"Please Tae don't leave me!" She cried holding onto his shirt only to be roughly pushed aside by her boyfriend of four years.

"I'm sorry but I can't do this" He said as he looked at her irritably.

"You can't leave me Taehyung, not like this. I love you"

"This is as far as we go Jessica. I don't ever want to see you again!"

"No! No! please Taehyung don't go!" She shouted. He ignored her cries as he strongly held his bags in one hand. He pushed the door open. After throwing her one last sad disgusted look, he left the house shutting the door with a loud bang.

Jessica wanted to run after him to stop him but a strange weakness overcame her.

"Taehyungie, no don't go. Please..."

But her body couldn't carry her. It felt too heavy for her and before long, she started seeing double. Maybe she was finally going to die. Her eyes widened as she saw a bright light in front of her. She took a deep breath until finally, it consumed her.

Jessica had always known she was different from the other girls. She didn't know how but she felt it especially when she looked at the mirror and found a stranger staring back at her.

As she grew older, that persona inside her grew stronger crying to break free. She saw him when the boys played football in the courtyard. He would smile at her, his pink hair glistening in the sun, sweat dripping down his toned body but she would hide her face trying to erase him from her thoughts.

Or when he hanged out with his friends sitting on the school steps looking as sexy as ever. Again, he would see her and smile and yet again, she would hide and run but how long would she hide and run? She knew it, he knew it. She was him and he was her.

She was in her third year when she met him Kim Taehyung. She went to the dance studio to watch the dancers practice their routine. She had always been interested in dance. She danced by herself often in private but she dared not revel in it mostly because of her parents. They didn't think it was right for her. She began to think that way until him.

That particular day, she came to watch the  dance unaware of a pair of eyes watching her.

"Hey you!" A voice as deep as the sounds of the ocean suddenly called out towards her direction. She looked and saw a taller grey haired guy walking towards her. Panic seized her and she was just about to take off at top speed when she felt a pair of hands around her wrist. She couldn't look at the face of the person but she struggled with him.

"Hey calm down, it's okay" he whispered in such a sweet gentle voice that she froze instantly and finally looked at him. She was blown away. He was so handsome and dreamy, it was like he just stepped out from a comic book.

He smiled at her and her knees turned to jelly over that amazingly rare box smile of his.

"Hello...I'm Taehyung. Kim Taehyung. May I know your name?"

She hugged herself tight. "I'm sorry, I don't really talk to strangers."

He smiled easily. "That's fine. It's just that I've been seeing you come here for quite a while now but you've never made any attempts to dance..."

She shook her head. "I just..."

"No excuses. I would like to see you here tomorrow. Can you do that for me?"

She nodded shyly and he smiled. He turned to leave.

"Jessica!" She yelled out.

He looked at her confused. "What?"

"My name is Jessica. Jessica Park"

Taehyung nodded his head wearing that adorable smile of his. "Okay then Jessica, Bye, see you tomorrow"

He waved and jogged away entering into the room at the other end of the studio. She had never seen him before until that day. He had probably always been there but she had always been so  preoccupied with the dance to notice him.

The following day, she came but there was no one else around but him. He welcomed her cheerily.

"I want to see what you got" he said as a matter of fact.

She shook her head shyly "No I can't!"

"I know you like to dance. I have watched you Jessica and I see in your eyes the look of a dancer. I know you can do this"

He played the song Boy with luv by the famous idol group Bts on the stereo and soon she found herself loosing her body into the music without intending to. Her feet glided on it's own, her body twisted in unbelievable positions that left Taehyung's mouth agape. As soon as she was done, he clapped so loudly and repeatedly, she was a bit taken aback.

"That was amazing Jessie, you are a talent. A pure talent"

It felt so good to be praised by him and to garner more, she continued coming over more frequently. As time passed, they started practicing dancing routines together. They danced and danced till they got tired. It was always something else to be wrapped up in Taehyung's arms whenever they were executing those duet moves. She felt safe, happy and something else altogether. It took her a while before she realized she was falling in love with him if she hadn't already. So she backed away because she knew she wasn't real. She wasn't who he thought she was. She was someone else entirely so she left and stopped coming to the dance studio.

