you did the negotiating thing well because i know you!"

"I gave him a contract!"

Jin sighed heavily throwing his arms in the air in frustration. "You gave him another contract? Why do you think everything gets solved by dishing people contracts?"

Taehyung reddened looking embarrassed. "But it was well detailed. It wasn't much. All I wanted was for him to give parental rights to me for a year. He could visit any time"

Jin smiled. "You don't get it Taehyung. You reach people's hearts by talking and reasoning with them not giving them contracts"

Taehyung lowered his head. "It's too late now though."

Jin just sighed and looked pointedly at Taehyung. "I'm worried about you Taehyung. I'm not seeing much improvement so why don't we have a session and you consider getting admitted so you can be properly treated"

Taehyung leaned back on the chair and grumbled "I'm not getting admitted hyung...just do what you can"

Jin grinned. "And you say Park Jimin is stubborn"