The feeling hurt and she thought she would get over it but day after day, the urge to see him grew stronger. She missed him terribly and all she could do was long for him until that particular day he suddenly surprised her at her economics department. She was coming out of her lecture hall when she felt someone tap her shoulder. Panicking, she turned and kicked the sucker to the ground. He instantly fell to the ground clutching his manhood as he groaned in pain. She peered deeper and saw it was Taehyung.

"Oh no Tae, are you hurt? I'm so sorry!"

She helped him to his feet as he slowly regained himself.

"Damn, you're pretty strong for a petite lady aren't you"

She rolled her eyes. "What are you even doing here?"

"I came to see you since you've been avoiding me"

"I wasn't avoiding you"

He raised an eyebrow "Really? That doesn't matter anyway. I came here for something more important"

"What..."

She wasn't allowed to finish before he went down on his knees and produced a tangled up rose from his inner jacket. He blushed in embarrassment but still continued with his mission.

"Jessica Park, ever since you came into my life, I have experienced a whole new world. You make me so happy and I love spending every moment with you. When we dance together, it feels magical and these past few days you've been gone, nothing felt the same. I missed you so much and it got me to realize that I want you by my side. I love you"

The crowd that had gathered around them gasped excitedly.

Taehyung continued. "What I'm saying is, Jessica Park, will you be my girlfriend?"

Something was screaming at the back of her mind not to do this but she gave in to the temptation of love in her heart and took the rose.

"I love you Tae. It's a yes!"

"Yes?"

"Yes!"

Taehyung stood up, wrapped his arms around her and kissed her passionately. The crowd congratulated them by clapping thunderously. That was how they started. It was a beautiful relationship. One filled with lots of love but Jessica knew one day, she would have to tell Taehyung about him. About Jimin. That was his name. She would have to tell everyone else too.

After college, they moved in together. She took interest in fashion designing. Taehyung knew her parents but she didn't know his. He never spoke about his family but she did know that they where super rich because of the expensive lifestyle Taehyung lived. She was hurt that he hadn't bothered to introduce her to his parents but then again, she had to tell him who she really was first before anyone else. So she was fine not seeing his parents for now.

Over the years, she had seen her boyfriend as a very open minded person supportive of Lgbtq rights. She often wondered if he would accept her for who she really was. Would he still love her even if she was a man. She would have loved to hide it forever but she felt suffocated, uncomfortable in her own skin so that fateful day, she decided to get it over with.

It was their fourth year anniversary and she had prepared his favorite meal bulgogi. They were sitting across from each other and she didn't know how to begin but she had to start somewhere.

"Tae, I have to tell you something"

"Go ahead" Taehyung said lightly. He had felt a little distant lately but she wouldn't let it deter her.

"Tae, I'm a transgender!"

Taehyung spat out his food looking aghast. "What?"

"Yes Tae. I'm a man in a woman's body. I've always felt this way ever since I can remember. I kept it a secret from you for all these years for fear of your reaction"

The look in Taehyung's eyes hurt sharply more than any words. He glared at her without saying a single word.

He got up forcefully causing some utensils on the table to scatter to the floor and break into pieces.

"I have to be on my own"

"No no, let me explain"

"No amount of explanation can make me accept you. It's over Jessica, I'm leaving you. I can't bear to be around you one more second"

She regretted it. She shouldn't have told him the truth. He stormed into their shared room and began packing his things. Everything felt like a dream. She couldn't help but feel that he had planned to leave her all along. Despite everything, he did leave her dejected and heartbroken forever.

Now the light was gone and she was back to reality. She opened her eyes to find herself in a hospital ward surrounded by a doctor and two nurses. When they noticed her, they hovered around her.

"How are you feeling young lady?" The doctor said.

"I'm fine just a bit tired"

"You'll be okay. Thankfully, you where brought in here by your neighbour after you where found unconscious in your home. Don't worry, I've contacted your parents. They are on their way"

Jessica nodded absently. She wished she had just died.

"Anyway, there's another thing" The doctor said.

She looked at the doctor who was smiling.

"Congratulations miss. You're pregnant! Three weeks pregnant"

"What?" Jessica cried in disbelief and that was the moment her whole life changed.
